This is a pretty, flattering medium/bright pink. The formula is like all the Essie polishes - smooth, not too thin or thick, fairly quick-drying, a good bit of shine and no bubbles after drying. Two coats of this is enough for an opaque finish. A great summer color and/or a fun base for glitter top coats.

My new go-to summer nail polish! I would describe it as a very shiny berry, with a jelly-like finish to it! Even without top coat, it's has pretty high shine. It's not a cream-finish color, it almost reminds me of those jelly flip-flop or sandals. I have pretty fair skin, but I think this will look great with a tan too!
Essie never fails me, and I experienced almost no chipping with this (with base coat, no top coat because of laziness).
Will definitely repurchase!

I have very fair skin so I can't always find a shade of pink that will compliment my skin tone. This is beautiful. It is a deep yet bright pink cream that is perfect for summer. The application is perfect, only 2 coats are needed and neither are streaky. The swatches don't do it justice. It has a beautiful shine even without a top coat. I highly recommend this nail polish!!

I love this polish! I bought it about 2 months ago and it is the only polish I have worn since. Such a fun, girly magenta with awesome color payoff! This is my first experience with Essie polish and I am very pleased, the formula feels very rich and coats the nail very well, even with the small brush. Two coats is all you need to seal the deal! I love that dries to a shinny finish so you don't need a top coat but I recommend one to make your polish really last. This lasts over a week for me with a top coat which makes the 8 dollar price tag worth every penny!

This colour is really great and bright. Sometimes I feel it's a bit young for someone my age but it's not too bad. One coat is normally enough for it to look the way I want.

Normally, I find Essie polishes perfect. Maybe my bottle is kinda old but there is some dried polish at the top of the bottle...makes opening it hard...maybe some bad storage? even though I didn't have this problem with my other essie polish.

I bought this in a gift set and I thought the color was so rich and beautiful. Once I tried it, it is a beautiful color, but it is a little overwhelming for my pale, fair skin. Like all Essie polishes, it has a good lasting power. It only took 1 coat to get even coverage which is a plus. Great color, just not for me.

I was so excited when I saw the bachelorette bash giftset (the one with a nail file, top coat/base coat and a full sized bottle of bb)
at Tjmaxx for $3.00 !!
It was one of the best buys I ever made..this color is gorgeous on the toes and fingers!!
If you are thinking about buying this product ...check out your tjmaxx /marshalls/Ross first!! :D

Essie BB is one hot color! I was fortunate to find this in the sale bin at Trade Secret a few months ago, and knew right away I'd wear it for my upcoming bachelorette party (how could I not??) BB is a vivid raspberry shade. As noted below, it's quite similar to OPI's Koala-Berry, though BB probably is a touch brighter. Unless you're a nail polish addict like me, you could get by just fine owning just Koala-berry. It's a winner for tips and toes in my opinion. 2 coats is ok, but 3 is best and will show off the richness and sophistication of this color.

Bachelorette Bash is Barbie-style hot pink with a touch of raspberry. very bright, very glossy, super fun! it only needed 2 coats for opacity, no streakiness, smooth application and good wear! i like it a lot more than i thought i would from looking at it the bottle. looks good on very fair skin!

I absolutely love this colour - a perfect hot raspberry and very flattering with a good glossy finish. Looks good on toes or on tips for a real 'wow' factor. Wear not as good as some other Essie polishes though. Would buy again.

This color screams girly and fun! I just applied this as a pedi color and usually I like to wait a few days before passing judgement. Rarely does a nailpolish (and a pink one at that!) gets me this excited and wanting to show off my toes. Yes, it's bright. Yes, it's fuschia hot pink. Yes, it's not for the meek. My toes are slightly tanned and this color just pops out. It also works on my paler untanned hands, a nice girly pink that doesn't make my skin look sallow, dirty, or old. The application on this Essie was smooth too, great opaque coverage with 2 coats. And Bachelorette Bash has that fantastic Essie trademark - jelly glassy shiny finish. This polish hits the nail on all the points important to me :)

For reference I'm Stila 30 watts, Chanel Beige, and GA LSF 5.5. I used OPI Ridgefiller and Top Coat for this pedi.

WOW - this color is gorgeous. Really bright, creamy fuschia! Great on nails &/or toes. I noticed it on one of the MA's when I was in MAC and figuring it was a MAC color, I asked her about it. It was actually this shade, and I picked up a bottle of it a few days later. I love it, my only complaint is that with any dark/bright color, chips stand out. But as this is the nature of dark/bright colors, it didn't affect my overall rating of the product.

This is another one of my favorite Essie shades. Lovely hot pink color that suits its name perfectly. As for quality, Essie is the best. I'll be buying this one again.

This is such a cheerful bright fuchsia pink. Great for cool toned girls that can wear vibrant colours, it's a youthful colour without being childish. It has a lovely non-shimmer 'jelly' finish. It's now my favourite pink shade - and I have many of them!

Essie's Bachelorette Bash is a fun creme polish that was released with Essie's 25th Anniversary collection, between their Summer and Fall collections of 2006. I should be up front now and admit that Essie's Anniversary collection is my most favorite polish collection of all time. I love every "flirty, feminine, and fabulous" color in the collection! I would describe Bachelorette Bash as a magenta, a deep pink with brightness but no screaming pink tones. I am a cool-toned NW 15/Winter and I think this polish looks fantastic on my nails! I definitely think it leans towards being cool, so I'm not sure how warm folks would care for this particular color.

I compared OPI's Koala Bear-y to Bachelorette Bash. They are quite similar, so if you have one, you may not need the other. I believe that Bachelorette Bash is just a slight bit brighter, cooler in tone and lighter than Koala Bear-y. I did notice that Koala Bear-y was more opaque than BB, so if you can't decide which one you want based on color, that might be a factor you could look at to help you decide. I feel that on toes and tips, you could get away with two coats on each with Koala Bear-y. However, if you have very pronounced moons on your fingernails, you might need to do three coats of BB on tips and two coats on toes. BB is just outstanding on toes - an HG for me!! I really just love this particular shade of pink, so I'd actually wear Koala Bear-y on tips and BB on toes. Together! They're both keepers for me.

This polish went on a bit sheerly on my tips, though I had no problems with it on my toes. It bears repeating that my tips have pretty obvious moons, so it takes a pretty opaque polish to make them disappear. But I really can't see the moons of my nails unless I look for them at two coats, so I doubt that anyone else would really notice my moons right now. I had BB on my toes for a week or two last year with my OPI Start-to-Finish basecoat and Seche Vite topcoat. There were absolutely no problems whatsoever with the wear of this polish. I've also had BB on tips for a few days with no wear with Poshe topcoat. Though my fingernails are shorter than my fingertips, based on its great performance on toes, I don't expect any big problems on tips with this polish.

This is a lovely summer pink! No glitter or shimmer, but the color itself is bright and fun. I don't have many hot pinks in my collection, but of the handful, this one has moved to the top of the list. I wore it on my toes most of this past summer. Application was good. I used two coats. Lasted until I took it off once a week. No chips. This is typical of Essie polish for me. Very good wear.

I'm surprised there aren't reviews for this shade yet. This is a hot pink/fuschia/raspberry creme. It applied smooth, no streaks at all, and dried to a nice shiney finish. This is a great toe shade. It might be a bit bright for the tips though. A winner for me.
