I really wanted to like this but it made me look washed out (I'm NC20 or Chanel VA BR10 or B20 or TI #10 Albatre). Its a nice fleshy MLBB colour except I needed a tad bit more colour to liven my complexion. Had to pass on this.

Not much I can say that everyone else hasn't. This was my first chanel lipstick, it lasts me forever, has a beautiful natural yet surreal look to it. Great for when I'm at work - it makes me look put together, fresh and slightly glamorous. I've found that I can get some beautiful colours by wearing this over some lightly applied lip stains I have. Not sure if this is actually limited edition - I bought this a long time ago, and today when I went to get a new lipstick it was still there. Nonetheless, beautiful classy shade designed by someone who knows their colours well.

I am NW20-NW25 with pigmented lips (i have pinky rose pigmented lips) and I struggle to find a nude pink shade when I want to play up my eyes. MAC ANGEL doesnt work for me, neither does any other nude shade they have.
This colour is beautiful. I have to swipe twice because my lips are so pigmented, but worth it. It is the only light colour that I can wear. Purchased twice.

This is my first lipstick :) I was looking for a nude pink colour and it sure did fit my requirements (though not perfectly). Firstly, the packaging is haute couture. Great innovation by Chanel, thumbs up to them for coming up with this cool *click* lipstick packaging!! As for the texture, it's really smooth and not drying. For me it lasts up to 3-4 hours (I add MAC Clear Gloss over it to give it extra shine). The only problem I've with it (or maybe it's me) is that the colour intensity is not strong enough? I've quite pigmented "red" lips, so I always find myself layering more in order for the nude rose pink to show. I'll be getting my second lippy from this range next week and I'm keen in getting Libertine which I read it's a peach pink hue. Hope the colour intensity is strong enough for Libertine. Overall, I'm satisfied with my first lipstick purchase! =)

The perfect shade to mute the lips. Creamy, moisturizing, and lasting. Imagine a light beige-pink. It looks too much like my Lancome gloss in Hotness, but I still love it!

The perfect nude lip color, what more can I say... This is another RA that I had purchased off of the Chanel webpage sight unseen. This is truly a lovely color and matches my lips exactly!! It also has the fab silk feeling that all the RA's do...it seems like you can't go wrong with a Chanel lipstick. All of mine have been purchased off the Chanel site, and even though they might look a little bit different in person, each shade seems like it can work for everyone.

Please click continued for swatch and actual product on lips.
As with other RAs, this stays on nicely on my lips without draining them out of much water. But I find this shade on the sheer side when compared to the rest of the line. This is actually a soft light pink with a tinge of brown and minimal shimmer in the tube. I'd say this is pretty much neutral though probably leaning towards the warm side in the tube though it looks neutral when on my lips. Definitely not a cool pink that is hard/ unnatural to pull off. It goes on smoothly and the colour shows up quite truly on my lips. I can't see any shimmer but only a very very subtle sheen. I really love this shade as this is quite similar to my natural lip colour but better! :)

My first chanel lippie and I really really love it. I am a huge fan of pinks, im nc30, blue eyes and light brown-golden highlighted hair (at the minute anyway!) This is a light rose/nude pink with a slight golden tint to it and is so pretty and beautiful on, ive been wearing it every day. I bought an ok (no where near as nice pink as this one!) lippie from shu and its really drying, but this is actually quite moisturising and creamy. I just bought it now- 1st may 2008 in house of fraser oxford street so i hope this isnt limited edition, but if it is i will get a back up- its hard finding nice light pink/nude pink lippies these days as so many tend to be on the brighter side. I also love mac's 3N and giddy lipstick too just for ref x

My favourite lipstick ever. Not only is the novelty of the packaging enticing but the colour is simply beautiful. A pale brickish pink, with little to no shimmer, it is my everyday lipstick that never fails to look amazing on my Chanel Cendre skintone. Lights up my whole face and it makes me so happy to wear this colour. How awful it is that it is a limited edition. I am stocking up.

I'm not sure if this lipstick is a limited edition as I noticed on the chanel website they list the lipstick colors and note which ones are (limited editions). When you look up admirable it does not note a limited edition. So maybe they took it off.
Good news to me because I just purchased this and I adore it. I have very dark brown hair, semi-bright blue eyes, normally pretty pale but I have a slight tan (I'm hoping this lipstick will still look good when my tan fades). I use it with my subculture lip liner as another member here recommended that. Looks great both alone and with liner. I have been searching for the perfect pinkish coral color and this is right on que. I kept trying stuff on at chanel to find the perfect color but I came up with no luck - it wasnt until one of the makeup artists sat me in a chair and showed me all the lipsticks that I realized what I really liked.
I think I'll keep this around for spring summer and early fall and go for darker colors for winter.

edit: this is a LIMITED EDITION color. i wasn't aware of this until recently! if you LOVE this color stock up!!!
this is my FIRST chanel lippie. when i saw the case, i just had to have one. of course i'm still shopping for my HG lippie, and i'm not quite sure this is it yet but i'm liking it so far. i haven't tested in every situation yet, since i just purchased it. the color is a sheer light pink with slight shimmer. i'm a BE fairly light/light, mac nc25, brown eyes, dark brown hair, asian. the formula is light and comfortable to have on, no bad smell, or taste. before i decided on this shade, i tried on genius which i thought was a beautiful color, but am afraid that i can't wear it everyday. i also, thought flirt was pretty on the hand, but decided i was done after trying on admirable. i plan on purchasing more of these lippies..i think the case is just awesome. price is nothing, if you love the product! EDIT: i LOVE the natural look this shade gives me. i use it with mac subculture lip liner and absolutely love it. on a well moisturized, non chapped lip, it's beautiful! =)

I agree w/previous comment, light neutral pink, great for an everyday fresh look when you want a clean look. People will notice your skin, not your lips. Its you but prettier!

Admirable is a soft nudie light pink color, very similar to my new HG Darling. Admirable is lighter in color than Darling and has a little shimmer. A nice l/s for days when you want to look natural. I'd say it's on the neutral side.
