I originally got this product to help the healing process of my tattoo after a particularly painful experience with jergens. After the healing period was up I started using it as a nighttime moisturizer and it's decent. It does smell quite a bit like sunscreen but that doesn't really bother me at all. It didn't leave my skin feeling oily or greasy so that's good. My favorite thing about this product is probably the packaging, I absolutely love the pump.

This used to be my favorite lotion with sunscreen. They have changed the formula. It is now totally different and not even close to the quality of the old stuff. It's heavy, greasy and stinks like cheap sunscreen. Has anyone found a replacement for this stuff? I thought the Olay Complete for sensitive skin was it, but it makes me oily. Ugh, why do these companies mess with good products? To save money I guess.

This was just OK. I'm girly and I like my products to smell perfumey and this doesn't. As far as moisturizing, it's middle of the road. The best part is the pump. I won't be rushing off to purchase this ever again.

I bought this moisturizer on a recommendation from a friend of mine. I have acne prone, oily skin, which is under control with retin A, and a oral med. In the cold Wisconsin winters, my face gets extremely dry, and I was looking for a lighter lotion that wouldn't clog my pores. I bought this, and although it didn't make me break out, it made my face sting, and made it look extremely oily, when really, my oil is under control. Even though my face looked oily, I could still see dry patches. So basically this was little to no effect for me. Wouldn't recommend it.

I've used this moisturizer for 15 years on my very sensitive face. However, they recently changed the active ingredients, which I discovered when my face burned within seconds of applying the lotion. Now my face is red and bumpy and irritated AND I have to shop for a new moisturizer for the first time in 15 years. I'd give this zero lippies if I could. Never again will I use this product.

I had to resort to this moisturizer since my beloved Olay Complete had changed their formula. Purpose isn't bad but now that it
s getting colder I'm starting to feel that it's not moisturizing enough for me. Certain areas of my face feel tight and dry. I've also noticed that because there's spf in this that it leaves a white cast after application. I didn't get that with Olay Complete... So still trying to find the right face moisturizer replacement.

This is the only moisturizer that I can use. Everything else I've tried has given me some of the worst breakouts. I love that it has spf in it, so I don't need to add a sunscreen step to my morning routine. It does leave a slight whitish cast to my skin after putting it on, but it does go away as it sinks in. It doesn't cause my skin to over produce oil, just leaves me with dewy soft skin.

I bought the SPF 15 version of this product about 3 months ago because it was on clearance at Albertson's. Since then I have been using it faithfully and have never broke out or got sunburn. (FYI, I have very acne-prone skin currently on Proactive) Just recently I have become more conscientious of taking care of my skin (anti-aging, sunscreen, etc.) after reading several reviews of more flashy products I was interested in I think I am just going to stick to this product until I find a better one for protection and anti-aging. My only concern is SPF 15 enough?

Eh, this product is definitely 'so-so'. I have oily/acne-prone skin, and if I use this moisturizer before I apply my makeup, my face is oily in no time flat. I do like it as a night-time moisturizer though.
It drives me crazy when I rub it in that it leaves the dried up pieces behind .. my boyfriend thought I had bits of toilet paper on my face. Nothing out of the ordinary, still looking for my miracle.

This used to be my staple daytime lotion, years ago (like 15 years ago, but I used it for four or five years). Then I took a break from it. When I went back to it, it seemed like the formula had changed and now it sometimes leaves white bits -- I'm assuming zinc oxide -- which is annoying. They're like little bits of white silly string, that stuff that shoots out of cans, and are hard to rub in. It's not like my face would be covered in it, but it's just enough specky bits to put me off this product. Shame. I really liked it.

I love this product. It has a tingling feeling wh/ makes it feel fresh!
I dn't hav the SPF15 one... actually I think I hav the SPF in the "mourning face moisturizer" wh/ is bad. altogether that 1 is sticky & the texture sux.. anything w/ SPF has that sticky/greasy texture... so dn't get teh SPF one.

I love the dual one tho. This 1 is awesome & makes my skin feel really soft.

This was reccomended by my derm MD. for my DDD, blemish prone skin. I have it with SPF 15. It was lighter than my Aveeno spf 30 but this left a white residue. I know....titanium dioxide but it cast a white haze on my face and I couldnt bled it in. The more I tried the more irritated my face got. AAARRRGGG!!! Thanks DOC. I'm sticking with my Aveeno. I use it on my kids now.
peace, love and lipgloss

i switch back between Purpose and Shiseido The Skincare Light Moisture. From my experience Purpose is comparable to Shiseido which is a whole lot more expensive. When I first got this product, I didn't like it much because it made my skin seems oily. After couple of days I started using less, meaning just a drop or two enough to moisturize my face instead of using a full pump. I bought this moisture because it was recommended in a skin care book written by a dermatologist.

I loved this moisterizer. It's very light, yet does a good job moisterizing my combo skin. It definetly did not leave me feeling oily like others I have tried. And, it contains spf 15, what more could you want?

I use the redness reducing version of this product. I really like it, and it doesn't break me out. It does seem to reduce redness somewhat with continual usage. My only gripe is that when I first apply it, my face is actually redder than usual, but this subsides after a few minutes. I'll repurchase.

This product is so absolutley amazing...I've cycled through the Philosophy Hope in a Jar moisturizer and Wet and Wild moisturizer, but this stuff is the greatest...It's oil-free, hypoallergenic, fragrance free and non-comedogenic so it won't clog pores, plus it's got SPF 15 with UVA and UVB sunscreen.
This stuff is heaven in a bottle...I go to school in upstate ny and wehave really nasty water and really dry and cold conditions and this is the only stuff that make my face stop peeling and make it look really fresh and really dewy and soft...
i also use to have really enlarged pores, and blackheads adn they're starting to go away! I'm so excited! This product is absolutley amazing...
it was 7.99 at Harmon Discount DrugStores, which is really affordable when you try the moisturizer and see how good the quality is...
it's got a squeeze pump too, but it's reallly easy to control how much you want on your fingers and you can twist the top back around to make sure that it doesn't leak...all in all a fabulous product for a fraction of the price of those other moisturizers who only dry out your skin more...
highly recommended - will purchase again!!!!!!!!!

p.s. - they also have one that reduces redness in your face...i haven't tried this one - it's a little more expensive but since i have red blotches on my cheeks i may just try it out!!!! especially if it's as good as this one!
