This makes my nails so strong and they grow like there's no tomorrow! I love love love this product but in New Zealand it's $35! Ridiculous!!!
However it has done wonders to my nails and I will eventually repurchase once I have finished trying OPI nail envy.
Only problem is the brush is pathetically short and struggles to reach the last quarter of product. I refuse to buy a tilted polish stand just for one product.
Works okay as a top coat, though needs a few hours to really set, otherwise it easily imprints from sheets, clothes, sofas etc.
Overall I love this product, but hate the price :(

I originally bought this product to use as a topcoat so my nail polish could last longer without chipping. I haven't had any problems with weakness, peeling, or chipping of my fingernails before using this product, and after using it as a basecoat and topcoat, my nails still feel very solid and strong. It has been two days since I painted my nails, and the polish hasn't chipped at all! This is the first bottle of topcoat/treatment I've bought, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. Regardless, I'm very happy with the results. My nail polish has lasted almost twice as long as it would have without a top/base-coat, which is exactly what I hoped this product would do :)
UPDATE: It's been six days since I've painted my nails, and the corners have started to chip a little bit. I used glittery nail polish, which I find chips off easier since it has more texture and roughness. Usually with this type of polish, some chips within the first couple hours of wearing. My nails feel just as strong as usual, but I wasn't really looking to improve their health. I can say that this product definitely hasn't done any damage to my nails, and I'd say it has performed well as a top and base coat.

As a drugstore product it's a little pricey for what it does. It's great as a base coat but not that good for a top coat - takes too long to dry (you will end up with dings if you're not careful! it seriously takes forever to cure) but at least there's no shrinkage or color change unlike Seche Vite. And there isn't that tight, dry feeling around your cuticles.

I'm halfway done with mine but the brush is too short to reach the liquid at the halfway point so you gotta tip it. An accident waiting to happen.

I used this product for a solid three months, but I saw absolutely no improvement in my nails. I still have issues with peeling and breakage. This is okay as a base coat, but nothing else, and for $10 I can do better. Tossing it out today.

I think this is one of the best nail treatments out there. I use it both as a base coat, nail treatment to fortify mail nails, and also as a top coat sometimes, though I like Mavala Colorfix better as top coat. Too bad it is discontinued.

Wow I just got this at the CVS 75% off sale. I did not check the reviews until I got home. But I'm glad I didn't! This is great,my nails look super smooth and I have not had any peeling. I would never have bought this for $14 but for $3 it's great. I stopped by CVS today and grabbed 2 more backs ups!

The description suckered me into buying this. Trying not to break anymore nails and wanted a growth treatment, too, so decided to see if this polish treatment would work out--unfortunate thing about it, it won't stay on your nail for a day, so no real conclusion can be made. PEEL CENTRAL. Purchased at Ulta, waste of 12 bucks.

This product makes your manicures chip so much more quickly! I shouldn't have listened to the positive reviews - this stuff is awful. So much wasted labor in changing polish colors every single day this week since I started using this as a basecoat. This "treatment" peels off in one day! Going back to my Rimmel "Stronger" basecoat. At least this product was on clearance, so I only wasted $4.

I love this as a nail treatment between nail color applications (when I need a day or two in between color change), The problem I have is that it chips easily, It never last more than a day or two for me. But is is a nice thick nourishing treatment when it stays on. This would even better if it lasted longer.

Not understanding the crappy comments! I love this polish so much and it was such the contrary to me, it was soo un-gloopy and nice when i first got it, very easy to put on a thin coat and it almost seemed to nourish my mani! And overtime, I just added polish thinner to get it back to that perfect stage. I'm a big fan of konad and this is the awesomest topcoat for me because it doesnt smudge the nail art! Reasons for 4/5 is that its quite hard to get the stuff out when theres 1/3 left, and its pretty darn exp i bought it for NZD$25 when it was on sale! If it was cheaper, id definitely rebuy this stuff!

I love this product. I used to have brittle, chipped nails that wouldn't grow. Using this as a basecoat, my manicure lasts for a long time, and my nails stay strong. I would recommend this product to anyone. I'm not sure how this product gets such bad reviews, but it is one of my HG nail products.

Im not sure why everyone else has had problems with this product, because it worked great for me!! I have been a nail biter for years and since my wedding is coming up in a month, I was hoping to grow them out just slightly so my nail- nubs wouldnt look so bad in photos. Well, to my pleasant surprise, after 10 days, my nails are actually LONG and beautiful and like another review said, i look like I have a natural french manicure all the time, i just use it as a clear coat, and i so it 2-3 coats. I havent used it with another nail color, but i havent had problems with peeling. Not sure why it worked so well for me and not others, but Im sooo thankful because now my nails look amazing just in time for our wedding :D It was pricey, but to me was worth it when i saw the results!

Terrible... takes forever to dry. I tried using this without putting on any polish over it, applied it early in the evening and STILL woke up the next day with dents on the nails! It was expensive, too, and definitely not worth the money I paid for it. Like others, my nails dried out using it as well.

this product claims to strengthen, protect, fill ridges and last a manicure longer than any other top coat. such false advertisement on sally hansen's part. this product is rather expensive, i bought it at target for $10- my thought process was this 'it's the most expensive top coat on the shelf, claims to do a bunch of things in one bottle, so it's gotta be good, right?'. well, i was mostly wrong. i use this product as a base and top coat, but my nails chip in the same amount of time with, or without the product. keeping in mind that i work with animals in the medical field so i am constantly washing my hands and using rubbing alcohol. i usually get approx 4-5 days without any chipping. this didn't seem to change using this product. i've noticed that when using this as a base coat, top coat, and then seche vite over it, it seems to lock in the color longer and is semi-resistant to rubbing alcohol. i won't be buying this product again however, way too expensive for something that just doesn't deliver all that it claims.

I bought this because it claims to be a ridge-filling base coat, but it doesn't do that anymore than any other clear polish. It was expensive, $9 at Wal-Mart, and the "mega" gloss top coat claim is not justified either. I'm very underwhelmed.

I paid $27 Australian dollars for this bottle of Yuk!!!!
Peels off by the next day and after 6 weeks of using it my nails are in worse condition than ever'
I feel like taking it back because as far as i'm concerned this is false advertising

Goopy and sloppy and thick. I applied this as a top coat and it would constantly smear so many of my nails! Without the coat, my OPI polish dried just fine thank you very much. It also dried forever and due to being so thick, would have dents and things so quickly in the polish. Even when dry, such a thick polish is easy to dent. Hated it and returned it.

This product is honestly crap. Maybe they had a nice idea of all-in-one product, but it definitely didn't work out. I have tiny chips on two of my nails and I got this to prevent them going further + to be able to wear nail polish without it chipping over them. This chipped 5 hours after I applied it on its own. I tried it then with the polish and it chipped even quicker. Waste of money and time. Will never use it again, not to mention buying.

for some reason this made my nails very dry and flake! Thank goodness I borrowed it from a friend!
