This product I thought was good until I tried something else.... because it was MAC. This product doesn't work that good at all, you have to rub so hard to get the mascara off, leaves you red, and probably causes trauma over time for wrinkles. this also burns my eyes a little and cause a small rash in the outta corners of my eyes. No good and not worth the money. too oily also. I love Sonia remover and lumene way better. don't but this.

I actually don't find this product remove my eye makeup that well. It only get 60% of the waterproof mascara off. Not a happy camper. I posted some pics of the product here: http://mimikaayu.blogspot.ca/2012/07/review-mac-gently-off-eye-and-lip.html

Totally overpriced, BUT it was the only thing that could wipe off my waterproof liquid eyeliner. It takes some time to take mascara off.. but it does remove it eventually. The packaging is very sleek, and pink is pretty :)

The lancome eye makeup remover is so much better even though its a little bit more expensive. This one is ok however it stings if you get it into your eyes and it takes alot more product to get the same makeup off!

Way too overpriced for makeup remover, but I love bright red lipstick and this stuff removes all traces of lipstick better, faster and easier than anything I've used before. I would never use this on my eyes/face because there's so much oil in it. I only use this to take off lipstick, so I figure it will last me a long time which the only reason I'm willing to pay the high price for it. Victoria's Secret also makes an equally amazing makeup remover that is less expensive and gives you more product. That would a good alternative to this if you can find it (it always seems to sell out quickly).
VS Pro Clean FX Instant Makeup Remover: $13 for 4 oz.
MAC Gently Off Eye and Lip Makeup Remover: $19 for 3.4 oz.

I didnīt like this at all....the first time I used my eyes started like burning! as if some kind of acid had entered to my eye! and i have to say my eyes are not sensitive...not even a little. The next time i used it, some times it burned and others not, but i realized that this thing made that some little white things appeared in my lids...like little little little acne, without being acne.
Even though I decided to end up the product, but i had to use a lot to take my makeup off...I wouldn't recommend or buy this again. I rather use the clinique, l'oreal or neutrogena one...at worst, i will use some baby oil!!!!

I dont really like this eye makeup remover. It is very oily compared to Bi-Facil or Clinique take the day off. However, it removes waterproof mascara quickly so maybe it's not a very bad product after all.

It's a dimethicone based eye makeup remover (not oily, dimethicone-y). The end...pretty much... It's MAC, I'm there anyway so I buy it. It really is no different, no better or worse, than any other product I've used (the kind you have to shake). I generally use this to get mascara splatter off my lids but I use Cetaphil to use at night to remove eye makeup. I have use this with a cotton wool and it works great to remove all of my eye makeup at the end of the day. Some have had problems removing water-proof products, for that I use cleanse off oil. If you don't care about brands, it's just your basic eye makeup remover, if you're deeply devoted to MAC and you don't want to ruin the chi you have going on in your bathroom (aka the other MAC Counter), it's $18.00 for 3.4 oz

I have no idea what I'm allergic to in this makeup remover, but it caused my skin to burn and me to get a rash under my eyes. I was very disappointed because I thought it would be a great makeup remover. I will not purchase it again. I was grateful that I could at least return it for store credit because I only used it once and immediately noticed burning, so rinsed my skin and discontinued use.

Pros:
Nice packaging with Child Safety Lock (great for travel)
Pink color is pretty
Cons:
Did not remove makeup (non-waterproof) as well as some drugstore removers
Irritated eye area/Stung during use
Expensive (around $18.00 usd)
I would pass on this one and go to your local drugstore or target. I have a somewhat sensitive eye area but this made my skin sting and took longer to remove my makeup than anything else I have used... not worth the money.

I did not buy this product but I did use it in the store. I got some in my eye and it felt like acid!! It also burned the skin around my eye. Maybe I am over sensitive, but I suggest trying this product before purchasing it.

A great makeup remover overall! Oil-based makeup removers work best most of the time, and this product was much better than MAC's Pro eye makeup remover! I didnt need to scrub my waterline to remove the eyeliner like i had to with most of the other makeup removers i've tried. The only thing i dont like is that it burns. Maybe i just have sensitive skin, but i'll probably be looking for something else which wont burn my eyes. Otherwise,it works great.

I use MAC's liquidlast eyeliner, and this stuff gets it off easily. I just dip a cotton swab, and that's enough to remove my eye makeup. It's pretty pricey, but it works great. Since I don't use a lot of this, it's lasted me awhile so I guess it's worth it. I'll probably repurchase if I can't find a cheaper alternative that works as well.

Big fan of MAC, but this wasn't a good product for me. Did a great job of removing my make-up, but stung and irritated the skin surrounding my eyes. My eyes were red and slightly puffy after just one use. Took it straight back to the store!

Of all the makeup removers I have tried, the MAC Gently Off is my favorite, and the one I always come back to. I have used it for 6 years continuously, and find that while the product is expensive, even with everyday use the bottle lasts a few good months. The bottle itself is pretty irritating since they re-vamped the opening, but this creates an opportunity to waste less product, which is nice in the long run. It does a wonderful job of removing even the most waterproof of mascaras and doesn't irritate my skin in any way. One of the only things from MAC that I have purchased everytime it runs out.

While this product is on the expensive side and the packaging sux, this is the only remover that removes my MAC waterproof eyeliner with ease. I usually transfer the liquid to a pump bottle from Sephora to avoid the hassle of unscrewing the cap everytime I need to use it (which is every night).

Originally bought this to use as a lip makeup remover, which it does decently well. I just soak a cottonball with it and gently swipe over my lips a few times. It doesn't take it all off in one swipe, which I don't really have a problem with. Better than my previous method of vigorously rubbing at my lips with water, then trying to take off the excess with a dry tissue. Depending on how much I had on, this was a very time-consuming and almost inefficient process, since I could never take it all off. With this, I just do a couple of swipes, then rinse with water.
As an eye makeup remover, it also works pretty well, however, it burned my eyes slightly, so I won't be using this for that purpose.
I will continue buying this unless I find something better. I don't know much about lip makeup removal yet, and there doesn't seem to be a lot on it. Also, I see that Clinique has a similar product, and is $0.50 cheaper ($17.50 USD as opposed to $18 USD)! ;D Overall, a good product unless I find a better and cheaper alternative to removing lip makeup
