This product is INCREDIBLE. I'm an esthetician and while my employer wants me to sell our 1% glycolic solution, I secretly tell my clients about this amazing product which I'm thinking is probably about 10% glycolic. Plus it only has water and SD alcohol in it, unlike the solution we sell that has so many other chemicals and preservatives in it, it's hardly doing anything for the skin. This has gotten rid of my cystic acne that I developed at school and is dramatically lightening my old acne hyperpigmentation marks. I'm so happy, my skin is clear, glowing and looking like it used to. The packaging's not the greatest, but who cares since it works so well! It's pretty cheap for pretty much pure glycolic acid, I just wish Walgreens carried it again so I didn't have to keep ordering off the internet. Besides that, it gets 5,000,000 stars.

This product is amazing! When used consistantly my skin is perfect. I did notice when I stopped using it my skin started to break out again.
I have always had sun spots on my face due to a lot of sun exposure w/o sunscreen when I was younger. This product has made them fade until almost unnoticable. Even my husband is commenting!

I stumbled up on the Pimple Eraser while visiting family in California a few years ago. It was the best act of happenstance, ever. Prior to using the Pimple Eraser, I tried tons of other products. Some of which were very costly. I ignorantly equated cost with quality. Well, the Pimple Eraser is giving me the results I need and at a price no one would believe. Having healthy skin does not mean 'breaking' the bank. For the past two years, I have enjoyed the perks of a blemish-free complexion, at an incredibly great price----allowing me to afford other monthly 'niceties' like massages/pedicures/manicures, etc. Daily use of this product will ensure daily satisfaction with your skin and appearance. And, on occassion, when there is a small break-out, I 'whip' out my Pimple Eraser and away the pimple goes----that fast, that quick--that simple!!!
Here's to healthy skin and a healthy you. When your skin feels and looks good, then so do you!

I HATE this product! I bought it becuase it was recommended to me by this girl about my age and complexion who has GORGEOUS skin. However, I didn't get the results that she did and I'm not sure why. I put it on as recommended and all it did was break me out. The weird thing is that in addition to getting pimples, I got small dark marks on my neck and my chest! It looks terrible. The product must've gotten on my neck from my chin; the marks are in a small area but it's on both sides of my neck. I've NEVER had breakouts or spots on my neck before. I dabbed a bit of the product on a pimple on my chest and since then, no pimple, just lots of tiny dark brown spots. And, I've never had spots on my chest either. I bought this product awhile ago. The bad reactions were immediate and I thought that maybe they'd go away if I continued using it. Some of the pimples have gone away but the spots have not. I'm doing a TCA peel in about 2 weeks hopefully that'll take care of it. The only reason this product gets a 2 (instead of a 1) is because the glycolic acid helps prep my face for the tca peel. I'll never buy this again.

I've been using this about a week. It has caused some dryness (but not bad) and very slight purging, which is expected. So far, I haven't gotten any other zits so it looks like a keeper so far. I was worried that it would have an alcohol odor, but there isn't one at all. It's easy to apply (you really do use it like an eraser) also. I'll update again once my skin has completely adjusted to it with more results.
UPDATE.. I love this product. Purging and dryness is completely gone now after about three weeks and I haven't had one zit. I use this with my vit A serum and my skin has been practically flawless. Little did I know something so cheap would be a HG for me. Wish my serum were.

I've been using this for two weeks, and it does cause purging, but that is starting to subside.
It burns at first, but if it gets rid of zits, it's worth it!
UPDATE: No no no! It made my skin break out and it didn't get better until I stopped using it. Ugh.

I have been using this product for about 5 days now and I have to say.. I LOVE this stuff. My skin looks so great in such a short amount of time, I can't believe it. My skintone is so even, my pores are much smaller, and this has helped get rid of a small cluster of spots I've had for a few weeks that nothing could get rid of. There are a few drawbacks though.. Pimple Eraser does burn when you first start putting it on, and for me, it's painful! It starts to burn more as it dries, but when I put on some moisturizer, that seems to help greatly. Also, my skin has started purging (just two spots, nothing huge), which is why (I'm guessing) they advise using it for 4-6 weeks.. your skin takes time to get used to something, especially something as strong as glycolic acid. I am so glad I found this product, it's a hidden treasure. I'll update again in about a month to see how things are going.
UPDATE: well, another thing to add to the junk drawer.. I love what this product did for my large pores and it helped make my makeup look flawless on my skin, however my slight purging turned into a complete disaster. I started breaking out so badly.. I counted 14 pimples at one time! I have NEVER had that many, and a lot of them were cystic. Every time one started to go away, three more would pop up! I also started getting them on my neck which was a first and, along with the arrival of snow and cold air, it dried my skin out horribly. I started only using this one time a day, then just stopped and all my pimples disappeared and I haven't gotten any new ones. What a shame. At least it works for most people.

