well i just found this at my local outlet and i have to say that i think the colors are gorgeous!! i have pretty fair skin and i have never LOVED a lipstick color before.. this is my first MAC lipstick purchase although i have 2 of the glosses... I love that they dont test on animals and unlike two previous posters, i really like the little vintage inspired purse that comes with this set. others thought it wasn't well made but i thought it was fine. and it is so cute.. i have no complaints at all with this set. i paid $24.

I managed to get this during a sale for almost 60% off. It's a very lovely lip set! I have NC30/ NW25 skin, and Plum Dandy is the prettiest color! Angel looks a bit too bright on me, but I usually mix it with some dark lipstick to get a deeper tone. I sometimes wear both lippies layered together and they look wonderful! The gloss is very pretty too- natural and not too sticky. The bag is not very useful... kinda small, but cute :)

Well, I'm loving Angel, which is far less Barbie bubblegum than I would have expected from reviews. On me, it's a light cool-neutral shimmery, pink, creamier and less drying than other MAC frosts. Plum Dandy is a little harder for me to wear, but I've made it work with All Woman or Rose Champagne (included in the set) lipglass. My only complaint is that the the bullet cases in this set are light and cheap compared to MAC's regular cases - more like Lauder Group's Jane l/s cases with sparkles in them. Still, a great purchase, especially because MAC has great colors and formulations and doesn't need to test on animals to get them to us.

I really wasn't intending on buying a lips set, considering how tiny the purses are, but when I saw the colours (especially Rose Champagne lipglass) I just had to have it. All three products are very flattering on my NC15 skin, and although the purse isn't particularly fancy or well made. it's a great size for carrying around lip products (and the 318 retractable lip brush). Love it!

I second what the previous reviewer said! :o) I like this kit alot, too! Angel always was one of my fave MAC lipsticks (earns me alot of compliments, anyway), and Plum Dandy is new for me, but seems to go well with my coloring (NC30-ish). I, too, wish the Lipglass that comes with this lip trio were bigger, becuz Rose Champagne is such a nice, neutral gloss! (My favorite kind.) The only thing I found minorly disagreeable about this Pink Lips set was the tube that the lipsticks come in. Instead of the usual, MAC bullet, lipstick tube... these holiday versions come in very slick, smooth, shiny, actually slippery bullet-shaped tubes! I had to laugh when I took them out of the package, because they shot right out of my hand (like a REAL bullet!) and I found it hard to grip them! Silly point to make, I know; but you might not find it so silly when you are fumbling for this tube of lipstick in your purse while you are driving... and it keeps slipping out of your grasp! Or, it slips from your hand once you grab it from your purse and it rolls under the car seat. I don't really like the new, slick, lipstick tube from MAC... wish they would have just stuck with their tried and true tube. Great product, tho!
