I purchase this a few years ago, and I thought they were such an interesting product. I really regretted it.
Like others have mention, the liquid does not dry, and yes it does rub off, and yes when you apply it on your natural lash with mascara on, it clumps your lash and makes your mascara smudge all over your eyes.
Interesting product, but not worth the time, money or humiliation of panda eyes.

I have used this for over a year. I would get it again because it is such a unique product that gives a pretty look for special occasions. I love to wear this to the pool, to parties, or anytime I am feelin' fun and flirty with my makeup. I like to use it in winter with an icy eye makeup to look like a frosty nymph.
Packaging- I think the dropper could be more precise but after playing with it a few times, I really found a way of applying it that gives a beautiful look with minimal effort.
Formula- It does not work well if you are really sweaty or it is raining. BUT It looks so pretty!
Price- I priced it in the middle because the original price was $15 but I got it for a few bucks. I think it is def. worth a few dollars.
*Note: I know that this is discontinued but you never know where this will pop up so I thought it would help. I also own the pink and blue. Both are pretty.

i bought this in crystal glaze at a discount makeup store for 1.00
i didnt even know they were limited edition :P
i have fairly short eye lashes and im monolid too, so when i look up, my curled eyelashes would be touching my eye lid too.
i can make pretty perfect jewels but i think it looks weird if you do not have long eyelashes.
i tested them right now, and im waiting for them to solidify.
it;s cool cause they look like perfectly round rain drops. xD
easy to use, pretty but i wouldnt buy em again,
this isnt really my thing. i just wanted to try em

I bought 5 of these when I found them at a local discount store for 99 cents each (original price is $15), and they weren't even worth 99 cents! It's a bit tricky to apply the "lash jewels", but the problem is that the liquid never hardens, so within 5 minutes of wear the liquid either slid down my lashes or got brushed off by my bangs. I used it on false eyelashes, I can't imagine what a mess this would be if it was used on natural lashes with mascara. It might be alright to wear for a few minutes to take photos or something but overall I really hated these.

This product is a bit difficult to work with but if you are patient enough to learn the hang of it, it is so much fun. I apply on the very tips of my lashes and slightly pull up. I also twist the dial twice around and wait for a nice "jewel" to form on the end and place it on my outer lash tips. I would not recommend on the inner lashes because it is easier for the product to slip in your eyes. And of course this will not feel good going in your eye, what product does? I got mine dirt, dirt cheap from a closeout store called big lots and I payed 2.50 for them instead of 10. I got the purple, pink, and the clear, and they are a lot of fun for a night out, not for everyday look that's for sure.

Well what can I say...well I wouldn't call it lash jewells i wuld call it lash dirt...because once its on it looks like little bits of dirt...sure when u look through it is kinda of sparkly but from any other view I might as well have put glue on my eyes...It also has a very greasy texture so is slow to dry...dont blink for about an hour :P I was a little let down because I bought this product after a shining review in cosmo...will not trust them again...I just threw it out and feel so relieved.

This is pretty and fun to do, but I can't think of a practical time to wear them. xD A fancy party, maybe? It is a bit hard to put on though. The trick is to glob it on half-dried.

I tried it once and for all this morning thinking that if I was nice and patient with it, MAYBE this time I could get a jewel. Dude, it went into my eye and it BURNED. Holy hell! who ever invented this is a moron. Worse part is that it doesnt dry so the rest of the product ran down my lashes within 10 mins. Yeah, like a bad relationship, lash jewels, ima let you go. It's not me, it's you.
EDIT: It went in the trash today, yay!!! Im freeeeeeee!!!!!!

I got this as a swap extra and was happy because I wanted to try it but didn't want to buy it. Thank you MUA! I had the blue one, although there really is no color that I could see, might as well have been clear. Anyway, it gets a three because it does work - just like shiny droplets clinging to my lashes, but because I could see and sort of 'feel' them it bugged me. I didn't have a hard time with the applicator or product itself so I can't give it a bad rating for doing what it claims. I just didn't care for it personally. However, if a product that gives you this effect is what you're after, then by all means try it.

Oh this product is delicious muahhaha. I love it. I got it on clearance for around $2.50, not only a great deal but about only as much as I was willing to pay to try out this concept lol But honestly, I like it so much that now that I know I do, I would probably pay the 10 bucks for it. But hell, now I'm more than willing to go pick up a couple more tubes on the clearance rack!
No, this is not an everyday wear sort of product at all. And it takes some patience. Its one of those products that 1)people don't have much use for 2)It is likely to piss you off due to user error 3)It does what it is supposed to do and you still don't like it lol
If you look at the ingredient list, it is primarily silicone, so the wear isn't going to be long and it isn't going to be totally stuck to your lashes nor is it going to ever really "dry" completely. Obviously the use of silicone in this product makes sense, b/c otherwise you have some glue like concoction where you would have to pull this stuff off your lashes or something equally painful.
I tried not to fall victim of getting way too much product oozing out when I first twisted this up but it happened anyways. You just need to be super careful. Turn it one click and then wait and see if any product comes out. Rinse & repeat until you have some up there.
I found application to be pretty easy but it does take some patience and a steady hand. Get a little ball on a lash or two, move on, and then come back and build up the ball until you have the desired effect. I gotta figure out how to get some eye safe glitter incased in these babies, I think that would be a fun look.
It does look like little water droplets. And yes you can see them when you blink ect. It is a fun look for going out. And I also discovered that if I take a bit of the product on my finger and lightly pat it onto my lashes, it gives them a yummy glossy wet look w/o damaging my mascara.
I'm super surprised that I like this product!

