These are surprisingly really good eyeshadows. Before these, I've never bought NYC shadows before. I was a bit skeptical, but decided to give them a go. Totally paid off- great product. I have the quad in Plum Perfect, a quad that includes a silvery white, a sparkly black, a light mauve, and a burgundy. It is very fun experimenting with these shades, and these are not the eyeshadows that will make your eyes look red and puffy. These stay on well and don't crease or fade if used with primer, but they do tend to become have some fallout as you're preparing your look. The packaging is good, and the price of these was excellent (got these for $1.69 at Christmas Tree Shops). Overall, these deserve a good rating- they're good quality shadows.

I found the LE summer quads at rite aid, and I'm pleasantly surprised by these shadows. I tried my first NYC product about 4 years ago (gloss and blush) and wasn't impressed. These shadows are blendable and soft, not at all chalky like many DS brands. This bronzey quad is not super pigmented, but the shades are still shimmery,wearable and pretty.

New York Color has a new quad out for the holidays and it's called All Four Me....what a beautiful eyeshadow palette. This quad has four warm colors which are --chocolate bronze,coppery bronze, butter-yellow shimmer, and a white shimmer....the texture is exquisite and the price is less than $10.00....how great is that!!!
