Nice nude lip color that I wear with dramatic eye make up or " nude face" make up. I haven't met such color before. In my opinion it's medium brown with pink undertone, so I like to use a pink lipgloss above. I don't like the smell though.

This lipstick is super moisturizing ( I use it whenever I run out of lip balm). I like the color, its hard to describe. Its kind of sheer, but adds a nice darker color after a couple of layers, nothing crazy though. I usually focus on my eyes with makeup, so I wear extremely nude lipsticks, I like this one for going out. In addition to color it adds a nice shine for voluminous lips.

Gorgeous!! This is a MLBB shade for me, and I find myself grabbing this when I'm on the run and have very little time to get ready. I will quickly tightline, add mascara, concealer, powder, and finish with this and I'm good to go.

It brings some life to my otherwise drab face, as the finish is "glossy" without being a gloss. It doesn't have the goupy-ness, the thick laquered look or the stickiness that glosses can tend to have. This applies in a smooth, even layer and add just a hint of shine and colour without going over-the-top for a day look.

It is very moisturizing, and I can apply this without a mirror and not have to worry about uneveness, patchiness or flakes. I would recommend this to anyone.

This's one of my favorite nude lipstick of all time. It give a natural nude color lip (my lips but better). It offer a moisturizing formulation that doesn't dry out my lip and it last long. I'm very please with this product and definitely would buy it again.

Got this in a Nordstrom GWP. I'm already a fan of Laura Mercier's makeup but I've not gotten around to trying their lipsticks yet. I've been eyeing the stickglosses for over a year now since I'm a fan of Clinique Buttershines. This LM gloss does not disappoint. Goes on sheer and is not heavy. Has a nice shine but not too shiny a la MAC Lipglass. The Brown Sugar shade is a medium tan shade and very nice with a smoky eye. Will definitely buy this in a full size tube when the little GWP one runs out!

I'm not a lipstick lover but this one is an exception. The color is great for my NW20 complexion: it adds some color to my lips but doesn't empower them. Great for heavier eyer makeup.
The texture of the lipstick is great too: smooth and creamy, not drying. Staying power could be better but most lipsticks need to be reapplied after a few hours.

This is a pretty color for a natural every day look. On me it becomes more mauve, though, which isn't what I expected. Still, a nice color.

This is my favorite LM nude lipstick. Nudes like Mac Myth, Gosh Darling etc. look like whiteout on my lips but brown sugar gives me that nude look without looking unnatural. I have pigmented lips and this makes my lips look a couple of shades lighter in a natural way. It is sheer and very moisturizing, hence the name gloss stick, but without that overt shininess you get from glosses. Great for smokey eyes. And the packaging is soo cute (small and pretty). Will be buying this again. Love it!

I bought this after a make over and I love it, it has fast become my favorite shade. I tend not to use bright colours on my lips so if you like pinky nudey shades this is fab. It tastes lovely too, my only complaint is that you have to reapply a few times as it has the consistency of a gloss. It wasn't cheap but it is such a versatile colour I will be sure to buy it again.

I was looking for an extremely moisturizing lipstick. So...I got on the makeup board & asked. You girls are amazing! I got some really great advice. Went to Sephora this weekend & picked up a couple of them. This one happened to be one. It's a really great neutral on me. I love it & one to thank the girls on the board for the great recommendations!!! :-)

I just got this product as a freebie from purchasing an LM Lip Glace. I really didn't care for it first since I've had allergies to lipsticks or lip gloss ever since I was in second grade (I know, how unfortunate of me). Anyway, I tried it just for fun and I was really pleasantly surprised that my lips didn't peel off as much! It was really hydrating and gave a nice nude color. I would definitely purchase this after I finish off this free tube. Nice classy packaging. Highly recommended!

I really like this a lot. Yes, it does have a strange fruity floral scent, but since this feels soooo good on, I can forgive that. This color is okay, a little too brown for my taste, but I'm not going to deduct for that. I will repurchase stickglosses again, just not this color.

I have said this before regarding other products but I feel I have truly found my HG of nude lip colors. I was looking (yet again) for a lovely, nude lip color to wear this winter when I do a more dramatic eye for holiday parties, and I just happened past the Laura Mercier counter at Sephora. I spotted brown sugar and bought it on the spot. I love it! It is a very pretty nude that feels great on my lips and the staying power is pretty amazing considering it is more of a gloss/balm. Gotta keep this one in my bag!

I wish I had chosen another color, but this will do. This is my first Stickgloss. I had higher hopes for it, and it wasn't what I had hoped it would be. One of the things I like most about it is how it feel on my lips. It feels really good, and never dries them out once the product has worn off. The color is very nude. When I look at my lips with it on, I think it makes them look polished while toning down the slight pigmentation on my lips. I think I will keep it in my school bag this coming year since it is not a color you have to think about and can just apply it without using a mirror.

I received this full-size lipstick in a GWP from lauramercier.com. So far, I'm pretty impressed. It's a brownish mauve in the tube but it's very sheer and moisturizing. I can pretty much apply this without a mirror -- it tones down the pinkness of my lips without really being a nude. Best of all, it has the most balm-like texture of any of my lipsticks. The Stickgloss formula is definitely worth its price point!
$20 for a .12 oz tube.

I love this! So pretty! It's a brownish mauve that would probably look amazing on everyone. I love how it's slightly moisturizing and has just a tiny but of shininess to it. I love the little tube, it's sleek and cute when I run out I'm definitely getting another one.

Ive been on the hunt for a pinky nude creamy lipstick *forever* and a day now and my search had seemed hopeless. On my last trip to Saks, I went and saw my Armani lady and bought sheer #14 which seemed to be what i was looking for. On the way home, i put it on and it smelled rancid! I was crushed and thought it was just me. I had my mom smell it and like i thought it was bad or at least smelled that way. I went immedietly back to Saks and got another one and that too smelled rancid so i returned it.. I past the Laura Mercier counter and have heard raves about the brown sugar stickgloss and decided to try it out as i had nothing to loose. It was a dream, everything i had been looking for all this time. Creamy, perfect nude with a hint of pink and it smells like fruit upon application! Ding ding ding! We have a winner. Cant wait to try more colors.. Its perfection on my pigmented lips and actually lasts..

I at first did not think that this color would work for me as it seemed so dark in the tube, but once on after using a very light hand, it looks like a very pretty mauve color on me. I have been dealing alot lately with a makeup artist from Laura Mercier and she has been suggesting some great looks for me, and she suggested using Brown Sugar to be used when I use Twilight Grey and it definitely looks good when I use this combination. Stickglosses are not sticky nor have that fake looking gloss ..... I use a very light hand and get the right amount of color and shine and surprised to see that stickglosses stay put awhile and last longer than many of my other lipsticks.
