The first time I wore this about 4 years ago, a male friend complimented me on how radiant I looked, so I knew it was a keeper :-). Back then I wore it all over and as soon as I applied it as a finishing touch over my makeup, I would notice an instant warming and evening of my skin, and it even made me say under my breath “whoa”. I don’t know any special bronzing techniques, so I would just tap gently all three colors and lightly sweep over my face with a Face Secrets deluxe powder brush. There are no tell-tale sparkles-just a smooth, professional-like airbrushing (I have an older pan-I don't know if there is a newer version with more sparkle). The pan is huge, and I will have it for a very long time given that I only wear it on nights out. All the other Iman powders suck (on me), but this one is a keeper. Over time though I noticed how this really WARMS your skintone, and now I prefer to use it simply as a blush-it works great that way also. On my cheeks it turns a soft muted rose,and I even see a touch of highlighting. In photos it is a fresh and young look. The pink is also very pretty as a standalone on my lids. Still a keeper.

After all the glowing reviews and the fact that Iman is my go-to face makeup, I was sad not to like this. Way too sparkly for my dark brown complexion like most 'luminizing' Iman products. I'm just not into the gold glitter. With a LOT of blending and the lightest hand/super soft brush ever, it can work. But still doesn't beat my Cargo bronzer for a soft luminescent finish. I've dusted off extra powder in my inner wrist, so I can see how it would look better on a light complexion. Ultimately, stay away if your complexion is more kelly than beyonce.

This is so pretty. I wear it as a blush. Its the perfect color for me, as it brings the perfect warmth to my cheeks. It's not too cool orwarm, but achieves perfect balance. Love it!

I've been searching FOREVER for a nice, glowy bronzer for my DDD skin. Every other brand just washes out on me or leaves me covered in glitter. This ... is just beautiful ... adding a lovely coppery peach tone to my skin. I'm in love!!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this product yet! I love this blusher/bronzer. It's one of the few products that I have hit the pan and mind you I own Nars blushes, and MAC blushes and Bobbi Brown bronzers but this is the one I always reach for, sometimes I will just wear this and pressed powder. I have put this on my light skinned friends and dark deep skin toned friends and I can honestly say this looks great on everyone. A lot of celebrities make and endorse crappy products and clothes but I can honestly say I always have good luck with IMAN products, she really does endorse or make quality makeup products. I am MUFE HD 140 and Bobbi brown warm natural 4.5 foundation for reference.

I purchased the Iman Afterglow bronzer after reading several good reviews. I purchased a Milani bronzer recently and I like the results initially, but it seemed to give me a chaulky look over time or in different lighting. I also did not care for the loud fragrance from the product. Nevertheless, I decided to give this product a try. I used it for the first time this morning. I applied using a large brush and it just gave me a beautiful sheer glow. I don't wear foundations or anything so this was just a little pop to my daily look along with a little gloss and neutral eyeshadow. It doesn't have a shimmery look when applied. I am looking forward to using this during the Spring/Summer months. I think this will be perfect for my trip to Mexico.

Okay, I am revisiting my review following a week of using this product. I think I am falling in love with this bronzer. It is getting to the point where I apply this when I leave the house on the weekend to run errands. It just gives my skin this pop. I don't wear much makeup but it is something about this bronzer that I love. I think WOC should definitely consider making this product a staple. I am even considering purchasing a few more in the event it is discontinued. HG

My favorite bronzer hands down! I have been wearing it everday. It looks perfect on my caramel skin. I was mixing my blush and bronzer together to create the look that this bronzer has both and I love it!

I love this "bronzer". I was lucky enough to pick up the last one on the shelf at walmart. As the other reviews have described, the powder is divided into 3 colors: a peach, plum, and, bronze color. I don't use them individually, I like to swirl my brush around to mix the colors. On my cheeks it gives such a pretty glow, not too shimmery so I can still wear it during the daytime. I don't exactly know how to describe the color once mixed, but it looks like a nice bronzed plum rose. If you have tan skin or darker, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. I'm nc42 btw

I love this product.I'm a mua and used it today for the first time on a bride to be.She was just glowing.My only no about this product is the packaging which pops up and as of tonight has caused a nice huge crack in my product.So now I won't feel comfy getting this for my kit bc Im scared it would break even more.But for my personal use this is a 5!

Iman Afterglow has a peach / purple / bronzer color effect in the compact and goes on very pretty and flawless . I love the little compact in comes in with the little makeup puff . I personally it seems to only be me love to use the brushes it comes with for everything I buy. Beautiful Bronzer.

I love this. I am NW35 in MAC Studio Fix concealer and NC40/44 in MAC foundations, for reference. This is SO pretty. So pretty. Today I am wearing it with all the colors gently swirled together and it gives a gorgeous, almost rainbow sherbert effect. They make such a gorgeous color when combined. Gives me SUCH a pretty glow. When I don't wear them combined, I will use the rose as a light contour, the pink as a sheer, glowy blush, and the gold as a highlighter on the top of my cheek. This is $14.99 and worth so much more in my opinion. I love the sun design embossed in the bronzer as well as the way they combined the colors together. I will definitely be buying another one of these. I hope they never stop making this. A+ (FYI, I got mine from drugstore.com.)

I absolutely love this bronzer. I have a caramel complexion and this bronzer gives my skin a beautiful summer glow. Afterglow fits the name of this product. I have been getting compliments left and right. I actually apply this to my entire face with my Sigma Kabuki Brush, which I love. I'm very glad I came across this at Ulta. I'm going to go back buy another one since I'll be moving to Korea for a yr. Can't be without that glow now. The price is reasonable but no matter the price, I would buy it!! Looking forward to trying out more Iman products.

I consider this a blush hilighter as opposed to a bronzer, but I LOVE IT! All my other blushes (Nars, Mac etc) are just sitting there while I have been reaching for this one all week! It gives such a pretty bronzy glow!

I want to buy a couple for friends and I never do stuff like that.

This product is perfect for the hot summer months.

I love the colors, but it is super pigmented. WOC with lighter complexions, use sparingly. You must shake, tap off the excess off of the brush.

Iman Sheer Finish Bronzing Powder- AFTERGLOW

Afterglow is a tri-color bronzer with pink,peach, and dark golden shades that works both as a bronzer and a blush. I absolutely adore this bronzer/blush because it is highly pigmented and looks great on deep skin tones like mine.

The price is reasonable. The packaging, like other Iman compacts, is mediocre- the hinges come off easily and the clasp for the compact breaks or doesn't close after repeated use. Otherwise, the makeup itself is great...

I definitely recommend this product...instead of wasting your money on Mac...yea, I said it...this bronzer is absolutely worth the price, sans the packaging...so try it !

I love this "bronzer", it took me a while to track it down because it was sold out almost everywhere. The colors are so flattering for women of color, it isn't necessarily a bronzer, I see it more of a blush but you could use the brown color as a light bronzer. The plum and apricot color are gorgeous. I was surprised at how pigmented these colors were, and the price made me even happier. I will definitely be buying it again AND I am recommending every women of color check this out.

I love this as a blush - especially the more golden/coral/bronze color in the palette. It doesn't work as a bronzer for me, but as it turns out, I may be too light to benefit from this as a bronzer (go figure) - so blush it is...;)

GORGEOUS! It is so beautiful on olive, dark to deep complexions - it is a bronzer, but wearing as a blush gives it the same justice.
