Best hairspray for me. This is the only hairspray that I've tried that holds my hair but doesn't leave it stiff and I can still comb or brush through it. The scent is a typical hairspray smell, which I don't mind. And I got this at a salon for $25 Canadian dollars for 2 cans if hairspray! Can't beat that price in my opinion.

This is absolutely the best hairspray ever ! I will only use this hairspray on my hair. It holds very well (even my curls) and never makes my hair feel dry, stiff, or crunchy. The hold lasts all day but still can be brushable! It has a light, pleasant scent to it that doesn't smell like disgusting candy and fruits like other hairsprays. I will repurchase forever !

I got mine on sale at Marshall's which was cool :) This is a better-smelling version of the Loreal Ellnett. It is light, with great hold and easily brushable. I will stick with this when I need fine, light hairspray.

LOVE this hairspray! Holds well while still looking naturally beautiful! Smells great! I love how you can comb out this hairspray and reapply, with keeping your hair feeling super soft and natural. Washes out easily and does not leave a ton of build up in your hair. Kind of pricey for a hairspray, but totally worth it!!

This leaves hair feeling super soft almost as if there is no hairspray in it! It holds great and lasts all day! Try this!

Wow I finally found my HG hairspray. I've tried so many hairsprays. My hair is very fine and cannot hold a curl but this hairspray has amazing holding power and doesn't make my hair stiff or sticky. It gives my hair lots of volume. Will definitely purchase again when I run out.

Perfect amount of hold without being too stiff or drying. I've used this for years, and have tried others, but I always come back to my Shaper...

This is a review for the Zero Gravity hairspray. I bought this on sale for $7 at Ulta. This is a light hairspray, which is what I prefer. This provides just enough hold to my hair and isn't heavy at all. I do like it, but at regular price I think it is too high. Price is the only reason I wouldn't repurchase, unless I find it on sale again.

I really like this hairspray a lot. I almost never use product, let alone hairspray, as I have very straight hair that never does much of anything, no matter what I try to get it to do. I bought this because I wanted a hairspray that will keep a tight, slick ponytail super-sleek but without looking crunchy or gross. This definitely does that job great! I simply pull my hair back nice and smooth, and let loose with the spray and it stays for ages, until I purposely undo it! It never looks crusty or crunchy, and leaves my hair looking naturally perfect. I don't mind the smell; in fact, I kind of like it. I don't know how to describe the scent other than "hairspray," but it doesn't linger at all, so if it bothers you, it'll be done in a few seconds. I paid about $18USD-ish I believe for a HUGE can which has lasted me several months, and I'm sure will last at least half the summer. This is a great investment for me, since I'm so unfussy with my hair - great hold, no crunch, easy to brush through if needed, and great value!

This isn't my favorite hair spray but I know it is very popular. This hair spray will actually dry your hair out over time because of the alcohol, if you feel like its drying your hair out but don't want to switch hair sprays I would try the re shaper. Also, if you're having trouble with the spray clogging store your next bottle upside-down.

I really like this hairspray. It's awesome in that, unlike most, it doesn't make your hair the least bit stiff, crunchy, sticky, or dull looking. Doesn't weigh down my fine hair and holds my hair in place all day when I curl it. The smell is bad, but it disappears quickly and doesn't stay in your hair. Until I find a hairspray that smells better, i'm willing to put up with it for the performance of the product.

I got this after hearing so many rave reviews. It's actually a decent hairspray, but the SMELL is SO AWFUL I can't even stand it! It has that really nasty chemically hairspray smell... so bad! It's even worse than Aquanet or Rave! The product is okay, it holds decent, not a sticky hairspray which is good. But I would never buy it again and doubt I will make it through this can without gagging to death.

I dont think I could live without this hairspray, I;'ve tried others and none can beat this. I have fine hair and I need something to keep my hair in place without it looking too false/crunchy. I've been using this for about 15 years and I know I won't use anything else ever. Please dont discontinue!!!

This provides very good hold without looking or feeling stiff on my baby fine hair with a few unruly gray strands.

I really wanted to love this and was hoping it'd be my HG. Nope. The nozzle clogs DAILY (and in the middle of using it) and soaking it in hot water doesn't really help. I get a small stream of product (if any at all) and the smell is a bit overwhelming. I am remembering that I bought this hairspray years ago, and now the clogging is making me think this is why I never purchased it again. I have a feeling that the product in there may be good, but this clogging is ridiculous. Having to deal with this issue is a big time waster, and I will not purchase this again.

I got this in the jumbo size, so it was a bit hard for me to hold as I have small hands. The mist is very fine and there is no noticeable smell..which I like. However, I can't say much in terms of holding power because I feel like my hair is no different styled without hairspray than with.
Good thing is that it doesn't make the hair feel like there's product on it. It doesn't make your hair hard or clumped together like most hair sprays.

This was my HG hairspray for many years until Elnett came on the market. Shaper does have the advantage that (compared to most other sprays) it does not make your hair "crunchy" and it has great hold.
The negatives, however, are that it's expensive; the giant canister is ridiculously hard to store, and the nozzle clogs ALL THE TIME! Now that I have my Elnett (available at any Target, cheaper, fits in medicine cabinet), it's like realizing that boyfriend you thought was so great for years was really a big jerk and you can do better!

The best hairspray I've ever used. It does exactly what it's supposed to without any annoyances. The only thing I'd be wary about is that after you use it (for a firm hairdo) do NOT get it wet or otherwise the hairspray will get crunchy, but I am sure other hairsprays do this as well.

I'm not one to use hairspray much, except for when I've got shorter hair. Since my hair is now in a layered bob just below my ears, I decided to buy this "hairspray," based on reviews here on MUA and from glowing statements from hairdressers. The price was not cheap but it wasn't expensive; I'd judge it mid-range and the can is large.
My method of applying this product is unorthodox because I don't spray it onto my hair. I've had to wash my tile floors too many times to clean hair sprays from it, so now I spray some into my palm, spread it quickly over both palms, bend over so that my hair is hanging down, and work the product throughout the areas where I need "shaping."
I usually have to repeat the process standing up with my hair in place. It sounds bizarre but I work quickly and then the product doesn't get all over the bathroom; it doesn't end up in one spot on my hair more than another; and my hair gets incredible lift and hold this way.
Most of all, this hairspray doesn't stink or turn the hair crunchy. The can is huge so I will repurchase but it will be quite a while.

i got this on sale for $5 and i think i would buy again for full price, only hairspray to ever be able to hold curl in my hair :-) very happy especially for $5 AND it doesn't clog which is a huge thing for me i really hate hate hate hairsprays that clog
