This product did not last more than 2 hours on me without it bleeding and giving me dark circles under my eyes. It wasn't hot, I wasn't sweating, etc. It just bled really quickly and so I will not be using it again or recommending it to others. I'll probably try a waterproof mascara next time.

I found this comparable to some of CG's mascaras. It did it's job with no flare or anything special. It was basic. I was neither impressed nor disappointed. I would probably not buy this again. I'm a CG fan for mascaras.

I find the result of this product very comparable to the Covergirl Lash Blast mascara (which I love). I gave the price a 1 because I got it for a gift. Who dosn't like free stuff? :) I gave the packaging a 3 because I find the large wand a bit hard to manoeuvre around my lashes, but overall, a great product. Yes, I would buy this again.

I actually LOVE this mascara & keep going back to it again and again! I have sensitive eyes and oily skin and this is really one of the only products that doesn't smudge or burn my eyes & I've used TONS of brands --high end to drugstore. I also use Buxom Lash & think this mascara is comparable, but with a lower price point. This mascara is a sure thing for me!

This stuff is the worst! My friend had a party so I had to buy something, the Avon lady tried to tell me this mascara is comparable to mac (as if) I'm a huge mac fan so I'm a fool and bought it. This is by far the worst mascara I have ever gotten. Used it less then a week then tossed it right into the garbage! The formula is super dry like it didn't apply well because it was so dry. The brush is ginormous, and since i have normal sized eyes this brush was hard to use. There are so many great mascaras out there so don't waste your time or money with this one!

I bought this in Raven Black for 7$ from Avon. This mascara has a huge full sized brush which is great for darkening/thickening my thin, black, straight lashes. The wand definitely takes some getting used to and proper technique. You need to use this with a light hand, and when/if you're not in a rush -- I find I get the product on my eyelid 3/4 times because I blink or apply too fast -- too high maintenance for my needs. I use an eye lash curler before the application, but it takes atleast 4 coats of this for it to really 'make it big'. I use this for during the day at work for a natural look. Or I pair it with L'oreal voluminous at night. The packaging is great because it doesn't have the hookup connector feature which I find useless IMO.
I'll definitely use it all up, but for $7 I think I can find better

I realy liked this mascara. I wore it for a long time and kept coming back to it. It did a good job on my lashes but it was hard for me to keep them curled (my biggest issue since my lashes are very straight, as mentioned in my other mascara reviews). This was my go to mascara until I tried Estée Lauder's Sumptuous. If you don't have problems curling you lashes like me, go for it. It's cheap and does a very good job at thickening lashes.

I am loving this mascara accidentally bought this in espresso which is a black brown color. Never clumps on my eyes and it's buildable. I've recently ordered the raven color which I'll be using for my eyes but the espresso is great on my eyebrows no smudging and my brows look nice all day. I will definitely purchase again

I use this every day and don't find it dry at all. It coats my eye lashes well, the odd time I noticed a bit of smudging but all in all I am happy with it.

I cannot really understand why everyone is saying this mascara is dry? I find it very moisturizing! However this could just be me.
I love this mascara. I find that is multiplies my lashes like crazy!!! I must admit off the hop that I have very intense lashes, but some mascaras really seperate my lashes and don't give them the justice they deserve, this one however does give them justice, it makes my lashes appear lush and full!
The formula itself is very soft to the touch, it does not leave my lashes crispy at all, which is fantastic as I am a chronic lash puller when mascara is crispy!
The more you apply the more dramatic the looks will appear, and because this is a moisturizing formula you are able to apply again and again.
The only negative comment I would make about this mascara is that is it one biatch to take off!!!

I don't invest in high end mascara, because I invest on my eyeshadow and face products. Plus its something I will be throwing away in three months. I got this product for free with the purchase of a product regardless of how I got it this is my honest opinion. I pair this mascara with my rimmel sexy curves or where it by itself. I love how it makes my nonexistent lashes look thick and long. I wear when I'm going out and want sultry lashes. The prices is awesome along with formula and wand. Two swipes of this mascara and I'm read to go.

LOVE this stuff! My go to mascara.
It has a huge wand, very similiar to Benefit's Bad Gal lash. This formula is a bit drier...

I'm a mark rep and received this after i signed up. It's a decent mascara but nothing special. It gave me more of a natural look. It was only really noticeable after many many coats of it, but it did look very nice. I probably wouldn't buy again because I prefer my mascara to look more dramatic.

I like this product very much when I first recieved it yet found it to try pretty quick. I like being able to choose a different mascara daily so I admit I wasn't using this product daily, but did like the effect. The brush is very big so it didn't take too many swipes to get darker lashes. The color is more of a smoky black than an "ultimate" or "very" so the name "Raven" is fitting. I was about to chuck my current tube because it doesn't apply well anymore as it's so dry, but I read in reviews below me that this should be, or is made a dry formula? As I'm typing this, I realize I'm crazy to consider it, it takes quite a few strokes now to get the desired result. Bye Bye. I would re-buy though in my lifetime I'll doubt I'd need to. :o(
<----Is a sad hoarder.

I'm a huge fan of this mascara. I've tried many from drugstore to high end and I still really like this one. It is a much drier formula, but that tends to work well for me. The applicator is huge, but this mascara gives me a very natural look and never clumps or leaves my lashes looking 'spidery'. Definitely give this a shot.

Pros: HUGE applicator, no clumps, dark color
Cons: drier mascara (if you prefer a more liquid formula)
Comments:
This is pretty much my go-to mascara for a couple of reasons. First off, it doesn't clump, AT ALL. I can put on five coats of this stuff and it will still look great. And while it may not lengthen much it gives good volume while still looking pretty natural, overall. (If you're worried about it not lengthening enough I'd suggest you go over the tips with Scandalash or a similar lengthening mascara; the effect is great!)
As far as color goes, I prefer the 'raven.' The color is very sooty and almost matte (it doesn't flake off like soot, however) so your lashes look much more believable than they would with a shinier mascara.
Overall, this is a great everyday mascara. Just don't depend on it for dramatic looks.

Love this mascara - when it doesn't arrive in a dried out tube. Of the three tubes I've ordered from Mark, two have been complete duds - the mascara was so dry and crusty that it had actually turned grey. The one good tube I got was awesome, my application results were comparable to Dior Show. Unfortunately, I'm just not willing to take the chance of getting a crap tube.

I got this mascara as part of a kit. I like the fact that the brush is bigger than other brushes from other mascara brands. The coverage is really good too; I don't have to brush the top of my eyelashes (as well as the bottom) to cover up my brown eyelashes. Two sweeps underneath and my viola; black eyelashes! I can even put several coats on my eyelashes (an issue I'll get to in a minute) and it doesn't clump on my lashes. Speaking of no clumping, this doesn't clump when you open it either! Its nice to open my mascara and use it without having to scrape the clumps off.
However, I wouldn't say my eyelashes are "plump." Make it Big didn't give a lot of volume to my eyelashes. I put three coats of this stuff on and my lashes still look about the same (only they're black instead of brown). It also wouldn't hold my curl after one coat; another no-no for me.
If you're looking for a simple mascara (that offers a bit more coverage than your average drugstore brands) that isn't too costly (its about $8 without shipping on mark's website), this would be a good one. If you looking for volume, look elsewhere. To me, there are too many more options out there to settle for second or third-best. I would only buy this again...just for the awesome brush. ;)
