For the first five minutes I thought I'd struck gold with this - a very dry leather with a hint of smoked tea. Then it morphed into exactly what it says on the can - regular brown tea but with a LOT of sweetener and a hint of fruit. Disappointing.

This morning I'm test-driving The Brun (Brown Tea) by Jean Charles Brosseau. This one is odd. It opens and, for the most part, lives in an almost-boy-smell of dry woods/spice/citrus. but it has a moment or two when all of that suddenly coalesces into a lipton black tea bag. The tea bag moment is thoroughly enchanting. I wish it stayed that way. The woods/spice/citrus thing is ok, drier than most, and more pleasant than many. But still, not massively exciting. I'll probably be layering something else on when this fades...
