I was pleasantly blown away by how great this tastes and works. I slathered it on before bed and when I woke up, all my lip flakies were gone! Taste was not what I expected, it is delicious. I am a huge fan of the products now.

I'm always skeptical of soda-flavored lip products because they're usually pretty strange smelling/tasting, but this stuff is delicious! The flavor/scent is great. It's got a nice, sugary root beer flavor that's not overpowering, but it gives a nice tingle to the lips. It's so good. I really love this product. The packaging is cute, too.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a tingly/minty rootbeer flavored lip gloss, but it works! Tastes wonderful, keeps my lips moist with a slight shine, and has the magic tingle! I've tried several different varieties of Bigelow lip shines and loved them all.

I got this at a semi annual sale for only $2.
I love love LOVE the way this tastes, just like root beer! :)
And it still gives my lips the cool feeling that I love from the Mentha lip shines, and still tastes deliciously sugary.
These aren't too thick like the liplicious glosses, so I love them to death. The packaging is really cute, too!

Definitely tastes and smells heavily of root beer. I love how it tingles, but it doesn't tingle as much as their mentha lip shine lipglosses.

Great product. I do wish it would taste a bit more like root beer - but I'll still take it. I like how it goes on and feels on my lips. It lasts a decent amount of time and doesn't burn my lips. It keeps them soft and supple. Price can be a bit steep at times - so try to stock up when on sale!

Love the tingle, love the flavor, could be more root beerish, but nevertheless, pretty good lippie.
I would only buy these on sale though, paying anymore would be too expensive for a lipgloss.

I got 4 for about 2 dollars each at Bath and Body works (normally $7.50 each) Great rootbeer flavor with a touch of mint. Judging by the packaging, I would have thought the gloss (or balm - whatever) was going to be brown tinged or the like, but its clear, shiny and not sticky! I loved the Ultra menthe shine so much, that I've been wanting this one for a while. Imagine my surprise when they were 75 percent off!!!

Lovely mint tingle, combined with root beer and sweet yummy flavouring- amazing! I love root beer, so this had to be part of my stash. These lippies are not sticky at all, however the lasting power is less than I'd like- maybe an hour.

I got this for $2 at the B&BW sale, which is an amazing deal. I love all the "Soda Fountain" scents I bought a lot and have been using them up. This is my 2nd favorite out of them (first being the black cherry one). Like all of the soda scents, this one has a pleasant tingle and incredible shine. I love the minty taste and feel. Would rebuy, but I believe these have been discontinued. My store no longer carries them. :(

I received this in a swap...it's my first time ever using the C.O. Bigelow glosses. I always saw them in B&BW but I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend like $7 on a brand I didn't know much about. Anyway, this has a really true root beer scent and flavor, and the mint adds a nice touch to it. The mint makes my lips all tingly in a pleasant way, like Burt's Bees. It isn't all that sticky, compared to some glosses. I like it, I will probably buy another one of these (in another flavor, since I like variety) at the regular price in the future.

My bf loves it. He's nabbed mine and uses it all the time instead of his manly lipbalms. It truly smells like rootbeer and tastes like it too. Not too icky sticky and has a nice menthol cooling effect. Also, at the price the it was going for at BBW SAS--$1, it was unbeatable.

Since it was only a buck, I thought, what the heck? Well, it's just okay. I would not buy this for the regular price of $7.50. It's a bit too goopy for my taste, but applying just a tiny bit works for me. I much prefer my Bonne Bell Barq's Root Beer Lip Smacker.

Disappointing. I love root beer and I love the original and tinted Mentha Lip Shines, so I was expecting this item to be a winner, but sadly not. The root beer is a ghostly presence, and what is there only serves to muddy up the mint and make it duller and not nearly as coolly refreshing as the original. I'll have to give this one a big thumbs down.

I love love love the Tint No 1138 so I thought I would branch out and try the root beer and orange cream. I'm not a big fan of either. This one smelled and tasted funny to me.

This is a very nice little lip gloss. It has good shine, lasts a long time, and the scent combo is great- rootbeer and mint. Who'd have thought? They great together. My one complaint is that I'd like more rootbeer scent and flavor. There's definitely some there, but I'd like more. Overall, though, this is a fun gloss, pleasant to use. I managed to snag it for $1 during the semi-annual sale, and I'm glad I did.

I also got this for $1 at the Semi-Annual Sale today! Ok, I couldn't resist the price - I got two without even trying it. I have mixed feelings about this gloss: it's not minty enough for me. I'm used to my Mentha Lip Tint with 2% peppermint oil; instead, this only has 0.5%. Nonetheless, I love the root beer scent and taste, as well as the lovely shine! Oh, and really appreciate the slant-tip squeeze tube packaging! :D Definitely will buy more Metha glosses in the future!
