I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from! Are y'all using the same stuff??? Following the directions?! This stuff makes my hair feel like SILK!! My hair has been through a whole heck of a lot. I'm naturally a level 5, my hair is just past my bra strap, so about halfway down my back. Over the last 2 years, I've gone from red to platinum, and I mean PLATINUM, almost to the point of being silver, then TO silver/gray and I've had a whole rainbow of semi-permanent colors in between. (I'm a hairdresser, I like to experiment haha) The point is, my hair has taken a beating and this is the only thing I've found so far that has given me the results I've been looking for. I do my shopping at a professionals-only supply store, so I get my shampoos/conditioners at wholesale prices. I've tried almost every shampoo/conditioner there. I like to switch it up, but I really think I've met my match with this one! I couldn't be happier with it! And I LOVE how it smells!

I was so excited to finally get this, I didn't want to spend the money at all but I figured I'd splurge for once. After using this my hair had never been so tangled before. I would always have knots in it and my hair never gets like that. The absolute only thing I liked about this was the fragrance.

It keeps my hair nourished and silky after every wash!
Will definitely buy it again!

When I put this in my hair, I feel like I'm putting Noxema in it because it looks so identical.

The smell is decent.

At first, it really smoothed my hair down. And made it nice and soft. The first few washes I mean.

Then I used it more often, and figured, "hey im using it too often" because my hair kind of got straggly.

Now I rarely use it, but when I do it still makes my hair a tad straggly. It's okay. It doesn't leave my hair like super silky or anything, I just don't really know about this product.

This product is AMAZING!!! It works in conjunction with the CHI line so for best results use the silk infusion. It deposits protein into the cuticle layer to help increase elasticity and also deposits moisuture into the cuticle layer. Smells good, I reccommmend using 2X a week once again, IN CONJUNCTION with the other products from the CHI infra line!!

this sucks terribly! i love the infra shampoo but not this one. My hair was tangled, frizzy, dry and felt like straw! I have never ever had something like that happen to me! CHI usually is a respectable line. The treatment is not anything special. I am better off using a cheaper brand with better results. Will not be buying this again!

I have thick coarse dry frizzy hair and this conditioner dried my hair even more. It made it feel so dry like straw,, the smell is like the silk infusion(mens cologne) . but has no slip and does not moisturize at all!

Made my hair feel like straw and I hate the fragrance. It doesn't smell how the Chi line normally smells IMO. I would never repurchase, total waste of $$$ :(

I purchased this along with the CHI Infra Shampoo, and I am very pleased with the performance of this product. It makes my hair very silky and soft, and the smell is to die for. I only use this about 3 times a week, because if I like to switch it up with my Redken All Soft conditioner. It's good for colour-treated hair as well.

I love the CHI shampoo so I was hoping I would love this too- but unfortunately I was not impressed. It takes A LOT to saturate your hair into making it feel even slightly moisturized. Even after using a handful of it, my hair still never felt silky like conditioners are supposed to feel when you rinse. The only good thing is the smell- I love the CHI products fragrance.

Love :). Thats how I feel about this product! The scent is like a light men's cologne, but you can't smell it afterward. I have thin hair and this makes it smooth and soft. This product is the one that made my hair silky and I love it. I've purchased it several times already. The only bad thing about it is the price. Will repurchase!

Like a few other people, I bought this not knowing that it is just a conditioner. Quite pricey when I had to factor in the international shipping as well.

I will have to update on my review on the product once I use it, but since it's not what I thought it was meant to be, I doubt I will be repurchasing.

I have been using the CHI infra line since I am trying to grow out my hair and it is very damaged. The infra shampoo and infra treatment works very well with my hair. I have noticed a lot less breakage and damage. My hair is very healthy now. I also love scent.

I can't believe this actually worked for me. My hair is super soft now. I didn't actually follow the directions though. I used my normal shampoo and conditioner and then used about a quarter size amount of the treatment and put it all over the ends of my hair. Absolutely love this. I would definately reccomend.



Update: I hardly use it anymore. Made my hair too oily. Now I would not reccomend. Not worth the money.

For me, it's just like any other conditioner. It doesn't do anything particularly wonderful, and keeps my hair soft and silky like other conditioners do for less money.

Love it! Love It! Okay I maybe a lil bias here, because I love most Chi products. I use this sometimes and it works great with the Chi flat iron or any flat iron really. It works well with the Chi silk infusion and the Chi Rocket Blow dryer. I wash my hair do my deep condition and and then I put this on my hair. I rinse and do my oil treatment and add the dabb of Chi silk infusion. I wrap my hair sit under the dryer... whola!! I have shiny, silky, bouncy hair. I love it, YES I recommend it and I keep it on hand at all times.

This conditioner is just ok...its not bad, but its not very good either. Love the smell as with all chi products, but this just isnt special. I wont repurchase.

My hair is very dry, colour treated for 6 years and I recently started to bleach it. So to give my hair a boost, I've been buying some products on the expensive side.

I love this item already, even though I've just started using it. After the first time of using it, it left my hair shiny and soft, and it feels very hydrated.
I will definitely buy this item again, even though it is quite expensive.

EDIT: I've been trying some different conditioners, which seem to be doing more to my hair than this Infra Treatment. I still like it, and will use it, but I think I can spend my money on better products!
