I have been a fan of Pantene I think since 1993 and this has been sent from the HG for my siblings and me! We love it - when my hair has been thru H.E.L.L. from trying all the extension styles and stuff I use this to get it back in shape - I have reached out and tried other lines but I always go back to the product - also the conditioner I think is perfect for all the heat styling since it coats your hair- which some may not like; but after a good clarifying shampoo the coating is removed. It also serves as a deep conditioning mask too - I love the smell and the bouncing & behaving effect it gives my hair! Now I am on "operation-hair-grow-back" so I am experimenting with Biotin pills, argan oil conditioner by Peter Coppoala, end trimming every 6-weeks, hot oil treatments, any other herbal oil treatment I come across on MUA, and no heat styling in between shampoos. Hopefully my hair will get back to my desired length and I can just maintain with my lovely Pantene!

I'm not liking this conditioner because it leaves my hair feeling dry, and brittle. I will try adding castor oil to it next time. I will finish the bottle, but I will not repurchase.

*this is a review for Pantene Relaxed and Natural Intensive Moisturizing Conditioner.
i absolutely love this product! it really moisturizes and detangles my hair. it also has a fabulous, yet subtle smell. i used to use the Organic Root Stimulator Replenishing Pak all the time, but now i see the Pantene is a lot better for my hair. the ORS pak left my hair hard and tangled. the pantene does the opposite!

This Conditioner Is Really Good Along With The Shampoo . It Really Helps My Hair From Breaking Apart When I Brush/Comb . The Smell Of This Is Great Love It But Still Looking For That Perfect Shampoo/Conditioner & Next Going To Try The Deep Conditioning Mask

Okay drugstore conditioner. Did not give me as much moisture as I need. The combo of this and the matching shampoo left my hair a little poofy and frizzy. I have very dry, breakage prone, frizzy hair. However, the deep treatment works quite well. I will not repurchase this conditioner, but I will definitely buy the deep treatment again to use as regular conditioner.

I can't believe I forgot to review this product before. It's amazing! I have 3a-3c curls and shoulder length hair. I used to relax my hair, but I stopped about 2 years ago and my curls are all natural now. This is the only conditioner I use on my hair daily. It has the right amount of slip for detangling, and the scent is wonderful.
If you have naturally curly hair and want a good detangling conditioner, this is it!

While this is a very moisturising shampoo and conditioning system, I'm not convinced that it helps breakage and one thing I definitely don't like is that they make my scalp very itchy. Not attractive to be constantly scratching one's scalp!

I think my hair is the complete opposite of most of the reviewers, but I love using this product. This conditioner is fantastic and makes my hair feel baby soft and smooth. The other day the makeup lady at Walgreens told me I had hair like a baby.
Anyone with long hair who regularly uses heat to style, should use this conditioner a couple of times a week.

I love this product. I am African American with about 3 1/2" of natural kinky coils. I use this every day. It's great for detangling and defining my curls. This works great in conjuction with R&N shampoo (the original, not the one from the Breakage Defense line) and works awesome after my weekly clairifying shampoo (see Vo5 review).

This is a review for both the conditioner and the mask. I love both!
The mask is ultra-moisturising and detangling. It leaves my hair really soft.
The conditioner is equally moisturising. I will definitely buy both again!!

Love the product, very forgiving on all kinds of hair. Mine is relaxed, shoulder length and thick. This product line is great for those of us that are not so kind to our hair! Ponytails, weaves, flatirons, hot rollers - hair bounces back to soft and strong as long as you keep using it. Great for roller sets if after rinsing with hot water you leave a little of the conditioner in.

I have relaxed hair and am in the process of transitioning back to my natural coils and kinks, which means I am getting serious breakage issues. I used this, along with the shampoo and mask exclusively for a month and I am convinced. I went from seeing 15-20 strands of broken hair down to 3-5. They smell good and the tubes make it easier to use what you need without wasting any. The only think I don't like is that they are a bit more expensive than the regular line, which I like also.

I am so glad to see another review. I got this over the summer. I am caucasion with long damaged hair. I found this to make my hair a bit stronger and SHINEY! I realy like this line. and use it at least once a week.

I am mixed race (African American and white) so my hair is very thick, very curly and VERY dry but my curl isn't as tight as, say, my aunts on my father's side, who are African American. I have had issues with my hair breaking off because I tend to pull it back when it's wet. I am self conscious about my hair (I live in Minnesota, land of straight, blonde hair) but have decided to wear it down. I need to combat the breakage!
I bought this product after seeing it advertised on television. I tried Pantene's Breakage Defense line and didn't like it but decided to give this a shot, since it's part of the Relaxed and Natural line. My hair has been very soft and manageable since I started using it (combined with Aveda leave-in products). Usually when I have worn it out previously, it gets very dry and I spend all day picking at it. But since this product, and the Aveda products, I like the way it looks and feels. The one thing I don't like is the SUPER sweet scent. It's a bit much....
I use this everyday, althought I only shampoo my hair 1-2 times a week because it is so dry. I really love it and will continue to use it as long as it keeps working!
