I absolutely love this color! It's a perfect pinky rose that brightens you up without being too much. The formula is fine, but a little dry and not at all moisturizing. It's sheer, but not as sheer as I thought it would be. It's pretty much a light lipstick. The staying power is lacking a little but the color more than makes up for any flaws. One little swipe of this livens up my face and gives my lips a finished look. Love that there is no sparkle too!

Someone on a beauty message board suggested I get this product. I don't remember why, but she was spot-on in terms of what I was looking for and my coloring.

On me, this goes on a a pinkish-rose. I only use it lightly because I'm not into the feel of lipstick, and I have a bad habit of licking lipstick off. I love the color. The texture is alright- not as moisturizing as it would lead you to believe.

The tube is the size of a chapstick, and cost me $16- a little pricy, but it's lasted me quite a long time and can double as a cheek color in a pinch.

Because it's the only lip color I can really tolerate, I'm giving it a 4- down one for the price and the lack of moisture, but I would buy it again and would probably check out the other available colors as well.

Liked the idea of this product - a balm with spf and nice lasting color, great for day use! This is not moisturizing at all! Because of this I feel I am not getting the spf protection. They should market this as a stain instead. The color does last but it also sets into fine lines making it not worth it for me. And it comes in metal packaging? Well, def not plastic. Sure this ups the price on it too - not necessary. I won't be buying again.

Currently I have the Recylce trio, Monday, Champagne Brunch and Thursday. I bought Tea Time looking for a natural flush deep rose colour and I am definitely not dissapointed in it. Will absolutely buy again :)

When i got to sephora, i went to the tarte section. I put every color on the back of my hands to see the colorl. I picked tea time becuase it is a pretty rose color. When i tried it at home, i realized that i shouldnt have bought the color since my lips are naturally rose. Also, when i put it on, it made my lips a bit itchy.I wont buy this product, but i might get the neutrogena one since it is very similar to the tarte one.

I had friday and Saturday before I got this. Very different rosy shade.

I like the lip sheers idea. For me the point is to be able to apply some color to my lips very quickly, without spending much time. This particular color is good for that purpose because it's not very dark. It is however quite pigmented.

the best thing about these are so practical. I can keep this in my pocket as the only "touchup" item and make myself look presentable. The reason for this is, it can double as a cheek tint very easily. For this reason, i will probably buy these lip sheers again when I run out. Tea time looks especially nice on my lips and cheeks - gives me a rosy pick me up at the end of the day at work...

EDITING: After using these for a while, I must say, they really are drying. Taking off a lippe...

The tube was majorly scratched when I opened the box (my bro bought it for me w/o checking when he was in San Francisco). I also don't quite like the cap which isn't tight enough for my liking BUT BUT BUT I REALLY like the colour. Very pretty rosy happy pink that flatters my NC30 Asian skin. More pigmented than Friday and stays on longer, too. Quite moisturising w/o being too slippery. Slight minty scent but isn't annoying. I took away 1 lippie bec of the packaging. Hope it doesn't get busted up further in my makeup pouch.

Weird! I ordered a lip sheer from Sephora and the packaging was majorly dinged up too. I bought this out of convenience. Gloss is too high maintenance, lipstick is too drying and this was a perfect way to get moisture, spf, and a hint of color. Will probably buy more even if the packaging looks like it's been in a war.

I think I am going to buy more lip sheers soon. Tea time is the perfect rosy "i just ate a cherry popsicle" flushed lips with spf 15. The only thing I didnt like is that both lip sheers that I purchased (first one was online, second was in the store) had these hideous black smudges on the outside of the lip sheer. Wierd how it happened twice in a row now. Anyway I had to open both and check and see if the stuff inside was ruined but it wasnt so I just bought it anyway.

I love these lip sheers! This is my 2nd one and I have Thursday already, but Tea Time is a tad more rosy and pigmented than Thursday. Makes lips supersoft, and doesn't really add much shine, just a natural flush on the lips! Truly YLBB. I have a terrible feeling that I will be getting more of these soon :>
