I got this in the shade 01 Gold just like the one in the picture in 2009 from a CCO in the US (I'm from Canada), it was 25$. My friends complimented me so much on it that they made me buy it for them when I went back to NY. It was the first highlighter I ever used and it gave me exactly the results I wanted from such a product. Glowy (too glowy to put all over the face but just perfect for the cheekbones), very finely milled, no glitter, just a really really nice highlight. I tried finding other similar products since I bought it, not because it wasn't great but just to see if there was anything better out there. I watch gurus on YT and this one is never mentioned, other highlighters are praised, among which Benefit High Beam. The latter felt less versatile and somewhat less natural than my EL one. The most raved about highlighter is the Christian Dior Amber Glow, and I have went to Sephora several times more than willing to buy it (I still swatch it every time I go in there) but every time I try it out it does not give the glow that I get from my EL one. So all in all my search made me appreciate the EL highlighter better.

I own the one in gold:

you would think that this would suit all yellow-toned ladies because of the gold base - yes? Sadly: wrong. The silver stripes that form an outline of a square are a very strong silvery white, and even though they make up very little of the whole surface of the powder in the pan, it is this silvery white that dominates the complexion when you apply it to the cheekbones. This leaves that strong dramatic highlighting look that clearly would be more suited to girls with cool undertones.

As for the gold section? Very nice and shimmery if you've got the yellow undertones to match it, but it is also a very strong brilliant shimmery gold that when mixed with the silver, just really becomes a white-silver with the hintest tinge of yellow. In other words, avoid if you're not pale or if you're not cool-toned. It's a very bold shimmer. I recommend this if you're NC15 or less - yep, that's very very pale....but seriously, for something as bright and shimmery as this, you need to be if you want it to look natural on your face.

I love this all-over powder in Rose Quartz. It has a beautiful pink shimmer that is just right.

I just bought this lovely highlighter in After Hours. It's new to their 2007 Fall collection. It looks plummy in the compact, but it applies onto the skin as a nice, dewy (not overly shimmering) glowing powder with just enough color that it brightens the face. I have the BB SB in Beige...but, I happen to find myself reaching for this one more already! Check it out.

This highlighter is awesome. I tried both the Coral Sand and the Rose Quartz, but with my pale complexion the Rose Quartz looked more natural on me but both were utterly beautiful. The main difference is Coral Sand is for warm skin tones, so it has a golden shimmer to it, and Rose Quartz has a silver shimmer for cool skin tones. It takes a few strokes before it's pronounced enough for my liking. I tried applying it with both a powder brush and a blush brush and quickly discovered that a blush brush is the only way to do it, a powder brush is useless. Once it's on it stays on and gives a beautiful luminous glow that evens out your whole face. When I wear this highlighter, people often ask me how I get my skin to naturally glow. I took off one lippy because it take several swipes to really show, but once it's on it's gorgeous and makes you feel really pretty and ready for spring!
