Hmm, weird. I have been using the Sally Hansen Lip Inflation Extreme for a while now and I absolutely love it. I use the tinted version, and recently I purchased a red lipstick that had an odd consistency, so I thought I'd grab a clear lipgloss to wear over it, and went with this one. I would've purchased the Extreme version, but the store I stopped at was out, and I figured there couldn't be much difference other than the fact that this tube is shorter. For the record, the gloss technically works great, it has a good consistency, gets tingly to plump lips, and smells nice. However, it is THE WORST TASTING lipgloss I have ever used in my life. I would never want to have this on my lips if there was a chance I might kiss somebody or have a meal, the taste is just awful. For this reason, I wouldn't purchase it again, and I don't even know if I'll bother using any more of the tube I already purchased. Stick to the Lip Inflation Extreme.

Have this product in the clear gloss, been using it for about 2 years now & I love it! The tingly feeling may just be a gimmick or wishful thinking on my part but I feel that it actually works, specifically on my top lip. It can be have a sticky-ish feeling if you put too much on, when the minty smell becomes over-powering too, but I find that if you give your lips a quick rub together a few times then you can get rid of that feeling. Works good over the top of lipsticks too. For me, this product is definitely worth the money & I'd recommend it to everyone.

It looks very pretty, but if used everyday, my lips crack and get dry. The smell is too heavy. It does do a decent job making them fuller. The color "embrace" looks good with fair skin

This product is such a gimmick. I have it in "Temptress." And while it's a pretty pink color and has a nice minty tingle, it's sticky and doesn't do anything to plump up my lips. On top of this, the package is square shaped, which can be bulky and inconvenient if you wanted to carry it around in your pocket or something.

I normally don't stray from LipFusion because nothing else moisturizes my perennially chapped lips well. I ducked into Walgreens midway through the day last week on an especially cold, windy day having forgotten LipFusion at home and bought this with a healthy dose of skepticism not expecting much. Was I ever happy to be wrong! This smoothed out wrinkles, eliminated chapped flakes of skin and made my already very full lips look luscious within 10 minutes of the first swipe... on a bitterly cold day when my lips are prone to looking like puckered prunes with flaky bits! The only gripe I have about this and the reason I am docking 1 star is the smell - it's quite strong and unpleasant to me. But overall, I like this a lot and will buy again. The color I got was Sheer Pink which looks more or less like a pale clear pink gloss with subtle shimmer which is perfect for layering over pink based lip colors. I think I may go back for the Sheer Bare which looked like a lovely peachy copper shimmer. Hopefully, this helps anyone wondering about this. It's worth a try.

I absolutely love this lip gloss! I purchased the nude color and it's perfect if you have a really opaque, matte lipstick which makes you look severely ill. I normally use it on my Femme Couture Nuetral Lip Primer. It really adds a nice gloss to your lips but does not over gloss it. I also love the smell. It's very minty and sometimes I think it smells like peppermint tea! Surely I will be repurchasing this.
The only problem I find with this product is the lip gloss tube itself. Sometimes if my lip gloss isn't standing upright, all the gloss will run to the cap and when I open and then close it the gloss starts to squeeze out of the bottle. That issue creates such a mess in my makeup bag!!!
But I still love it!

I have this in a dark nude colour, it is THE perfect nude lipgloss and feels great on!
Price is decent - i think i got a clearance one so it was cheap
Colour is perfect for a nude high-shine glossy lip
Texture is pretty good - a little sticky, but its long wearing
I will buy these lipglosses again and might even try out a bright red by sally hansen. Im glad I got this colour even though I was originally looking for a pink.

I LOVE this stuff. I've used it for 4 yrs. It is the ONLY gloss that doesn't make my lips dry...and actually keeps them moist and not peeling better than ANY chapstick or lip treatment. If my lips are peely at all, it makes them look smooth. I love how it tingles (has menthol). It does seem to make my lips look fuller. It has good staying power...I only have to reapply after I eat or drink. I use the light pink one...it's a really good color my fair skin. This is all I use on my lips now. I used to buy it at a big chain store, and when they stopped stocking it, I thought it was discontinued. I tried to find a good substitute but NOTHING compared. I ended up finding it a chain drugstore, not even looking for it at the time. I was so happy! The price is not super cheap, but worth it to me for what it is. The applicator is a brush, not a fuzzy tip, and I like that too.

Edit: Still madly in love with this gloss! I usually don't buy makeup at drugstores but this is the only item I buy there. I am now on my third tube and my mom even bought one and loves it!
Original review:
Mmmm..... This is probably the best make-up-find in years for me!
It is cheap, crazy good and does what it says!
1. The color (light-pink-sparkle) is stunning and subtle!
2. The menthol in it makes my lips fuller!
3. Long-wearing but not sticky!!
4. The gloss itself makes my lips so smooth and moisturized that I feel like I belong in the VS catalog! ;)
Winner all the way! Best gloss I've ever had.... Similar to the Bobbi Brown crystal gloss but just better!

