This is now my main body soap. I order a 3 pack off vitacost for 6$ and it lasts me for the year (yes, i use it everyday, they're big bars and they last forever). I do use a soap saver (1$ at walmart or target), and this is essential if you want it last, there aren't a lot of ingredients in it to cloy it together, so it will turn to moosh if left in a dish.

I LOVE the smell of this soap. I love that it's natural, that it's full of good stuff (olive and honey is great for skin). It cleanses well w/out drying me out, although I would not call this a moisturizing soap. I had been using cetaphil bar soap for years and years when I decided to try this and I'm so glad I did.

I use this soap as my facial cleanser. I find it gentle on my skin, though if you are extremely sensitive you may want to stick to the fragrance-free olive oil soap. The soap has balanced the oil on my combo skin and the number of blackheads on my face have decreased. I leave it up to other products (medicated) to treat the breakouts, but this certainly has not been the cause of any new ones.

Awesome product, natural ingredients; does not upset my sensitive skin nor rosacea. Cleans without overdrying or tightening, no residue when you wash it off.
As to the one star comment below, as with all facial bars, you must take care of it to last, and buy it a SOAP DISH like the one above so it can dry. And not keep it in a humid shower where it will melt :(
Anyway, scent is gentle like burts bees honey chapstick. Could do without it, but doesn't take away from the product and not a big deal.
5 STARS!!!!!!!

I've struggled with my skin for about six years, now - since I was twelve - and, while I've never suffered from blackheads or cystic acne, I constantly have raised, red pimples, tiny bumps across my forehead, and whiteheads. My pores are enormous, I've got redness and discoloration like nobody's business, and I'm essentially one big oil slick. In short, my skin sucks.

For whatever reason, my mother picked this soap up for me about two weeks ago - I think I'd been complaining about all the chemicals in my other cleanser? I can't quite remember - and I was extremely skeptical (really? a soap?), but willing to give it ago. I'd just suffered a terrible breakout, after all, and there was no way this could make my skin look worse than that. Anyway, I sliced it in half so I wouldn't destroy a foot if I accidentally dropped it, and gave it a go.

I love this soap. Whoa.
It makes my entire bathroom smell faintly... not herbal, exactly, but organic. Natural. It's a fresh, pretty scent, that's actually delicate once it fades a bit. The soap itself has been non-drying - this is wonderful; despite my overactive oil glands, my skin is actually prone to dryness - and hasn't broken me out at all. In fact, my skin looks decidedly better than it has in a few years. I still have pimples, yes, but I don't think any of them are new, and my discoloration/redness have calmed down. Also, my skin feels incredibely soft. This is no miracle cure, but I definitely prefer it to my old, chemical-based cleansers.
To recap: No fresh breakouts. Not so red. Little less oily. Much smoother. I'm in shock.

to all the people complaining about it melting: get a soap dish.

i really like this product. it's very simple and has very basic ingredients. i am usually very paranoid but i even tried using this on my face and it didn't break me out, and provided a nice clean feeling. the price is right, i love the companies policies on animal testing and organic products, so overall thumbs up.

Although this soap smells good, this is the biggest waste of $3 ever. The first time I used this green block of soap, I was very happy. As I would go to use it every time I showered, I noticed how soft the bar was getting. Keep in mind, I keep my soap bars in a Travel Soap Container because of how much soap gets wasted as the water hits it if I don't. Anyway, I couldn't use this more than 5 times before having to pick up the mush of it all and throw it in the trash. I couldn't use it. Melted into a big blob. It's a shame, because, like I said, I could tell it was a lovely soap after my first go at it. Sadly, it is now off to its resting place.

I recently started using this soap for my face and i really like it. It gives me the squeaky clean feeling and rinses off quite easily. Not to mention the smell of this soap is divine. It is however a soft soap so it does have the tendency to melt while sitting on the soap dish, but it doesn't bother me as much. Also, it's a pretty huge bar and it's green in colour (so buyer's beware as it can be shocking at first). I don't mind that either. I really love the fact that it's comprised of all natural ingredients and the ingredient list is so short (LUVVV IT). What is even more appealing to me is that KMF does NOT test it's ingredients nor it's finished products on animals. WOOHOO!! A keeper!! Wish it was a little cheaper though.

Gosh I love this soap. Smells really good, simple natual ingredients, and it doesn't dry my skin out like most soaps do which is great. My only problem is it seems to melt in the soap dish from the steam lol, but that doesn't really bother me. It also foams up really well on one of those poof things you wash with. Will continue to buy again and again! Oh and the price is also great, it's $2 on average for a large bar that will last for 6+ months of washing 1-2x a day.

I usually use the Olive Oil soap but I wanted to try this one based on the reviews. I like this soap. It gives my face a nice glow. The smell is pretty strong but you get used to it after using it for a while.

I lurve how this soap smells! Mmmmm! In a move to stay away from SLS-based products (tend to be liquid soaps) I've put this bar soap at the sink for us to wash our hands with. The wonderful scent has permeated our bathroom and wee apartment. My hands are happy and enjoying this soap.

this is my "default" soap - i think it's the best in the world and thank goodness, trader joe's carries it regularly. this is the cheapest luxury item i own, and whenever i smell it i feel like i am doing something good for myself. it lathers up well, without being overly foamy, and combination of oil and honey gets all the dead skin cells and dirt off your skin. i've tried the whole line (chamomile, aloe, etc) and they are ALL good - but honey is just the bomb.

I wanted the regular Olive Oil Soap, but picked this up instead when my grocery store was out. First of all, I love the honey smell that's left on my skin all day. BUT - this is my new great facial cleanser. I can't use many ingredients in my skincare - sulfates, silicones, etc. - so I thought KMF soaps would be a good way to go. Goodbye clogged pores, blackheads, blemishes (well, not goodbye blemishes totally, but I have not broken out again since I started using the soap). Plus, I was blotting 1-2 times a day, and now I do not have to blot my face. My makeup stays fresh all day! Huge rave from me. Can't wait to try the regular Olive Oil Soap.

I really love this soap. It's green and gloppy, not the prettiest soap in the world, but who cares. I've never tried the other KMF Olive Oil soaps, only this one. Honey is considered to be a humescent, so I imagine this soap may be more moisturizing than the other varieties. I have rosacea and very sensitive skin. Whenever I can find something that doesn't irritate my face I'm very happy. This soap has an unusual smell, that I actually like. It does not dry out my skin and actually feels soothing. I wouldn't call it a real lathering soap, but it cleans very well without striping the skin. It doesn't have the animal ingredients that more commercial soaps like Dove have. It's basically simple, pure and yes, GREEN!!!!

Love KMF's Olive Oil Soap, so when one of my favorite places was out, I thought I would try the one with honey. Big mistake. Although the olive oil soap is unscented - and is actually really great with my sensitive skin - the one with honey has fragrance added. Eugh. I thought I would try to use it up but no way - I can't stand it anymore. So I picked up a new bar of the olive oil (only!) this past week. I guess if you like the olive oil soap (washes clean, non-irritating, etc.) and if you don't mind (or even prefer!) added fragrance, then you could try it, but honestly -- if I want fragrance, there are a multitude of better things out there.
Note added - I typed in the name of the item w/o double-checking (sorry!) - this product is actually "olive and honey soap" (no "oil" in the label). Sorry for the carelessness and possible confusion! :(
