I was fortunate enough to receive this recently, and while I typically find lustres to be very hit or miss, this one was for the most part a hit!

Screenqueen is a light pinky nude with a slight beige undertone and a hint of shimmer. It doesn't have tremendous color payoff, but it fits in nicely in my collection since i'm a nude lipstick junkie! This lipstick just adds a subtle finishing "touch" to a smokey eye and provides a nice shine. It's not terribly unique or head turning, but it's one that I undoubtely will finish off!

I am in love with this lipstick.... after hearing alot of "negative" comments about it on the boards I decided to try it out anyway and Im so glad I didn't miss out on this one. This is the *PERFECT* nude shade to use with a smokey , played up eye. Its nude but not in a "dead lips" nude sort of way. Im NC20 with medium pigmented lips and this doesn't go on sheer...but a creamy neutral pink shade that is warm enough to work for me. Of course it being a lustre is another + b/c that is my favorite formula. I would definitely rebuy this if it weren't LE.. its gorgeous for us warm toned girls who normally look zombified in the usual MAC "nude" lipsticks. For reference...other lippies I adore are : Hug Me....VGV, VGVI & Midimauve.

I'm a NC45 girl (African American). I absolutely love this color. It's very subtle....but it gives just the right amount of color. As with other lustres, I do find that I have to reapply throughout the day. Sometimes I put clear lipglass over it, then sometimes I just leave it as is. I don't usually buy back-ups, but this one I will. I like how I can do a more dramatic eye and use this lipstick so it doesn't battle with my dramatic eye. I love the shiny package too.

I have over 20 MAC lipsticks and I love this one the most, I even bought a backup, which I have never done before. I am an NC 25 and love neutral lipsticks and this is a great color b/c it goes with so much. I agree with one of the other reviewers in that this looks great over gingerroot creme pearl liner and with bodymind lipglass on top. This is a neutral pink with golden pearl and great for warm undertoned ladies. Perfect color for spring and summer and looks fab with pink and peach blush.

I love this gloss. Its a very subtle pinky gold l/s. Suprisingly though with Gingeroot creme liner it makes a great nude lip with a slight pink cast. Looks AMAZING with Bodymind gloss on top! I love mine!

Screenqueen. sigh Lustres! I loathe them, but had to give this one a try, as it seemed so pretty online. After buying it and trying it on, I really want to give this 0 stars, but I feel bad because the member below seems to really like this lipstick. Therefore, I'm guessing there are those out there on whom this shade DOES actually show up. ? I'm going to give it a 2 star rating, just because in theory, the color does "look" pretty, at least in the tube. It looks like a pale/light, neutral toned shade of beige'd-pink, with VERY subtle subtle subtle shimmer. Did I say subtle? :/

On my VERY berry pigmented lips, however? Well, it doesn't even show up. I take that back. It looks like a "haze" on my lips. Slightly more haze that what plain old Chapstick would leave (the NON colored one!). I looked at my lips closely in the mirror, and tried to really pack this color on, but...it was hopeless. NO amount of coats would make the color appear. I just do not understand why MAC continues to put out "lustres". They are the same color payoff or less, than their lip glosses. I guess if one has very pale lips, the lustres are great. But there are also many of us with very pigmented lips, who also like the paler lipsticks. I wish they'd make more "nudes" and pale pink shades in the Amplified formulas (those are FAB for very red or berry lipped girls!).

Screenqueen did feel nice on my lips though -- very conditioning. I guess I'll use this when I'm at the beach. :/

gorgeous packaging again, smooth glossy black tube with the tiger print on the inside. screenqueen is a soft shimmery pink with a hint of gold and a hint of plum, it's moist and smooth, and i think this shade will prove to be quite versatile and easy to use, i love it so far!

ScreenQueen is a subtle pinky beige colour like the Body Mind gloss. It reminds me of High Tea but pinkier. Very nice.