I'm actually not that interested in getting plumper lips, I found this while rifling through my sister's old makeup bag.
After applying your lips sting and feel hot for a while, but the colour is gorgeous, I think I'm going to use it as a lip gloss (replacing Cherries in the Glow which I think has unfortunately been discontinued, at least where I live), the shade I have is a dead ringer for that beloved Revlon product.
Not sure if it really plumps up your lips but it's a cute lip gloss if you can stand the temporary sting.

Bought this at Walgreen's after I read someone saying that this was just as good/better than Lip Fusion. I got the Sheer Bare for work.
It has a weird smell of old people ointment. It goes on gloopy. It tingled but my lips do not look noticeably filled out like when I use Lip Fusion.
I'm in the phase of purging out old makeup or things that just do nothing for me, and I think this is one of those things.

I have the clear gloss kind. I really like it. Don't know if it really plumps, but it tingels on my lips, and its super shiny. I really like it. It also has a nice texture, not sticky. It's nice and smooth.

I don't remember how much I paid for his but I did not find it a the Dollar Store. I have this product in Sheer Mocha and I love it. It's shiny without being sticky. It also makes my lips tingle for a few minutes. I don't know if any actual plumping is going on but this is a very pretty lipgloss.

I really like the tube, design and the color is just amazing. I have the "Sheer Moccha", which is really shiny and I have to say sort of glittery.
But it's got this weird minty smell. When I put it on it stings my lips ALOT. Even after 15 minutes it still burns. The gloss effect goes really shiny and glossy for a while , but still feels pretty gooey. I blame the little brush wand thingy. I wouldn't buy it again, but now that I'm stuck with it, I use it when I have nothing else to put on. After all I mean, for about an hour or so its very glossy but the sting makes you pay for it.

I purchased this at a dollar store for $2 and it was money well spent. This is my favorite lip gloss. I have the clear version, and it takes amazingly minty. Its tingly and plumping, and the taste and plump effect last long after the gloss has faded. This is my go to lip gloss

Lip Inflation Plumping Treatment in CLEAR is fantastic! I love the way it goes over my lipstick or stain and looks like GLASS. In the summer, I dab a little gold shimmer gloss in the middle of my bottom lip. (My lips are pretty full/normal and I don't need "plumping"--and, I can't tell if this plumps or not.) Caution: I recently purchased this in "sheer pink" and I do not like it at all because it seems like every other, ordinary, lip gloss with shimmer.

I love this! Sheer Blush is one of my favorit elip glosses ever. :)
I have naturally full lips so I can't vouch for the plumping effect, but I love the mild tingle and the color is gorgeous! Very shiny, very smooth... just a lovely gloss.

At first I was in love with this product and used it every day applying it when ever it vanished. Unlike DuWop lip venom it dosent dry up after a minute after the application. BUT this will dry out your lips so bad that it hurts when you smile. This is preventable if you wear a chapstick or lipstick under the lip gloss. I don't know if this happens to the other lip inflation sally hansen lip glosses because I got the lip inflation extreme. I wish it didn't dry out my lips because the color was lovely and very shinny.

I really like this product! I already have massive lips naturally but was curious to try a plumper.
It did plump my lips ! Not drastically but there was a nociable difference (:
It has a slight tingle for the first few minutes but nothing bad i actually liked it.
The smell is beautiful smells really yummy and fruity.
It is quite thick though.
For the best results I reccommend aPplying It all Over the lips and really focus on putting it Over the lip line (:
My Only con is as time passes the effects lessen , I just used mine for the first time I'n months (I've had it for around 7 months) and I dIdnt notice the tinglying or plumping much.

I bought this on sale at Rexall. I was looking for a wand-type lip product since I was running low on my bonnebell product I already have. I like this stuff! It's in a ngood quality container that wont leak and it has a nice brush applicator instead of a sponge tip. It makes me feel alluring and sexy and the color I chose is very sheer with a nice strawberry scent. It makes my lips tingle but I dont notice a difference in them beside making them hydrated and glossy.
The downside to this is if I put on too much, and this happens often, and my hair gets into it, the wind will whip my hair up and I have gotten smudges on my glasses because of it. Not fun to clean. Because of this, I wear it indoors: I get sick of cleaning my smudgy, oily glasses every 5 seconds to the point where it feels like Im looking through a fog. Ick!
I would purchase this product again. I just have to learn to tone down the amount I put on my lips.
