The lasting power on this isn't as strong as the original Innocent. I think it's because it's a much more citrussy perfume and citrus doesn't last on me.

It's pretty and I like wearing it, but it's nothing special and smells similar to so many of the other sweet/fruity fragrances out there.

I had a sample of this and it was so sexy smelling. I tried it a second time before attempting to find it online and noticed it smells similar to VS very sexy dare. I will just stick with that because the innocent didn't last very long on me.

I recently recieved a sample of this when I went to buy some Angel lotion. To me it smells like Innocent with a big wallop of grapefruit in the opening that's overpowering and completely obscures everything else. There's no balance at all. The original Innocent is much better. I wouldn't purchase.

I can't believe the harsh reviews! I love this perfume! It is intoxicating to me. I cannot stop smelling my wrist when I wear this! It is the perfect "light" florally, sweet smell. I detect a "hint" of spicy citrus-love! This is a staple for me!

I am apparently in the minority. I really like this scent. I wear Angel occasionally for evening, the smallest squirt will last forever. More often Angel Innocent. But I like this the most. I get more fruit from this than Innocent, I suppose from the citrus. It seems lighter, but still has great lasting power on me. I can wear it summer to winter, whereas Angel and Innocent feel too heavy for me in the summer.

I hate to say this but this perfume is a total disaster in the whole line. It's a total shame! The lasting power is literally a big fat ZERO! It smells nice when I first spray it but after literally five minutes the smell is GONE!! Totally and complete waste of money! I hardly use it because there's no point in using it as it's non-existent. I want to throw it in the garbage but I feel horrible doing so as it's like throwing a good chunk of my money away. Will use it as a room freshner.

This has such an odd scent on me -- I can't tell if I love it or hate it. The top notes smell like a lemon-scented cleaning product. It does morph into something else later on, but nothing I would characterize as "sweet". The caramel/praline drydown that it's supposed to have doesn't come out on me -- the scent I'm left with is a "powdery citrus," an oxymoron which characterizes this whole strange experience. Unlike some of the other reviewers, lasting power is not a problem here. The problem is whether or not I want to smell like a powdered lemon.

Let's not base this review on if I like the scent or not, since fragrance preference is personal and varies with everybody's skin chemistry. However I can tell you how it smells like if you're wondering whether to buy it without a sample or tester. Most VS shops don't stock it so the best way is to get hold of a sample if you're lucky they will ship with your online purchases of unrelated goods.

Innocent Secret is most similar to Innocent, of all the Thierry Mugler fragrances. Take the sweetest top-note of Innocent and replace it with something flat and tart (sour) like bergamot or a bitter orange. Then dilute it by 50%. That's how Innocent Secret is like, a little sour with a sweet-floral-fruity undertone. Unlike Innocent, this VS version does not last even half as long, concentration is much like a cologne and not EDT. On my skin the scent is gone in under 30 minutes.

Overall rating 2, price 3, packaging 3 (nothing special), would I buy again - no. And of course I don't like the scent. I like Thierry Mugler's new Eau de Star, and the Angel Garden of Stars (Rose). Some years ago I liked Innocent. But Innocent Secret is a tad worse than Innocent.

This starts off citrusy-sweet and a few seconds later, becomes pretty and delicate but still retaining some of its fruitiness on my skin (something like a mix of sweet peas and lemon verbena). Unfortunately, I had to press my nose onto my arm before I can smell anything and it was all gone in an hour! Absolutely no staying power whatsoever. Amongst all the Thierry Muggler fragrances, this is the least characteristic of Angel. While I can smell a bit of Angel in Innocent, Alien, Eau de Star etc, this is what I would say a conventional fruity-floral teenager scent. Not bad for someone in her late teens, but I wish it stays. It smells fantastic on the card though - stronger and with more impact. But it just wouldn't adhere to my skin.

Angel innocent is one of my everyday fragrances so seeing as this was only $58 for a 2.6oz bottle it seemed like a good enough price to try it out. The bottle is pretty and I love the baby pink color of the perfume but I was a little saddened to find out it smelled exactly like angel innocent to me. I'll probably buy it again just b/c I like the scent so much but if you dont like things that smell alike I'd opt for the angel innocent.

