This lipstick is amazing! I'm a red lipstick lover and I thought I'd branch out and try this because it was in a clearance bin for about 3 dollars. It's normally 6 dollars, I think. The color is a gorgeous sort of shiny burgundy red lipstick with a bit of a purple undertone. It's nice for autumn and winter and for the days when a bright red would be a bit much. It's creamy and beautiful. LOVE IT! Would totally repurchase!

A dark Burgundy Berry shade that looks flattering on my nc25 skintone. I like these because Their not as moisturizing as some of my other lipsticks are. I prefer matte lipsticks for darker shades like reds and such. It has a shine that looks like I've applied a sheer layer of gloss. Love the packaging as well, very classy and because the top gives a satisfying click that assures me Its not going to make a mess in my makeup bag. My next quest is to find the perfect pink in this particular line...

Love love love this colour its such a nice colour its almost like a pinky, cherry, burgundy red. its such a unique colour and i absolutely love it. I got it cheap and the formula is very nice too.

A pretty color, but not a fantastic lipstick. On my fair skin, it's a medium berry-ish red with some serious red shimmer. The first thing I noticed was a very artificial scent and taste-almost like those lipsticks your mom used when you were little. That was nasty, but I could ignore it (it wore away after a while). But once the lipstick begins to fade, it becomes very gritty. The shimmer in the lipstick is like craft-store glitter on your lips, and I kept finding myself accidentally chewing on it. Not moisturizing at all. Accentuates cracks and lines. Would not repurchase.

This is one of my favourite red lipsticks. It is a cool, deep red and it is very vivid and pigmented. It isn't a moisturizing lipstick by any means, but I like it because it feels light and stays on without getting on my teeth.

i like prestige l/s though they are slightly drying imo; they are well-pigmented, smooth, nonsticky/heavy, and have no perceptible smell/taste to me (besides a slight "lipsticky" one) imo. velvet is an opaque, deep, matte, cool berry-red. cool PPP skintone, brown hair and eyes.
