The packaging seems flimsy, but it's a very cute little book and so far none of the eyeshadows or lip glosses have been knocked loose.
The colors in this palette are fantastic for making a sultry night look, or -- if you skip the darkest eye shade -- a really fresh daytime face. Just a very nice, flattering combination of warm, pinky gold colors.

I really like all the QCs so I start off the rating at 5 lippies than subtract. This is supposed to be the "Las Vegas Glamour" palette & the colors aren't very glamourous or what I think I would wear if I actually went to Vegas. They're not absolutely neautral, but they're much too subtle for my liking (so minus one lippie.) The packageing is really cute but not very functional. There is no mirror and the applicators and/or brushes it comes with are very cheap. Also I would imagine that the powders would shatter or break very easily (so minus one lippie). I would buy another Quickie Chronicle, but probably not this one.

The Palette just arrived today so i haven't had a chance to try all the colour out yet.
The eyeshadows are great as usual, lots of pigment to them, the colour you see in the palette is the colour it turns out on your eyes. They are actually the colours of Neapolitan ice cream, vanilla, pink and chocolate.
The lipglosses have a good amount of pigment to them and are non drying. They match very well to the eyeshadows.
The blusher is a bronzer really, and works well on my pale British skin as i find alot of bronzers are way too dark unless you already have a holiday tan.
This is my 12th Chronicle and it sure won't be the last.

I bought the palette mainly for nastalgic reasons (being from Vegas), but the colors are GORGEOUS! The blush is more of a golden bronze highlighter on me (wear it over my usual bronzer MAC MSF Shooting Star), but for paler gilrs it would be a nice bronzer. The e/s's are super soft and blend nicely, and are very pigmented. The darkest purple shadow is the stand out. A cross of MAC Sketch and Trax with shimmer. And the glosses are very nice as well! Definitely worth lookin at!
