I have had this for a while. I got it for 1$ on sale and thought what is to lose. I absolutly love this it reminds me of maple syrup. It is a little on the sticky side but i can ignore that because the color lokks realy good for a nude on me.

In my opinion, this is the best smelling lip gloss Bath and Body work smells. Everytime I go there I smell this. It smells like syrup! Kinda sticky but tastes and smells amazing!

I found this in a bin during the SAS sale. Actually, I was using save 10$ if you spend 30$, and I was 1$ short and just grabbed this for 1$ randomly. It smells so yummy. Like a bakery. I really like the color. It's a pretty subtle nude. I don't find it's all that sticky. A real nice surprise find.

I love this line of lip glosses! They are the only ones I use. Hotcakes is so yummy. It's great for this time of year, because the temps are changing and the maple syrup taste and scent makes me think of fall. I had this and loved it until I took it to work and some one stole it from my desk. Who does that?? Anyway, I am definitely looking forward to getting it again. These glosses usually last me 2-3 months and that's a long time for someone who applies gloss about a hundred times a day. Definitely worth buying!

I would always eye the Liplicious products every time I went to BBW but at $7 a pop, I never purchased it. I went to my local store today and all Liplicious products were $2. I have a ton of lipglosses, but since I always wanted to give this stuff a try I only bought 1. It took forever to pick my scent, but finally settled on Hot Cakes. This smells soooooooo yummy in the tube and on my lips. Very sweet, buttery and syrupy. Delish. The formula is sticky though, but turns slippery soon after. The colour is a nude shimmery pink cream. I love everything about this, and plan on going back to my store to purchase more while the sale is still on. I think I have a new fave lipgloss brand!!!!

When I had first tried this, I didn't really like it because it was sticky but the smell was amazing. After a while, I came back to this but this time I had applied lip balm before this and it wasn't too sticky. The color is really pretty and I didn't notice too many shimmers (thank god).

Oh My Goodness! I LOVE This! Scent! I have this in my pencil case at school, and a lot my of my friends (even boys) try to steal this! This gloss has a nude pink color to it, with pink shimmers. I have all of the Liplicious flavors, this one is my favorite. It smells like a syrupy-vanilla. I love it! I would totally buy it and recommend it!

Liplicious makes my favorite lip glosses, they come in so many colours and the flavors are so yummy!!!!!!!! Hot cakes is a very very gorgeous nude pink with gold shimmers, i love it either on it's on or over a pink lipstick. it's very girly and pretty on the lips. it's also quite pigmented, so it's perfectly fine to wear it on its own. the gloss itself does not feel sticky on my lips, it's very smooth and creamy. i cant wait to buy more liplicious lip gloss next time i go to bath and body works.

Smelled it at the store for full 5 minutes because it was so yummy! Never purchased it because it was $7. The next month I couldn't find it anywhere and found out it has been discountinued. I've been wildly looking it up on ebay. Get it if you like the Whipped Vanilla flavor. Smells very similar just more syrupy. Really smells like pancake with syrup. A must!!

I bought this on a holiday recently at the Bath and Body Works factory outlet. At $1.99, it was a STEAL.It has a really 'real' hot cakes scent to it, and the first time i applied it, it was too strong, hence i had to dab it a bit. I LOVE THE COLOUR THOUGH. It comes out with a glittery tint of brownish pink on my lips, and its gorgeous. I've managed to get over the scent, and am wearing it now! (And i've just discovered its TASTE. [uhoh])
LOVE! Sadly i can't get it here(Singapore), and have to wait when someone goes over to USA, or someone comes down.
It is bit pricey at the normal B&BW shop, retailing at 7 bucks, and i wouldn't have tried it at that price. Therefore, the price is rated at 2, since i got it at a deal.

This is a great, nonsticky lip gloss with a gorgeous color - a mauvey-beige with a hint of pink and gold shimmer that's great for everyday wear (I'm an NC25 for reference). The scent is strong at first but fades very quickly. I haven't tested out how long this lasts yet, but most Liplicious products last a fairly decent length of time. These glosses are usually pricey at $7.00 each, but I got mine at a Bath & Body Works outlet store for just $1.99! Even so I would probably repurchase at the normal price.

I LOVE THIS LIPGLOSS! My HG lipgloss for sure. It tastes delicious, smells delicious. It has a beautiful sheer color. Makes your lips look beautiful. Only problem is that it tastes so good you lick it off haha!!

LOVE these glosses. Love how they apply smooth and are not sticky [like MAC's lipglasses, hate]. This is a sheer pearly pale pink on me. If I put a lot on, it will "bleach" out my natural lip color. It smells like pancakes and tastes sweet. De-lish.

This is one of my favorite lip glosses of all time. It is very neutral with pink & gold shimmer. It looks good in fluorescent lighting! And every other light. It smells/tastes GREAT. I'd buy a case of this if I could.

Awesome universally flattering medium sheer mauve-beige with warm gold shimmer. Unique but not obnoxious color surprisingly works on everyone. Liplicious is proving to be a really great and affordable line for B&BW. One this that I think is crazy though is that they NAILED the smell of buttered pancakes... I mean I was very shocked after I smelled it for the first time. It smells (and tastes) delicious in a very very strange way, since I'm alright with baked good scented beauty products (it's not like it hasn't been done), but butter makes me think salty, and even though this doesn't smell salty, the butter scent makes me think it should. I hope that makes sense because it kind of blows my mind a little more every time I wear it. I can imagine it might be off putting for some and love at first whiff for others. I just wear it really because the color is so damn cool.
EDIT: Still love the color, but I couldn't stomach the scent... I'm fine with it but it's so strong that it becomes nauseating and I had to get rid of it.

package: squeeze tube. shiny plastic silver cap
smell: like syrup. can be a little overwhelmind at some times. other times, it smells great.
price: this is a little pricey at $7. but with all the sales, you can end up getting it @ $5.
pros: a good color on me.
cons: a little expensive. can smell over whelmind sometimes......
over all, i would probably buy this again becuase of the pretty color it has on my lips..... =]

This lip gloss is absolutely amazing!! I am Spanish with a fair complexion and dark hair and eyes. The problem for me is that my lips are full and pretty pigmented. It is hard to find gloss that stays true to color on me since they all end up looking the same. All I really need to do is wear a clear gloss and it looks like I have color on my lips ranging from a bright pink to sometimes a plummy color depending on the weather. This gloss stays true to color on me! It is perfect for when I am looking for a nude natural color or when I do a smoky eye and need to down play my lips. The scent is another plus. It smells just like hot buttery pancakes. I dont keep back ups for many products but this is a definite must.

Though the color is pretty (this is a mauvey color with some shimmer) I cannot stand the scent. It's got a little too much buttery scent for me and call me weird but everytime I use it, I feel like it's greasy on my lips because of that butter smell. It also reminds me a little of popcorn because of the butter. The scent also lasts a while so it really gets to me, I had to toss it in the trash, it was making me nauseous.

I have to preface this review by saying that I'm a sucker for anything pancake scented. I randomly happened to see this during a lipgloss splurge at BBW (left the store with 6!!) and couldn't pass it up even though the color wasn't exactly a "me" color. The scent is AMAZING. To me, it smells EXACTLY like a stack of pancakes with loads of butter and syrup. They reallly hit this one dead on! It is the most accurate pancake smell I have come across yet! The color is actually very pretty too. It's a light sparkly pink mauvey color that is actually very flattering. As always, the quality of this gloss is great. Lots of shine, long lasting and a nice consistency, not too thick or thin. I pray they don't discontinue this one!!!!
