I'm wondering if the British formulation of this body lotion is different having read these reviews.
I purchased this hoping for a natural, nourishing product to use whilst pregnant. The advertised royal jelly seemed like a good start!
The fragrance is a little strange but it doesn't linger on the skin, however this DOES NOT have a subtle shimmer - it is really sparkly! To the point where a couple of colleagues commented on it, and it got on the inside of my clothes. It is also very, very runny in application.
I persevered hoping for the radiant skin promised, but all I got after three weeks was glitter, dry skin and rough patches. I'm not convinced this lives up to its claims, the only radiance it provides is cosmetic and it does not nourish the skin. Would not repurchase.

Miracle product! A little bit of this lotion goes a long way. I'm obsessed with using this lotion under powder/mineral foundation. I use as a body highlighter on my shoulders, chest, legs, and arms too. It gives my skin a beautiful glow. I've not found that the product is sparkly or gives an oily shine. Unfortunately, I have not found that the lotion is super moisturizing; I use it more as makeup and use other products to moisturize.

I love this heavy moisturizer. Yes it smells old lady perfumey. But it fades away eventually. I like the shimmer because it seems to make me radiant. I only use the day cream because I can't use the night cream with the my retinol. One of my current faves! :)
Re-Review: Over time it was too thick and gave my skin milla and made almost a "film" over it. I stopped using it and my skin got better. The heavy (unnessicsary) scent also triggered my sensitive skin.

The Radiance Night Cream was recommended to me here on Makeup Alley. I had been using the Nivea Co Q10 cream for years, and it was discontinued. I actually tried Crisco (again a Makeup Alley recommendation) but it didn't soak in - just left a greasy face. I feel that the Radiance Night Cream is a heavy moisturizer that soaks in nicely. I was in search of a heavy cream. I often get compliments on my skin. I also bought the Radiance Day Lotion. The lotion is way too thin for me, but apparently there is a day cream so I will try that.

I just got this a few days ago, I really like this stuff works great for me I love everything about it, just wish it came in a bigger bottle is my ONLY complaint on this lotion, I got it for $8.99 at a local grocery store nearby me(Publix) I'm almost sure Walmart probably would have had it for a cheaper amount, and that its 98.2% natural makes even more interesting.. Give it a shot, its awesome stuff!!!

I love this so much! At first I admit I was put off by the shimmer. Shimmer is glitter. Lets not sh*t ourselves. When I rubbed it on my arms I noticed the palms of my hands were VERY glittery. But, it doesn't apply that glittery on other parts of the body, thankfully. This makes me feel like my legs look awesome! Somehow manages to kind of even the skin tone and make me look a bit tanner, the skin looks soft and moisturized. I agree with a below reviewer who said that it's good for a night out, though I see no problem with wearing it in the day as well. You may see a little fleck of glitter here and there once its applied, but nothing over the top. Also, while it's a rather light lotion, consistency wise, I must say that the smell is pretty strong. It is flowery/a tad purfumey. Personally I don't mind it, though I admit it is strong, and it does linger for a fair amount of time, so if you don't like the smell, it'd be a no-go.

This is a light lotion with mica that I only use on special occassions when I want to add a little shimmer to my skin. It's nice for a date night or out for drinks. Not something that I'd want to use everyday as my regular body moisturizer though. It is VERY heavily fragranced but I don't mind the fragrance- it's very flowery and it mixes nicely with the Coty musk that I wear. And my husband likes the way it smells. The consistency is like a light serum that feels silky- and it does make my skin look and feel moisturized. I especially like the way it looks on my calves and feet. I have even used it on my face without any issue. This is a nice lotion to have on hand for those occassional evenings (for me only 2 or 3 times a month) when I want to add some shimmer and fragrance.

Was given a sample of this to try.
Only used once and washed it off straight away.
Did not like the smell at all - which is strange as I like the body wash.
Not moisturising enough for me - shimmer was OK - but just could not get on with the smell.

