I have mixed feelings on this powder. It appears to be a quality product, but just not one that personally worked for my skin type. If you have very oily, super fair skin I'd probably avoid since it tends to look much more orange/tan than anything and is really not translucent at all. I was most unhappy with the color coming out that way. However, the packaging of the product is quite sturdy and good, the powder is milled fairly fine, and did not cause any irritation or breakouts when worn for extended periods. It also works pretty well as a setting powder on top of other products.

This is the third product of the kit I bought with the concealer and the line minimizer. Just like the other two products I was pleasantly surprised. I use mineral foundation usually but found that when I was in a hurry this was a great little sub. It does not dry your skin out or look chalky at all. I even use it on top of my mineral foundation mid day if I find I need a touchup. A very versatile product. Like the other products in this line you dont need much to achieve a great result so the price of it is not so bad. I will definately be getting the full size of this when done the try me kit.

I generally use mineral powder but I like this one too. I bought the three piece set and am very pleased with all three. I carry this powder around with me for touch-ups.

Yuck. This powder looked grainy and fake on my skin whether applied with a puff or brush, and did absolutely nothing to soak up any of the oil in the concealer products. I'm very disappointed and am sending it back ASAP.

I had bought this a couple years ago and have not used it for almost a year now as I have been wearing mineral foundation, so I forgot how wonderful this powder works on dry skin! I used it recently over my Clinique Supermoisture foundation and I remembered how much I love it. It doesn't cover up the radiance or dewy look of the foundation.

I have dry-dehydrated skin and it is not a drying powder on my face, yet helps to allow me to apply powder blushes over dewy foundations. Not only does my face not look dry but it is not dry to the touch anywhere the powder is placed. If you were too look at my face or touch it, you would never know I am wearing a powder over my foundation.

I have not tried it alone yet, only over liquid/cream foundations. This is definitely a holy grail and repurchase product for me.

I really like the versatility of this powder. It can be used as a full on foundation, a touch up powder, a concealor setting powder, and my favorite is that it can be used to powder your lips to help your lipliner and lipstick last longer. That's what I use it for on most days. I don't really wear much M/U so to add a bit of color to my complexion I always use lipliner or gloss. This stuff really helps it last and stay in place. You have to be careful if you apply it on your lips though. If they're flakey or dry it probably isn't a good idea. It has to be patted on w/the puff it comes with or you can use a powder brush to sweep it on your lips. I say give the kit a try-Go to QVC.

This is an amazing powder. I would probably never have ordered it on its own since it is definitely expensive, and I had no idea if I would like it; but it came with two other products in a special package from QVC, so I had a chance to try it and fall in love with it. This powder goes on so smoothly it's amazing, and it doesn't settle in or make fine lines or wrinkles more apparent. It has wonderful coverage - certainly more than a powder and maybe a little less than some powder foundations, but it never looks heavy or cakey, so it can be used on its own or over foundation. My skin is oily, so I can't honestly speak about how hydrating it is, but I do know that it is definitely not drying. There was a tip in the booklet that came with the products about putting this powder on the lips to hydrate and firm them. I gave it a try, and was astonished at how smooth my lips look and felt. My lipliner and lipstick went on so well, and neither crept into those lovely little vertical lines I have on my upper lip. I also love that I can use this under my eyes without the under eye area looking all crepey and dry. The powder comes in only one shade that is supposed to work for everyone. Had I seen this powder in a store I wouldn't have bought it because I would have figured that it wouldn't match my skin, but this medium, somewhat yellow-toned powder looks great on my fair, pink-toned skin. It seems to morph into whatever color you need, but I'm still not convinced that it would work on really dark skin tones. Yes, it is expensive, but I find that I only have to use a little of it, so I will be ordering the full size when the smaller sample size I received runs out.
