As with all Shu shadows, the packaging is awful (but I still love it to death).
the packaging makes this look like a bright bright turquoise. but really, it's not that bright on the face. I was worried I would bring it home looking like I just got a bad "makeover."
it's not. i have a very professional, serious work climate and i wear it to work with no problems! it really comes out as a pretty deep blue that could easily be blended more to become even more neutral.
as i've mentioned before, the gold filigree at the begining is just for show and really has no impact on your face.
same beautiful powdery finish that i love in every shu eyeshadow i've ever used. i can't stop buying these!

Viridian is a gorgeous rich shimmery teal / emerald with depth and a smooth texture that blends like a dream.It is a hard color to describe because it is complex.
I really love to use this as a liner.I would repurchase if it wasn't LE.Pick one up while you still have a chance.

Part of the Filigree collection, this is a limited edition shadow. All the filigree shadows have a golden swirl oversprayed on the top, but that quickly comes off with one swipe. Viridian is a gorgeous shimmery bright emerald green with a little blue hint to it. Really great green. The shadow itself is richly pigmented, and goes on smoothly. Excellent quality. Retails for $19 and comes in a square lucite compact. I love this shadow!