I received this as a sample from Victoria's Secret (?) Gave it a spin today.....Umm three hours later where did it go? Gone. Poof! I love the original Angel, if ANgel Innocenct is the little sister then Innocent Secret is a half sister. Certainly not horrible, but for the $$ I would not purchase this. Nothing spectacular and gone in less than 3 hours.

I swear that I get Worth's 'Je Reviens' in the drydown. This is very pretty, but Je Reviens wins hands down.

I agree that Innocent Secret has a caramel-nutty thing going on,
which gives it a softly heady and intense quality. Overall very subtle and fleeting,
rather non-descript otherwise.
Just didn't work for me. I actually have trouble seeing this as a TMugler fragrance, bottle notwithstanding.

I really like this version of Angel Innocent. Initially citrusy, the scent dries down pretty nicely. There seems to be a flowery-caramel-nutty note. I just started wearing it today, so I'll be back to edit. EDIT: I can't get enough of this scent. I've been wearing it since. I think the scent would do even better in the summer. The weather has been mild for this time of year and the fragrance developed so beautifully on one of our 60 degree days. I can't say enough about it. I do wish the bottle was a little more ornate. The original Angel bottle is so gorgeous and this bottle is the same as Angel Innocent.

Since this reviews is under Victoria Secret, I guess we should refer it as VS Innocent Secret. For our gal pals in Europe, who have known this as Thierry Mugler Innocent Summer Splash, maybe it's a good idea to also start a review for this (identical) item under TM. (for Lesly101, YES, this is indeed a collaboration between TM and VS here in USA and it's just one of their marketing strategies and apparently their 1st plan to have this fragrance'exculsively available' to (just) European market didn't deliver them a satisfactory level of sales). Back to the product, as the first reviewer mentioned, looks exactly the same with TM (previous) Innocent. The only difference is the color, the cap and of course, the scent. I used to like TM Angel when I lived in a tropical climate. But somehow the dries down scent is not the same when I'm here back in the USA (the annoying patchoulli scent lingers more!) Never really like Angel Innocent (my sis loved it, though) - but I do adore this (pink) Innocent Secret! It's somehow a combination between Angel & Innocent. It smells sweeter than the blue Innocent, without being too sweet or cloying. I was looking for a more 'mature' scent of Pink Sugar (Aquolina), when I accidently came across this pink Innocent @ VS store - and I instantly fell in love. A perfect combination of floral, fruity and sweet choco vanilla scents!

WoW! Well I really went to Victoria's Secret looking for the new fragrance of the angels collection "my desire" but ended up buying everything I could find in this. Go figure. But I am so happy I found this fragrance. It is so soft and sweet. Very feminine. I can't describe it but it's lovely. I am very picky when it comes to fragrances. I never am fully pleased with anything. But this one is nice. I guess since it is soft to me. It smells clean and flowery to me. I don't know but I love it and I recommend everyone go and sample it for yourself.***=)

First off, let me disollusion you about "exclusive collaboration between Theirry Mugler and Victoria's Secret" about this scent - that is just laughable. Theirry Mugler released this fragrance in Europe in early 2006 under the name of Angel Innocent Summer Flash 2006. The company planned on making this fragrance exclusive to Europe, but i'm glad to see american customers will now have a chance to try it. In my opinion, this IS very close to original Angel Innocent, but has more prominent, fresh berry notes. I detect a strong black currant note, one of my favorites. It isnt as cloying as original, either, but lasting power is not as strong. Lesser price is definately a plus. Overall, i prefer Innocent Secret (or as we call it here in Europe Summer Flash) to the original version.

Innocent Secret is a new collaboration between Thierry Mugler and Victoria's Secret, available online and at VS Beauty stores. It reminds me a great deal of Mugler's Angel Innocent. Even the bottle is similar, except that Innocent Secret is pink, while the original Angel Innocent is blue. The fragrances are also similar; Innocent Secret is softer and fruitier, imo, but contains the same praline drydown. Also, Innocent Secret is much less expensive, at $58 for 2.5 oz.
