I like the colour and the packaging but unfortunately, like other reviewers have mentioned, this product smells bad, like wax crayons or rancid oil, and you can still smell it on your skin after you apply it. Admittedly, I am very scent-sensitive, so your mileage may vary.

The reviews on this are hysterical. I hadn't received my product from Strawberrynet, so I was expecting some strange smelling product or a product that had no discernible smell and that had either no pigment or high pigment. How can a product be one end of a spectrum to the other? Anyway, here is what I found. This product has no smell. Zero! Don't know what the reviewers were smelling, but I had a good sniff and smelt nothing. Maybe they got product that was off! Who knows? I used this over Pur Minerals 4-in-1 Mineral Powder Foundation in Porcelain. The compact in exactly the same as the foundation with a flip top. I applied it with my Ecotool blush brush, swiping a couple of times across the compact lightly. The colour payoff was definitely light, but the pigment was good. It is a pale, shimmery pink. You would not want to be too heavy handed with this as it would look clownish on pale skinned ladies. When you use a light touch, it is very pretty. I will definitely repurchase.

This is not a blush, in my opinion. Im not sure what to call it, but I find that it is not pigmented enough to be a blush. When I put it on I could barely see it, and it just made me face looked discolored and shimmery. I would not recommend this

There is nothing special about this blush. It is fine for what it is -- pink blush -- but I know there are better products out there for the money. While the color is buildable, it doesn't seem to stick around for long... especially when I compare it to the 12-hour amazonian clay blush from Tarte. I'd say by 1 p.m. you'd hardly be able to tell I was wearing it -- which is odd because I'm not oily -- in fact I lean towards dry these days.
I will continue to use this until it is gone, but I won't repurchase.

Wow, it's weird to see people saying this blush doesn't show up on them! I use the 4-in-1 mineral foundation from the same line, in the colour 'light', and this blush shows up really well on my skin! Today I put it on and even thought I looked slightly sunburnt :P haha.
If applied properly, this blush suits my skin tone really well (I use the Ecotools blush brush), and adds good dimension to my face after applying my foundation (I hate looking all one colour, it seems so flat and ghost-like to me! So A bit of colour on my cheeks is always good!)
I think the trick is to make sure there's enough on your brush I suppose. A lot of people would be used to using a 'light hand' when applying blush, but this one works much better if you can see a little bit of pink on your brush before sweeping it over your cheeks!
This blush blends really well too :)
I'm giving it a 1 for price, as I got it in a kit, and a 5 for packaging quality as this stuff is bulletproof! I carry it around in my makeup bag almost everywhere I go, and I haven't had any of the problems with it that I usually do with compact powders, like cracking and spillage! (this also goes for the foundation and mineral glow too!)
All in all I think this is a lovely product :)

This is heavily pigmented so it can look intense. For me, this is a good product because I have a hard time finding blushes that show up on me, I think it may be because of the finish of my foundation+powder combo/skintone (NC42). I find some blushes are either too sheer, or end up making me look like I'm hot or have rosacea. This doesn't look clown-like if used sparingly, and it has a subtle shimmer so it doubles as a highlighter. Not the best for layering with other Pur Minerals products like the foundation/bronzer because it can look too frosty since they all have the same finish. I would be likely to repurchase this because it actually shows up and is a blush/highlighter in one, but I cannot say for certain since there are sooo many blushes out there to try.

I received this in a sample size from the $39 starter kit from Shoppers Drug Mart. The large sample they had in the store seemed nice when I swatched it on my hand so I went with the kit that included it. I have to fail it. I like the mineral formula. I goes on smoothly, blends easily, has good staying power, and feels nice on my skin. But I effing hate powders with marble patterns or stripes or designs with different colours because of experiences like the ones I had with this powder. The sample I got had so little of the white and baby pink bits and was pretty much all the dark rose colour which made my cheeks look like a rosy rusty brick colour. Ew. I was going for the lovely lit from within pink that it's supposed to give. Not going to waste my time on a product that's going to be different every time I purchase it. Not going to bother taking a chance on the large size.