Who would have thought I would buy such a product with a name like Pimple Eraser. I was quite embarassed to ask for it at the good neighbor pharmacy (name of the pharmacy where they have it). After 5 days of consistent use, pimples were vanished..not quite all of them..some small ones did, except for the ones that were purged. I'm gonna give it 6 weeks to see some results (as recommended by the paper in the box). Not only it get rid of pimples, it also help fade acne scars and uneven skin tone. Warning for those who have dry skin. I have combination and sensitive skin. But surprisingly this did not over dry my skin nor do i get any dry patches or flakiness like i do get from peter thomas roth spot treatment or any bp product. So it's a great product for me. EDIT: I HATE THIS I GOT 1 PAINFUL CYSTIC ACNE ON THE MIDDLE OF MY FOREHEAD. AND I GOT A CYSTIC ACNE ON MY CHIN. AND ON MY CHEEK. (I HAVE NEVER GOT ANY PIMPLES ON MY CHEEK TILL I USED THIS PRODUCT) GAVE ME A PAINFUL ONE.IT HURTS..MIND YOU, I NEVER GOT ANY CYSTIC ACNE EVER IN MY LIFE! TURNS OUT GLYCOLIC IS NOT FOR ALL SKIN TYPES. DEF. NOT ME. SO NEER BUYING THIS..BEWARE TO THOSE WHO WILL GET PURGING FROM THIS

I've never used this term before, but this product is my HG! It is absolutely amazing at preventing and treating pimples. I keep a stockpile in my medicine cabinet - I ran out and didn't use it for a week and was punished with not 1, not 2, but 7 pimples! It keeps my skin clearer than any other product I've ever tried and doesn't dry out my skin. All that's in it is Glycolic Acid, SD Alcohol and water but those 3 ingredients do the trick. WONDERFUL!!

AMAZING PRODUCT......I have been using this for 3 days...WOW...I use it in the morning and at night. I have skipped toner with this product. At night I just wash my face and put this on...In the morning I wash, PE, and sunscreen...Use sunscreen ladies, otherwise the hyper pigmentation will come back...Best advice I have gotten in 37 years...Use sunscreen...

Have consistently used this product for the past year with great results. I use this every evening before I apply moisturizer to my face and it is one of the main reasons my face stays relatively clear (I know this cause when I forget to use it for a couple of days my skin will become congested and break out in little bumps). My only gripe is that I can only find it at my local pharmacy, which makes me fear that one day it'll just disappear off the shelves because it's so hard to find.
Miracle product, if you have problem skin you MUST try this!

I would Never-Ever-Ever have bought this product if it was not for MUA!
I cannot rave about this enough. This is week 3 of using this and it has made a noticeable difference on my skin. I have a feeling this product will replace my Paula's Choice 2% BHA as my exfoliation HG. If you think the 2% BHA is good, wait until you try this!
The packaging is absolutely horrible. It looks very gimmicky and the hideous pictures on the packaging does not help. They really need to change their packaging as a smarter business decision. However dont judge a book by its cover, its the results that count. After 3 weeks the texture of my skin just looks fantastic, smooth, more even toned, with no hint of oilyness, in fact I have not had such a smooth texture since I was 18.
Like another reviewer said below, the result of this product is probably due to its simplicity. It only has three ingredients! I use this twice a day in tandem with Retin-A Micro 0.04% every other night. Like another reviewer have said before, the Retin-A is great however I found this one to be faster in effectiveness for evening out skin tone and preventing acne. Retin-A will still be my HG to fight off aging and wrinkles for the long term.
If things keep going on this good, I will be a devoted buyer for life. I will keep updating to see how it fares after 3 month, 6 month, one year.
One more thing, I could not find this at my local Walgreens stores so I bought this from miracleproducts.com, the manufacturer apparently sell it direct as well. You can also buy from Walgreens.com and save on shipping.
UPDATE: I still love the P. Eraser. I can no longer find this on the walgreens website so I order from miracleproducts.com directly. This replaced my Paulas Choice 2% BHA. In the last order they sent me a bottle of their sunscreen and cleanser to try out for free. I haven't used the cleanser yet as I like my current one but the sunscreen is fast becoming my HG.
The Sunscreen is sold in a package of 3 products, by itself it is called Daily Moisturizer/Protector and you get about 1 oz. Feeling that this is the best SUNSCREEN texture I have ever used, I emailed the company to understand what the SPF is. Apparently they have just undergone testing to SPF 30 and this will be labeled in the future bottles. I am impressed by the Sunscreen's formulation as well as the item I reviewed above. I noticed that the active ingredient is jam packed with all the protector ingredients on the market, whether physical or chemical protection. I think my next investigation will be to find out how much % of each is in this as the bottle does not say.
More importantly, it does not have any silicones and other "cones" which over the years I discovered is the main culprit of my clogged pores. Unfortunately over 80% of items I come across has some sort of "cones" in it, whether it is foundation, concealer, shiny considtioner etc., so this means I have to be especially choosy and educate myself.
Here are the ingredients:
Active Ingredient: Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, Octocrylene and Avobenzone.
Inactive Ingredient: Cetyl Alcohol, Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Xanthum Gum.

