I have not used this product but wanted to try it based on reviews... Just so everyone that loves this stuff knows, I called Neutrogena and they said the item has not been discontinued "as of right now" and that they are simply out of stock online. So when they will be back in stock is a whole nother question. The only place you can get it now is ebay or Amazon, however there is a seller on Amazon that is selling a 3 pack for 25.99 with $5 shipping. That is where I got mine... I figured Neutrogena charges 7.95 for shipping so the price wasn't much different and I better stock up when I can. Good luck!

I first discovered this product through a makeup artist on Youtube, and the MUA reviews confirmed the recommendation, so I decided to take a break from my Differin gel and give this a try.
I have normal/combo skin with 1-2 breakouts a month, but scars heal very slowly on my skin (months up to a year!). I also have very deep and stubborn blackheads on my nose and upper cheeks that are nearly impossible to remove (and I've tried for many years). Initially, I heard that the Neutrogena treatment is good for treating blackheads because it has the correct pH level, but I found that it's also great for healing my acne scars.
I apply this product once or twice daily to the affected areas after cleansing and moisturizing my face. Within 1 week, I've noticed that the blackheads have reduced, and the redness from the scarring have gone down noticeably as well. However, the Differin gel is better for healing scars. This product doesn't dry out my skin (unlike Differin) or make it oily and acne-prone. Highly recommend!
For those who are looking for stores in Canada that still carry this product, Target is an option ($9 CAD/59mL). Some Shoppers carry it as well. I bought 2 packs just in case Neutrogena discontinues it.

Is this product discontinued? I can't find it anywhere! I've been using this product and my skin has been really clear and acne-free. I just ran out and I'm getting pimples again! Can't live without it! Help!

I've been using this for a month or so to try to get rid of the blackheads on my nose. It seems to working well in bringing the blackheads more to the surface and loosening the debris so it's easier to get out. I know it's not for everyone, but I use my fingers (washed of course!) to gently squeeze out any blackheads that seem to be "ripe". :P I use this on my cheeks, nose, chin, and forehead every evening and my skin seems to glow more or something. I guess the salicylic acid really does help with skin cell turnover! I'm glad I bought this and will continue to as long as I have blackheads (which will probably be forever, sigh). Took off one lippie cos it makes my nose dry and a little flaky in the corner but I use Vaseline before bed and it helps a lot. Worth it! :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Whenever I stray and try something new, it almost always breaks me out. Then I use this to get my skin cleared up fast. I have very sensitive skin and get acne from any irritation. This soothes my skin, clears up the redness, and reduces the size of any pimples. Keeps any hormonal acne at bay around that time of the month. I order online from the Neutrogena site to make it cheaper.
A BIG HINT! : use a natural oil underneath to help the product sink into your skin. When I use this alone my face is too dry and breaks out, so I use a tiny amount of jojoba oil. YES it is oil, but it closely matches the oil your own body produces and keeps your skin from making more. Also, scrubbing too hard makes your skin produce oil, so wash gently. Gently rub a few drops all over your face and then immediately apply the 3 in 1 treatment. You can find jojoba oil at health stores (Whole Foods, GNC, etc).
I hope this helps clear up any one else's acne-prone and sensitive skin!

I bought this specifically for my blackheads and it did absolutely nothing for them. Used this for 3 months straight every night and it left my nose peeling and flaky but the blackheads remained. I don't think I'm ever getting rid of those things :(

I had high hopes for this product, but sadly those hopes weren't met.
-easy to spread
-considerable price for quantity
-doesn't dry out skin
-didn't treat acne
- cause a couple of flare ups* possible from the perfume
-might smell fresh, but sometimes may be nauseating
-promises to 1)treat and heal acne 2)prevent acne 3)hydrate and soften, only one promise was true, 3) hydrate( doesn't really soften)
overall: feels great, does nothing may cause a couple of pimples* like all acne treatments it gets worse before it gets better, but for me this one just kept on making me worse.

This is the only thing that has ever worked to get the little bumps from my forehead to go away. I experience way less breakouts when i use this on a regular basis. I can wear it under make up as long as i put a thin layer on. It doesnt dry out my skin. I use a cetaphil gentle skin cleanser with it. There is nothing i have found that is better than this. It isnt too harsh, and definitely get the job done.

I've been using this for years with the rest of the line. Makes my skin feel really soft. I use it as part of my daily skin care routine. It feels great on the skin, and it great for spot treatment of acne as well. I don't know it this is truly discontinued, because I recently repurchased it, but if it is I will be extremely disappointed.