I am so glad I got this in swap and didn't spend money on it. I agree with previous girls about that it never seems to dry. Awesome in theory, sucky in reality.

ok PLEASE do not make the same mistake i made! i saw this in a magazine and thought OH THAT LOOKS SO PRETTY! so i bolt out to the store and buy it in every color..... at 15 bucks a pop. BIG MISTAKE! this product is hard to apply, runs down your lashes (ruining the perfect mascara), and NEVER dries!!! they dont look like jewels......they look like gooey rubber cement. as i said PLEASE DONT waste your money! now im stuck with several tubes of junk whose only use it sealing envelopes....ugh.

I think the problem most people have is expecting one turn to become one pearl. It doesn't work. Turn the dial until the product is almost at the tip. Rotate the dial a bit until part of the bead comes out and release (aka don't click it). This will allow you to control the flow without too much gushing out. With the tube place the bead onto your eyelash, allowing the hair to penetrate the goo. Withdraw and a tiny bit will be left on the lash. Repeat and on the next lash you want a pearl. When they've all been 'primed' go back to the first and encase that dot in the goo again. It's a slow process but it does allow you to get large enough pearls. When the gel is still wet, you can encase eye-safe glitter in it if you are quick.
A lot of people have been saying that the product doesn't dry, but the outside of each pearl does tend to cure slightly. The only problems I've had was with the gel attaching to 2 lashes and coming off completely when I tried to separate them. I enjoy them, but I'm still wanting to buy the givenchy instead.

I feel sort of stupid for buying this product, but I desperately wanted to try it and Walgreens had it on sale for like $3.97, so atleast I didn't waste the normal retail price of like 14 or 15 dollars. Its basically this goopy, sticky gel in a tube that you twist to dispense the substance and try to put a little dot on your lashes to make it appear like a jewel. Haha, the applicator oozes out too much liquid at once and it reminded me of fabric glue which scares me to put on my lashes (because I mean that stuff is sticky and I dont want my lashes to get all hard and fall out). I mean I did buy it thinking, "Hey, it may work!" so I mean, it was my fault. But, the concept is pretty cool, it just needs A LOT of work!

okay, i tried it, and i really wish that it would take less time to work. when i first bought it, it only had half the tube of liquid, which i think is cheap. When I tried it first, it took me like a long time. i did it once, but i couldnt get the shape. I wiped it and tried again, and again. on the third time, i got it right, but i was like 1/4 throught the liquid in the tube. I guess i gotta stock up on 'em to practice and get it right!

saw an ad for this about a month ago and while browsing in Ulta today i saw it and decided to give it a try.
what a waste.
first off its sooooo hard to get just a tiny amount out of the tube. sooo much comes out at once. its a really cool idea. but i dont think its worth the hassel or the time. maybe if you can get it for cheap, but just be prepared to be annoyed.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I really think its a cute idea, but it doesn't really do much. It's really difficult to get the droplets out of the pen without dropping too much. I have it in crystal(clear) and aqua(baby blue) and you can't really tell a color difference. When I wear them, my mother said that it looks like I have dew on my eyes or they look like tears. Luckily, I got them at a bogo sale at Ulta. I wouldn't pay full price for them and quite frankly the whole entire line is so expensive and none of it justifies the rediculous prices. The other day when I was a Target, The shelf was just overflowing with everything in this line, I don't think they sell that well due to the price. I don't plan on repurchasing due to the outrageous price, but I will enjoy the ones that I have.

I purchased this from Walgreens because it was on clearance for $3.49 and I had a $2.00 off coupon - so I got off easy. Thankfully it did not break the bank for me because this is probably the single most silliest cosmetic product I have ever used. The full price is too expensive for what it does.
I only turned the applicator a few times because I did not want it to spurt out but of course it keep comin out of the wand - just as I expected. I was able to apply several "balls" pretty quickly to each eye.
I used the Crystal. The other thing I did not like is I could see the balls on my lashes and kept noticing them each time I blinked.

I am a makeup artist and bought this product to try out on a model. I don't see how you guys do this yourselves - it was very difficult to get the shape right. I really wish it dried too, my model had bangs and I kept having to redo them because her hair would swipe them away! Once on it did look verrrry cool but I don't see how it would last through a night out.
