The Wet n Wild Color Icon Brow & Eyeliner Pencil sucks. I bought them in black & charcoal. Within an hour, the eyeliner started smudging. Not only that but it was difficult to sharpen, the eyeliner kept breaking off into the sharpener. I paid $0.99 at Wal-mart so I'm happy I didn't pay too much money on this sucky eye pencil. I used this on my upper lashline and it smudged everywhere! This is great for a brow pencil but I'm so not going to repurchase this again!
Pros:
Cheap price $0.99
Pigmented
Cons:
Smudges within an hour
Hard to sharpen
Not very creamy
Doesn't last long at all (not even for an hour)
I'm obviously not planning on repurchasing this. Next time I'm going to purchase the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil because this cheap pencil eyeliner isn't cutting it.

Love it! Great drugstore eyeliner. I bought it for 89 cents. It goes on smooth and creamy, which is nice, but makes it difficult to sharpen. Other than that, it's great. Lasts long and the color is bright and highly pigmented - something I didn't expect in such a cheap brand! I love the white and the turquoise, too. I want them all!

It's not a high quality liner, but I really like this eyeliner for some reason. It's super cheap and I like the way it looks. It's not a harsh black, and I use it as kind of a shadow, I smudge it over my lids a bit and then apply black liquid liner. I really like this product. It also doesn't look too harsh when I tight line my eyes on the bottom either. There is a tad bit of sparkle as well.. This product is not good enough to be your main eyeliner but it's a good supplement.. if this makes any sense. LOL <3

I have been using this eyeliner since I was a high schooler (emo days lol) and it has always worn really well for me. It was not too creamy, so it stayed on my waterlines well, but it was creamy enough to be blended. I already have enough eyeliners as of now, but if you are in a pinch, definitely get this one. It out-performs its price.

I love this eyeliner! Its very creamy and soft, but doesnt wear-off throughout the day for me. It also comes in a wide variety of colors and is only 99 cents where I live! The only problem is the product seems to be rubbing all over the plastic cap that comes on it.

I was in need of cheap black eyeliner - I don't normally wear it (usually I use brown, because black looks too harsh on my eyes). At 99 cents, it almost didn't matter how well it worked, and it did the job for a day. I had to reapply it a few time because it smudged a little too much.
Overall, if you just want to try out a black liner, this costs almost nothing, but if you're looking for one to wear everyday, I would say look for something a little higher quality.

Normally, I don't buy Wet & Wild product, or shall i say, i didn't.
I'm not sure what the company is doing, but their products are starting to make a real comback.
At the price, you really can't beat this deal!
The liner is suprisingly soft and smooth, and doesn't tug much on the eyelids.
Yes, it CAN smudge , but most liners do that anyway. I use this liner for smokey looks, Blending is KEY here. Also, use a primer on your lids, to make the product stick more.
I'd definitely get this liner again. Not sure when though, as I STILL have tons of it left! (bought it in september, still have 99% of it left, and it's almost December.)

This is my first eyeliner. only 93 cents. i think you get everything for what u pay for. i have monolids so it creases really easily. but it smudges on its own too but doesnt erase completely so it gives you a softer smoky eye look without it being messy. it looks quite nice actually. im sticking with this eyeliner just because its so cheap. the pencil is huge and sharpens easily. its super creamy and easy to apply. i recommend this for people who are just starting with makeup. if you have time, you can reapply this once every 2-3 hours or so. i cant because im at school and no one reapplys makeup. its just a little awkward standing in the bathroom or at your locker putting makeup on. lol. if youre on a budget, this is definately something you may wanna check out

Very smudgy. I'm going to have to echo another reviewer and say I tried (a lot) to love this, but it's not happening for me. I'm a touch bad at putting eyeliner on, a more experienced person may have better results.

For an inexpensive product, I have to say that I do like this product. It's creamy and very easy to apply. It has been the only pencil liner that I've tried and used so far. However, a down side to it is that it DOES smudges and does not stay on for a very long time. I have fairly oily lids and it does not stay on for hours. I use do use primers, but when I use this, I would have to pat it off and reapply. In addition, when I apply it to my bottom line, it tends to smudge. I would recommend this for a back up or touch up eyeliner.

Dirt cheap. And you get what you pay for. It smudges like crazy and makes you look like a raccoon. I try to love it, but i just cant.

I LOVE this. It is one of the best eyeliners I've used and plus its only .99 cents. I got a black, white, chesnut, dark brown, and purple one from a local drug store for only .70 each. I have to say they're creamy and easy to apply. The only downside is that when it is on our water line and your eyes water, it starts to come off making you look like a raccoon.

