I bought a small travel size to try at first. I was initially skeptical. I have combination skin with lite adult acne (due to hormones). I was pleasantly surprised. It has a cool tingling feeling once applied. Not greasy and quickly absorbed into my skin. I think that in the dead of winter I may need a slightly heavier moisturizer but I would definitely use this during the spring /summer. Great cream.

I got this as part of an intro kit. The only thing "quenching" about this daily lotion is that it's full of peppermint so it tingles and smells strongly of mint. It's not terribly moisturizing but it's ok for summer. Not worth the cost for me.

With the mixed reviews on this product I was hesitant to try it, but I found it half off so why not? Glad I did, I have problems finding a moisturizer that doesn't make my face look like I work over a deep fryer an hour after I apply makeup, my skin is quite oily. This has almost a gel like consistency and is very light. I really like the cooling sensation, perfect for summer. I use one or two pumps and it spreads nicely. I'm unsure how someone with sensitive skin would react to this, would definitely be something to try before purchasing as it is just under $50. I can see how some would find it would feel like it's burning.
Along with the refreshing pepperminty smell, it leaves my skin very soft and I'm not shiny for hours!
It's pricy, so I will look for it in kit next time if I can't find a sale. Also, comes in a glass pump container which gives it a high end feel but I'm a little scared I might drop it.

This is an awesome moisturizer at a great price! I love the way it cools my skin as it dries, not to mention the fact that it leaves my face feelin baby soft. Another awesome fact about this little miracle in a bottle is that it is now available with or without SPF!! Must have in my skin kit.

This is my go-to moisturizer in the morning. It manages to moisturize my combination skin without being oily. I also love the cooling sensation after it is applied.

Beyond giving my skin a tingly feeling, which is nice first thing in the morning, this is a big "MEH" for me. Plus, I have to wonder who thought it was a good idea to put menthol in a skin care product aimed at people with sensitive skin? Seems counter-intuitive, although I will state for the record that I have not had a problem with it and my skin as very sensitive. GO figure. Not worth the hype or the price.

I'm not sure what this moisturizer is suppose to do because it is not moisturizing at all. The texture is light, gel-like and absorbs quickly on skin. When you put it on, your skin tingles for a while because there is menthol in it. So maybe this may work in hot, humid weather for the cooling effect or soothing sensation after a sunburn, but it doesn't do anything for me.

This is my number one moisturizer for the summertime. The texture is FABULOUS, it's a cross between a lotion and a gel. While my skin is dry in the winter, it's basically normal-combo in the summer, so I don't need to use a heavy greasy cream- so this one is just right. It absorbs immediately, which is also extremely important to me. The added bonus to this moisturizer is the minty tingle it leaves behind! It lasts for a good half hour after applying it, so I find it really refreshing. I especially like the way it feels after showering -- keeps me from feeling overheated. And it's great in the morning before going out into the muggy weather. Love how fresh this makes my face feel! It's also a great base before applying makeup, it leaves me face really smooth.

This didn't hydrate - the only thing this light moisturizer did is irritate my skin and smell like mouthwash. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't suggest trying this.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Olive Hair: Brunette Eyes: Brown
I love the peppermint smell and tingle when I put this moisturizer on. It's very lightweight, which is perfect for me because I usually follow it with a tinted moisturizer.
If you have dry skin that you're trying to nourish, this isn't heavy enough.

i am generally oily in my t zone. this moisturizer was very light and refreshing. when i patted it on, it was like putting ICE on my face! wakes you up!!! but it doesnt moisturize enough. seconds later it felt like i had not even put ANy on and had to reapply. Sticking to my Obagi, which although makes me shiny, doesnt break me out and balances my face. will not purchase.

This seems to work ok for my skin. I have the spf version. This seems to mildly calm redness and keeps the skin moist. It can leave me a bit oily or leave a white cast. I found the best use for this is mixing it with my sally hansen Carmindy foundation and using it as a tinted moisturizer! I will probably look for something with more spf soon because I am on renova now for mild rosacea.

this is just horrible for my dry and sensitive skin. I told the sales rep my skin type and was given a sample of this lotion to try. the mint was just too much. my face was tingling hours later and it just didn't hydrate enough. this should be for oily skin girls who are able to tolerate peppermint oil among the first ingredients. this would be refreshing in the summer time for those who are oily and want a very lightweight cooling lotion. but not suitable for me.

For an expensive product it comes in a bottle you would expect from a drug store product. My skin is far from sensitive but the menthol in this product continued to burn horribly even after I washed it off. I took it back right away and got the amazing cloud cream instead. Unless you can stand the feeling of mouth wash on your face you shouldn't even try this product.
Age: 30-35 Skin: Combination Hair: Brunette Eyes: Hazel
I got a sample of Skyn Iceland's cloud cream from Sephora and it was wonderful - lessened the redness on my face, and when I woke up the next AM, my face wasn't oily/greasy like it usually feels when I use philosophy's Hope in a Jar. I decided to try the combo package of cleanser/moisturizer/eye cream and it came with The Antidote moisturizer. Wow. Not good for my sensitive skin- the tingling is too much. It has left a burning sensation on my skin for the last 20 minutes, since applying it, and is just now finally fading. It will be returned tomorrow in exchange for cloud cream.

This feels nice going on -- minty cool, but it is not hydrating and does nothing for my normal/combo dehydrated skin. Need more moisture from a moisturizer!
Age: 30-35 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium Hair: Brown Eyes: Brown
This stuff is for lack of a better word crap, at least on my skin. I actually used this along with the cleanser and toner from the same line last summer. In the beginning i liked it because summers here are hot and humid and it had a very refreshing and cooling effect on the skin, but that soon changed. My skin looked redy and angry. What I remember was that it was not that great at moisterizing even in the summertime and after using it for a while it began to sting, especially if I had been out in the sun or swimming. I definitley would not recommend for sensitive skin.

awesome product i love the little minty feel since its so light weight. perfect for spring/summer. not so much winter/fall not the best for dry skin.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium Hair: Brunette Eyes: Brown
this is a great light moisturizer. worst wonders for my oily skin. since its so light its perfect in warmer weather. leaves a nice minty feel.

This lotion smells amazing and feels so good when I put it on, however its just not enough moisture for my combo skin. My skin will get oily by the end of the day and I could probably go without lotion if I wanted. However I feel as though this product actually dried out my skin. I wish they would add some more moisture to it, because the consistency, packaging, smell and feel of this lotion are great!
