This is my favorite bath gel, hands down. It's a clean and crisp scent; I usually like cucumber scents and this is similar in that it's very light and airy.

Incredibly refreshing and comforting; high lather; super soft shower gel. Cleans well without overdrying. Leaves skin very lightly fragranced. Scent does not interfere with perfume.

Don't let the word "lettuce" scare you. This is a fresh smelling, "wake you up" shower gel. I love it, as it also seems to be very hydrating. I am a big fan of Roger & Gallet products, and this is one of my favorites so far.

I love this shower gel. It leaves my skin feeling soft and my whole appartment smells amazing after using it. It is just so fresh. My boyfriend laughed the first time he saw it in the shower because the idea of a Lettuce shower gel seems a bit strange, but after awhile it was the shower gel he wanted to use (and he normally hates anything that has any smell whatsoever). Definitely a favorite.

I just love this line from Roger & Gallet. The Sac de Latuituie (Lettuce) variety smells so fresh and clean. It does not actually smell like lettuce; it just smells good. The gel rinses clean, and leaves you feeling wonderful and invigorated. The smell lingers on your body for hours, inviting compliments. At $13 per tube, it is well worth it. I get mine from ebubbles.com and they give you a 2 free "luxury" samples with every order.

Packaging: I like the cool green bottle, with the faint outline of a head of lettuce. The best thing about packaging is that the tube opens on the bottom, so you don't have to turn the bottle over and pound it to get the gel to come out.

After reading the number of positive reviews here for this product, I went out and got it. First of all this has the most AMAZING, refreshing smell. It will also scent up your bath area. The scent smells like freshly cut grass but way nicer, very fresh and you will feel so CLEAN afterwards. Perfect for those hot, sticky summer mornings. In comparison to other shower gels, the price is definitely higher (about $13 CAN for a medium sized tube). I will definitely be repurchasing this product and it now has me intrigued to try out ther other Roger & Gallet products. Give it a try.

Update: Generally the European products like OMBRA, Khlorane, Le Petit Marseillais, Fa and Roger et Gallet, make fantastic natural based stuff. Formulation is much more heavily regulated in Europe and their standards are way higher than North America. Experiment and try them out, but speaking for myself, I've never been disappointed in using any of the products from these names.