I love this lotion mainly for the pretty, glowy shimmer. Not really for moisturizing daily. For moistuizing, it's ok. Nothing to rave about. The shimmer is subtle and isn't "sparkly". Its more illuminating, not just straight bronze, gold, or silver. A very pretty, natural glow. The shimmer seems to last a decnt while, but definitely will wear off/isn't transfer resistant like Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs for reference. The consistency is runny and the smell isn't favorable. I bought this for days or nights when I just want a head-to-toe glow and this does exactly that for me.

This product is too runny for a tube, I'd prefer it in a pump. It's a light body lotion with mica in it to make your skin sparkle. I love it; not sure how it will hold up in the winter but its been perfect so far for the fall and spring. The ingredients are amazing but I am dissapointed it has coconut oil in it as it's quite comedogenic. However, Burt's bees does use it often in their body lotions. I would rebuy if they run out of the throughly therapeutic honey & orange wax body lotion again.

First of all, I got this in a BB grab bag- I didn't pick this out for myself.
I love the shimmer in this, but that's about where the loving stops for me. The smell, on me, turns to the oder of feet (I have funny skin chemistry, I admit), so that's a no go. I'm planning to use the lotion with perfume oil and seeing if I can make something yummy though! Another con is the consistency! It's like water and I need way too much to get enough for my arms and legs. Thirdly, the packaging was all dinged up when I got it in the mail, which wasn't BB's fault, but I have plenty of lotions that have stood up to shipping, so when this one didn't it was disappointing. BB's packaging is usually strong!
So, a lot of my complaints are subjective- if this stuff is your HG, that's awesome. It just wasn't for me.

I received a sample of this so I don't know how much it costs. I have to say, it gives a "Twilight vampire in the sun sparkle". I don't know if I like it or not...
The lotion is non greasy and absorbed quickly, but had a little bit of a sticky feel that didn't bother me much. I did not like the scent, it is a little strong. It hydrated a little, but not a lot, so not good for people who requires skin quenching.
I think it is a fun product but not something I would like to use for everyday moisturising purposes.

a great moisturizer that gives your skin a nice glow. i love how it's not sparkly, rather has a believable shimmer that makes your skin look so healthy.
it's not super moisturizing, and has more of a milky texture that absorbs quickly and is non-greasy.
no harsh smell, kind of a light scent to it that's hard to describe.
this is a great daily moisturizer, but i would use something heavier on elbows, knees, etc. if you need the extra moisture.
will definitely repurchase though!

Overall, pretty good. It smelled pleasant to me, although it may not be for everyone (plenty of people have complained about the scent of the radiance line). I would have loved this had I still been stuck in my "loving sparkly body lotion phase," though sadly that ship has sailed (it was fun while it lasted, though). Personally, it didn't do an adequate job of completely moisturizing my body on its own, although then again, most body lotions don't (which is why I usually stick with body oils). Anyways, this would be a good cheaper alternative to Urban Decay's Midnight Cowboy Body Shimmer Lotion.

I saw a guru raving about this, and had to try it. It felt a bit gritty to me and not so moisturizing. Sad.

Excellent list of natural ingredients (the royal jelly attracted me to this product and I figured I'd try a a Burt's Bees lotion because I love their lip balm), but the consistency is too thin and runny. Too much of it drips or essentially falls out of the bottle at a time. A little bit of this goes a long way, especially considering that it's shimmery, but I've been tempted to use too much of it as a time because too much came out of the bottle. It seems hard to rub in, for something that thin - feels like sunscreen.
The shimmer is nice and not overpowering, but still not something I want in an everyday lotion for all over my body.
I'll stick with Gold Bond, coconut oil and cocoa butter to moisturize my body.

Love the scent, love the way it makes my skin look, love everything about it :) I will definately buy this again and again...until they no longer make it, because we all know that's what happens. We love something then they take it away.

This a really pretty lotion- I love shimmery lotions, and this one fits that bill, but it really irritates my just-shaved legs. And considering that the whole point to using this is to use it when the shimmer can be seen, it can only be used on my legs after I have just shaved! I probably will not purchase just to use on arms, etc, so unfortunately, this will have been a one-time purchase.
