Ugh what a streaky mess. The color is gorgeous, soft white with subtle silver shimmers, but even after 4 coats, still streaky and not completely opaque.

A gorgeous ivory nude with shimmer. Applies evenly, lasts on the nail for 5+ days.. just a perfect formula. This is one of the best pale skin/ nude colours for pale skin tones. The lovely subtle sheen also gives it life, I'll be sad when I finish my bottle.

This is white with a little something. It has a nice little shimmer to it. It was great with 3 coats.

Jackie Oh My is a color that will go with just about everything making it really versatile. The color is a soft white with a pinkish tan overcast. I found it a little hard to put on as it can be very streaky and it takes about 4 coats for it to be opaque. I have really fair skin so I didn't find that it popped on my nails but it didn't look terrible. Just there. I do think it would look great on darker complexions or those with a tan. It did have a great wear life though, it lasted a full week with minimal wear and tear.

I got this for $2.00 at Ulta and I really like it! I use three coats to get the finish I want. I find that using thicker works best too.

I love white nail polishes with a little something andd this is it. Jack Oh My has a little micro shimmer to it. It's very pretty. It takes a couple coats to go opaque but, it takes a while to chip so it's worth it.

I just recieved this in a swap. I was kind of disappointed when I first saw it, but when I tried it on--something totally different. Someone here said it has a "micro-shimmer", which is a good description. I feel like I'm too old to pull off the big chunks of sparkle a lot of polishes have, but this is perfect. It looks sort of pink on me, it's very understated and I think it would be a beautiful top layer to a couple coats of ballet slippers. very pretty...

Jackie Oh My looks like an off-white with a pink hue and matching shimmer - it is more pinkish than my Chanel White Satin. Yet another perfect colour for the clean and polished look.
This is actually a very pretty shade though again, the subtle shimmer is very hard to capture and basically it looks like a creme formula under most lighting. Also, this is a sheer nail polish and omg, it's rather streaky. Not the most streaky but definitely not streak-less. Probably this is my problem as I'm a beginner. I tried applying 2 thin coats and it's still streaky. I did my third coat and it doesn't look as pretty as it's no longer that translucent - streaks aren't showing up much at this stage but I can still see them. Using a ridge filler helps a bit.
As for the brush, I prefer a wider one. Usually a wider brush can help me applying polish less streaky.

Love this sheer nude color. Perfect for everyday. Will be a definite go-to color for me. I wish it smoothed on a little creamier, but I know that's standard for Essie. I like it more than Bubble Bath, which was my previous go-to, because it has slight sparkle to it. Perfect in 3 coats.

I am in love with this color. I saw it in a magazine and decided to go for it. I do not usually wear nail polish on my fingers, just my toes. But this shade is light enough to look nice on the fingers. I used a base coat, then three coats of the polish, and a top coat. Three coats of the polish I thought was the best look. You could do two coats to have it be more sheer. The color is beautiful. It is a nude with a tinge of white and shimmer. Really looks beautiful and understated. I will be buying this one again. Essie polish always is nice and does not seem to chip.

Just a nice, pearly white with a silvery cast. A bit more frosty than I would have preferred, but still nice.

I purchased this polish after doing a google search to find out what Jillian Harris aka last year's "Bachelorette" wore on her nails. Jackie Oh My is a sheer white with a hint of shimmer. You need to apply three coats if you don't want your nails to show underneath. That being said, the bottle will go fast. I love this color so much, my bottle is already half empty lol :) I am still searching for more of an opaque white, although this one is definitely a winner.

I purchased this nailpolish based on the MUA reviews and I have to say they were spot on. Thank you! I really love the polish. It reminds me of Allure with a subtle shimmer. I used 2 coats and probably would have been better off with one but it's still a winner!

Jackie Oh My is gorgeous and incredibly unique. It's a very delicate sheer white/cream shade infused with loads of teeny tiny micro-shimmer. Two coats of this and my nails just *gleam*. This applies like a dream .. it's fantastic on it's own .. and is also great to layer with. A coat of this over something like Ballet Slippers ... and I get that same sparkle with a more pink undertone. All in all .. an outstanding polish that I love and adore!

Love this, if your looking for a white polish that doesn't look like white out or streak, then this is it. Because it contains shimmer it is really wearable and one of my favourite essie shades

This has been a very popular polish on the MUA nailboard and I now love it, as well. Jackie Oh My is a subtle off-white polish with shimmer. Three coats of Jackie makes my favorite white polish look. This is definitely white, yet still looks natural. This is a sheer shade that can be built up. I have seen this look nice with 2 coats but my favorite look is 3 coats. At 3 coats, this remains somewhat sheer, but is fairly opaque. I found this easy to apply.

My skin tone is cool/neutral olive and this color is very flattering on me. The polish looks off-white in the bottle but on me it appears to be a glossy pale pink. I used two coats and the coverage was perfect!

One of my HGs! I love this polish! Jackie Oh My is a gorgeous sheer white with shimmer that looks great on its own or as a French mani. I'm warm (MAC NC25/30), and it doesn't look too white on my hands (which is a problem I have with many white polish shades). The application is perfect and non-streaky, and it wears beautifully. A definite winner from Essie!

Sheer white with shimmer. Very pretty, but still sheer even with 3 coats. If you don't like sheer, you won't like this. I do. Typical good Essie quality IMO. It's a pretty, clean color. I'm warm, tan, MMM.

I totally agree with the hype for Jackie Oh My. Cute name, beautiful polish. It's a sheer off-white with subtle shimmer which becomes opaque in 3-4 coats, and it's the most lovely white polish I've yet to find. Very pretty, soft effect, great application, none of the dreaded Essie streakiness.