Despite the unfortunate name, Pimple Eraser is the best thing I've found on the market to control my acne. I don't tend to get too many breakouts, but when I do, they're bad. I've been at the point where I have stayed inside all day for fear of going out and having someone spot my unsightly blemished face. But I've found that if I put Pimple Eraser on at night and in the morning after my shower, the glycolic acid usually keeps things under control. This stuff is better than the glycolic peel I get at my dermatologist's office. Although I'm not sure I see any improvement in my scars, the redness has gone down and my bouts of acne are less frequent than usual. This stuff is a miracle!

The best little product with the worst name ever. I agree its quite embarrassing to ask for, especially if your particular Walgreens doesn't carry it. Thanks to a new medicine my skin decided to react in a horrible acne form rash - i lived with, and tried to treat it for about 3 months with absolutely no luck, i also had to be careful what i used on my skin since it had turned very sensitive. Two weeks after using this product my skin was drastically better. 4 weeks later and my skin had never looked better. it does cause dryness, but id rather deal with dry skin than acne anyday. Im going on my third tube in about 3 months, this is the best 10$ i have ever spent.
It is not the only thing i use on my skin (i do semi regular aspirin masks and i use differin everynight), but since i started using it i saw fast results. i love it and will never be with out it if i can help it!!

This product is the bomb!!! I've almost finished 1 tube. I've been using it 2x daily for almost a month. I can honestly say nothing I've tried has worked this well. My retin-A gel comes a distant second.
I guess simplicity is what it has going for it. It only has 3 ingredients glycolic acid, sd alcohol and water.
It's available in Walgreens for $10.

I typically use ZapZyt but this is a lot better with no flaking. I had a cyst on my chin, a pimple on my nose, 3 little pimples on my forehead, and scars on the sides of my chin and cheeks. Its been a week and a half and I've noticed a vast improvement! the scars on the side of my chin is gone. the texture of my cheeks are completely smooth and flake free with some minimization of the older scars. the cyst is completely flat and the discoloration is less red. all the other pimples are slowly disappearing. After only a week and a half, this kind of improvemeny was unexpected! I'm going to continue using it everyday for the recommended 6 weeks. I'm excited to see the results - possibly clear skin that I havent seen for years! This is sold for $10 and only at Walgreens which is kinda bizarre. Its a little pricey for a drugstore product but it IS pure glycolic acid. I just wonder why its not sold elsewhere. Anyways, I will def buy again - possibly my HG acne treatment!
update: I've been using it for 3 weeks and my face has cleared up so much. The scars have reduced dramatically and any new breakouts are flat and light in color and goes away within days. I use this 2ce a day everyday and it has yet to dry my skin out. AMAZING product!
I will update at the end of the 6 weeks

One word...MIRACLE! I stumbled on this at Walgreen's when I was frantically searching for SOMETHING to clear up my skin. It was only $10 so what did I have to lose. I knew that my skin usually responded well to glycolic acid and I liked the fact this only had 3 ingredients....GA, alcohol and water. The first night I used it I saw a SIGNIFIGANT improvement and after 3-4 days, the acne along my jawline was totally cleared up. This stuff is AMAZING! I just roll it on after cleansing and follow-up with Alpha Hydrox gel....my skin has NEVER looked or felt better.

This is basically pure glycolic acid with some SD alcohol mixed in. It comes in a roll-on form, which is convenient but kind of unhygenic. But hey, I figure that the alcohol kills any lingering bacteria on the pad. I'd really prefer this came in a dropper bottle or something though. The packaging and name are pretty embarassing and should be changed as well. But this stuff did a great job of clearing up my nasty, broken-out skin this past summer. I had clogged pores, blackheads, whiteheads, cysts, you name it. After about two or three weeks of using Pimple Eraser, my acne had significantly cleared up. It is drying and definitely stings, but I have resistant, oily/combination skin, so it didn't bother me too much. But I did experience some flaking towards the end and have stopped using this stuff as I have been trying a BHA scrub (Pernox) to exfoliate the top layers of skin, but am glad it's around for when my skin decides to freak out. (This is available at Walgreens)