I can't use this alone on my NC25 skin, as there's just not enough color payoff - I seem to get more of the white highlight than the pink. It's a beautiful shade to wear on top of other blush, for that reason, because it seems to add an ethereal glow to the face.
For those afraid of over application, though, this is a great started blush. You'll be able to really control the amount you're wearing; if nothing else, you'll have this pretty, candlelit glow to your skin, even if not a lot of color.

I like this product, and it looks nice.. but the smell is a huge turn off. I can't even describe it, but it's pretty gross.

I got this in the Heavenly Treasures kit and love it. I like to use a natural soft blush...nothing too dark or heavy and this is just perfect on my medium skin. It is a beautiful rosy pink that looks very natural and gives a slight glow from within.

While I am a die hard EM fan, I am tired of having to deal w/ spillage (in spite of the closable sifters) when I travel.
I initially purchased a starter kit which included the chisel brush + mini sizes of foundation (Light), blush (Universal Marble in Pink) and bronzer (Mineral Glow).
After using for 2 weeks = NO skin problems or reactions at all!
I use my EM angle brush for application. I get a beautiful rosy/pink color that is highly pigmented (translation, use light hand) which lasts all day (just as long as my EM blushes) and looks very natural on my fair skin. Love this!!!

I got this in a kit. I really like it. I never noticed a smell, until I smelled it. It does smell, as others have mentioned, but it doesn't bother me. I like that I can use a small brush to get individual colors in the marble.
I also have the marble bronze and got the spice in kit. The spice one is really bright! Wouldn't buy the spice one on its own.

I really like this blush. The color goes on lightly and is very natural looking. I also like the smell. It doesn't have a strong perfumey smell that you get with a lot of cosmetics. Pur Minerals is also a cruelty free company which is very important to me.

I bought the mini size, and i've used this about 3 times. The color does not agree with my skin tone at all. Its really red looking on my cheeks. I wish I would have got the bronzing powder instead.

I put the price as cheap because I got this relatively free in a starter kit.
I attempted to use it but it smelled so awful I couldn't stand it. I think I used this once. I hate when makeup smells like this.
I am sensitive to smells, and can't even wear perfume. Based on the smell alone, I hate it.

this is a very nice pink color on the skin and i think this color would work for all skin tones. it has nice pigmentation and it looks great paired with pur minerals mineral glow. i defiantly prefer this packaging to their blushes. it is a nice large flat compact. i dont mind the smell at all. it reminds me of crayons. this is now my everyday blush. pur minerals is a cruelty free company and i highly recommend their products.

I got this in the starter kit (foundation, bronzer, blush, and brush). I'm using the lightest color in the foundation powder, and I can barely get this blush to show up on me. I have to apply many "coats" and really press with the included brush to get it to show even a bit. On the plus side, you'll never be able to overdo it with this color; on the minus side, you may not look like you have any color on your cheeks at all!
As other reviewers have mentioned, it has a kind of funny smell, but it's not bad or overpowering. To me it is NOT a rancid smell.
As for buying again, I put "no." If I need another starter kit, that'll be fine, but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this by itself. There has to be a Pur blush that is still natural looking but shows up better than this.

Came with my Pur Minerals pack that I ordered. The blush is just right for an all over face glow, or I use a finger in a darker shade for my lids. Almost pearly to me.
I gave it a 5 for price, because I don't remember how much I paid for it, and a 5 for packaging because I've had dropped it so many times without the powder breaking, only once I had it in my purse and the see-through cover came unglued. haha

This is my favourite blush! I have pale skin, and this looks very natural on me. It's the perfect amount of pink with a bit of shimmer that works as a highlighter. I wear it all the time. The downsides: it's a bit pricey (CAN$25) and the pan fell out of the compact (I had to glue it back in). Will probably repurchase when I run out.