I've gotten some pretty incredible products for $1, and I've also gotten amazing products from wnw and this is not one of them. Yes you get a ton of product but it smudges and the second you put it on the water line its gone. If you use it on the top lash line give it about 2 hours and it'll look like someone beat you, which is what I found out the hard way when I went to use the bathroom at work, very embarrassing. If you're looking for a super smudgy liner, this is it but beware that it does transfer and go everywhere.

This eyeliner is dirt cheap but you get what you pay for. I've tried to use this as an everyday liner and it smudges like crazy! Within an hour, it creases and makes me look like someone has given me a black eye. I don't even use it on the waterline and the liner transfers everywhere. You get a ton of product but if I had to choose I'd rather go sans makeup. It's such a shame because the pencil is super soft and glides on easily. Plus it's a nice true black.

Maybe if you're looking for something to finish your Halloween look, this should do it but definitely not for all day wear. Smudges too easily.

It's a cheap eyeliner. It's one of the worst that I have EVER used. It tugs at the skin, flakes and fades and just plain hurts to use because it tugs at the skin so bad. I would not buy this again unless I was seriously broke and had no alternative.

Well for how incredibly cheap this liner is its pretty dang great! i have bought & owned these WNW liners since i first started wearing makeup in 6th grade & its always been great so onto the review....
=PRICE & AVAILABILITY=
These liners are super cheap or dirt cheap as the ratings say..This huge liner will only cost you $1. You can find these in most drugstores like Walgreens, CVS, & Rite Aid as well as Target & Walmart. They have use to come in a cardboard packaging but have since been dwindling done since they have reformulated these for their Coloricon Pencils so ill review the older version which is the eyeliner in Black. The Coloricon pencil is also $1 & is a big improvement from this one. Def alot better but this is a pretty decent pencil & its super cheap
=SHADE FORMULA PERFORMANCE=
The older version is a bit harder than the new Coloricon pencils but they're not so hard that nothing shows up. Its def black, not super dark black. Its smooth not super smooth but it goes on decently. You may have to work a bit on the waterline & lashline. Its formula is pretty good & i use to use it everyday to line all around my eye. Its staying power is around a few hours, ill give it around 3 hrs on the water line which is pretty good and around 5 hrs on the lash lines before it starts fading. I hate to say bad things but id def suggest checking out the newer version since its far better. I do have this older pencil & do use it since its huge pencil & it does work. I like using it for my lower lash line since it stays put awhile esp if you top it with a powder shadow. Primer also helps.
=PACKAGING=
This pencil is sooo big & long. Its longer than most of my pencils (this one & the NYC pencils are so long so they stand out amongst other liners) You def get your moneys worth. It is a standard pencil with a kohl liner. It fits in standard pencil sharpeners so no special sharpener needed. It sharpens nicely, no stray wood pieces. I love how much you get for the price. It will last forever & ever. The logo/writing is in metallic writing. The pencil is colored in whatever shade the liner is. So you can tell which one you are grabbing. It has a see thru plastic lid that slides on & fits good. Its not loose or falling off. This pencil is great for slipping in the purse or makeup bags. I have had mine forever & never think ill get thru it.
Overall, this is a pretty great liner but i believe if you see this which i think they are slowly dwindling out of most stores, maybe you should pick up the new Coloricon liners since they are far better in formula & performance but i def like this & it was great. I like it- a standard pencil liner. Its more of a kohl liner. Its a bit harder than some but can def be blended for smoky eyes. I love the black even though its not the darkest black, its great for everyday. Overall a pretty great pencil liner.

At most, this liner cost a dollar! For a dollar, it's excellent. I dare to say that you get more than your dollar's worth with this little staple in the make up bag.
When I was broke, and had no money to go to the cosmetic counter, this little baby saved my life! I go through more eyeliner than starbucks go through coffee beans, so thank God for Wet 'n Wild!
Pros:
It's long. You get a lot of product with each liner
It's cheap.
Not exclusive to any drug store, so it's easy to find.
It does the job!
Cons:
It's a little hard, but when you heat it up a little bit, it's fine
It breaks when you sharpen it, but that's my experience with any pencil that's not expensive.
It tuggs the skin under your eyes a bit, but not so much that it's unbearable.
All in all, in a bind, financial or otherwise. This is one that I'll grab.

Very smudgy. Also I found it to be extremely sticky/tacky, which is weird for an eyeliner. I'm thinking it's the high wax content ? It ends up going into my eyes and making them blurry - not good! The only way I think I could use this is as a base. Shadows would adhere to it pretty well I reckon.
You may like this is you're going for a smoked out 'slept in my make-up' look. I bought mine from Boots in the UK a couple years back. It's odd - I don't know what happened to the Wet 'n' Wild stands. Anyhoo, I wouldn't purchase again.
