It's not very strong, but fresh. I can smell pineapple and a woody scent, maybe it's the cedar or musk. It's not extremely fruity, I would have liked it a bit better had it been more fruity. Still, it's worth trying!
Edit:
Mixing Ananas Imperial with Lilas Spiritual makes the most lovely gorgeous scent that actually stays for a while on your skin!

This is a really cute little stick of solid perfume. The smell reminds me exactly of Ben and Jerry's Jamaican Me Crazy sorbet. It has a very sweet and citrus open with strong pineapple notes. It also has a white flower note that I can't quite identify, maybe gardenia? The smell stays pretty consistent throughout its wear. I swipe some along my neck and the smell wafts up for a few hours. It's a very bright, mostly fruity scent. I love the little green cardboard twist up packaging and how I can stick it in my pocket and reapply whenever I want. It's very sturdy and the perfume stays solid in my pocket after a day of carrying it around. I think I paid about $20 for 5 grams (0.17 oz), which seems steep until I remembered that I've paid three times that much for perfumes I rarely use (JPG Madame, I'm looking at you). I can definitely see myself using this up.

In the interest of disclosure, I'm not a fan of fruity fragrances and wouldn't have bought this unless it was included in the trio with Encens Mystique and Musc & Patchouli. Naturally, this is my least favourite out of the 3, but I have to say I'm not too impressed with the other 2 either, not even the much raved about Ences Mystique. Yes, the packaging is lovely, and solid perfume sounded like a good idea, but in reality they're very sticky and very subtle. When I try to put on more I just feel even more sticky. The wax just seems to sit on my skin and not melt in, and the scents don't melt in, warm up or develop either. They just disappear in an hour or two - before the stickiness does!
Ok, on to Ananas Imperiale. Like I said, I'm not a fan of fruity fragrances, but I thought pineapple sounded rather tempting for summer and hoped it would be sour-sweet and tart like my favourite fruit note, rhubarb. Well, it is a tart rather than a sweet fruit scent and that's the best thing I can say about it really. It smells obviously fake and the lime/pineapple combo reminds me a bit of Demeter's horrible Sex on the beach, which is, however, much sweeter. Refreshing and summery if you like this kind of thing, I suppose. I wouldn't mind the scent in a lip balm or schampoo, but it's not something I'd wear on its own. I don't want to part with the lovely green tube though!

Of all the scents that Anthropologie had, I liked this one the best. First off, the packaging is too cute. The box has quotes on it like "it's you smelling so good!" and "happily made in france". Yes, it's silly but these little perfume solids make me smile. The scent is bright and uplifting pineapple; and the green tube is so convenient. No worries about spillage! Definitely not sophisticated but lovely to have for when you're feeling a little glum and need a pick-me-up!

This is my everyday, pick-me-up-fragrance. Very fresh and fruity--I don't have a great nose on me but I think it smells like a mixture of pineapple and apple. The packaging is cute too--it's in a tube so easy to just throw in your bag.

***ETA: Ok, so I'm getting more of a fruity scent today (4-18). Whew! The cedar isn't coming through like I thought it was. Perhaps I just needed to put a little more on.It's still not one of those really in-your-face, boring, mass-produced fragrances. I'm really really glad I got this.***I bought this untested and so far I'm liking it, though I feel like I get more Cedar than anything else. I generally don't like that note but surprisingly, it makes this more of a "clean" fruity scent than a really juicy one, which is what I was hoping for. Maybe because I knew it had that note, my nose just picked up on it more than the other notes. The staying power is remarkable for a solid. Even if you don't like any of these fragrances, you have to give the French credit where credit is due. Minimal packaging, yet chic and unfussy. No sticky feeling on the skin either. Although this wasn't as wildly tropical as I was hoping for, I'll definitely purchase others. It's so inexpensive for such a sweet, charming product. It seems the other reviewers found it more fruity than I did but then, that's chemistry for you. These little fragrances are also complex, which I love. The more notes the better (well, except in the case of Juicy Couture-which I like-the same can't really be said). Try to get a sample from beautyhabit.com or b-glowing.com I think I'll try more of these that way.

I love the fresh citrusy opening. I do smell some pineapple but also I can smell some floral after the initial application as well as a little musk. It's very girly, fresh and summery. Much to my surprise this is very pretty and actually lasts a long time. I applied to the inside crook of my elbow and it got on my clothes and I could still smell it when I washed my shirt. These are solids so a little goes a long way. Now I have to try Blue Orchid and Lilas Spiritual. Beautyhabit also claims they will receiving more scents from this line which are more vanilla/fruity based for spring/summer.

This is such a fun scent! With notes of orange, lemon, citron and grapefruit, pineapple, blackcurrant, peach, jasmine, cedar and musk, it is fruity, youthful and perfect for summertime. I get mostly citrus and pineapple notes. The cedar is nonexistent on me....but the musk adds just the tiniest bit of warmth and smoothness. Overall, I think this is a great youthful, juicy scent.
