I have used this for years. I do my eyebrows with this wax and any other facial hair problems. It's quick, easy, no mess. Now I did make the mistake of buying the sensitive formula (the blue one) by accident the one time, that was a nightmare. The original yellow formula though, a dream. It's gone up in price over the years but I'll continue to pay it, it's my waxing secret.

I've used this for my eyebrows and upper lips for years. It's very easy to use and easy to cleanup. No strips are needed. This is a hard wax. The package is perfectly designed for removing safely from the microwave.

I have been using this for years. It can get messy, but I try to be very neat and careful with the wax and keeping it on the wooden stick that I buy seperately. A full jar takes two minutes to heat up. The trick is to not lay it on too thin, so I can pull it off easily. Sometimes I feel like I'm wasting product because I need to use so much wax. I use this when I don't feel like using my full on warmer, wax, and strips, if I have only a little area to do, or if I'm pressed for time. For five dollars...It's cheaper than taking the time going to get it done professionally. Plus, I like that I can wax in privacy at home.

Age: 44-55   Skin: Normal, Olive, Warm   Hair: Brown, Wavy, Fine   Eyes: Brown

I am not very experieced with waxing so I thought it really did not work at all - at first. I followed the directions precisely. It is not messy or difficult to use. If this is for sensitive skin I wonder why it is loaded with artifcial colors? I thought it seemed to remove a few fine hairs but that was it. I repeated the waxing 3 times over the area and it still concluded that it did not work. Developed a few hives right after using too but I should probably not have rewaxed over the same areas I since learned. It is a small container and not very expensive but if you have to repeat the process you use up quite a bit in one session. As time passed I realized that this worked better than I thought. I did have to tweeze a few hairs to really clean up the area but as a couple of weeks passed I realized the area I waxed was much lighter in tone due to the removed hair and there was very little regrowth - so obviously I removed more hair than I thought - doh! I wil give this product a try again.

The jar it comes in is cute and has a small handle to pick it up with, but after that this stuff is not good. It takes way longer than the directions state to warm up. I put it at 30-60 seconds about three times before this product was the proper consistency. It went OK, and took off hair, but it did break off in parts and stuck to everything including my nails. I had to use alcohol to take it off my skin. Which wasn't too bad. I didn't have to scrub or rub too hard. It did not irritate my skin either. I ended up using half the jar and threw out the rest.
It was just too much of a mess and trouble to deal with.

I'm not particularly impressed with this kit. I'll admit that I bought this at the beauty supply store because it was in the smallest (and therefore, cutest) box and was very inexpensive (about 4 USD). I also wanted to try using a hard wax for my upper lip fuzz because I switched to a hard wax for my body hair recently and love it (Surgiwax).

This stuff is a deep, cerulean blue. Pretty, but not useful if you, like me, like to see exactly how much hair the wax has pulled up. Gross, but a useful indicator of the wax's efficacy. It takes much longer to heat up than the package directions say. It took me about two or three minutes, zapping the tiny jar 20-25 seconds at a time. Application wasn't difficult, but this stuff actually snapped off in my fingers when I went to pull the strip off. That was annoying since it reduced the efficacy of the wax. It took me an oddly long time to do my upper lip (which doesn't have that much hair and the hair that's there is very fine, but it still bugs me because it's dark). I got some soreness and a bit of redness from having to rewax areas that didn't get depilated the first time.

Incidentally, I used up about half the jar just from one session. Not bad due to the price, but I still don't think I'll repurchase this.
