This is a nice shampoo to have in my rotation. It's not my favorite but it does a nice job of getting my oily scalp clean, and does leave my hair with body. I do feel like it is a bit drying to use on a regular basis. The product kind of clumps out of the bottle, it is a weird consistancy. The price isn't bad compared to other sulfate free shampoos.

This is a great shampoo. I have fine hair and was using sufate shampoos for a while as they do clean well, but the only thing is I noticed they irritated my scalp so I switched to this shampoo. Normally sulfate free shampoos do not agree with me as I find they weigh hair down, but this one does not at all. I do believe it is gentler on my hair than the sulfate shampoo and my scalp is not irritated anymore. I bought the gallon size, that's how much I'm switching.

I love love love Mastey's Enove shampoo and matching Frehair conditioner.. They never weigh my hair down nor never dry it out. I have been using Mastey products for about 6 months and now have converted to using all of their products. I feel like the prices are reasonable and the Mastey customer service is stellar. HG for me.

This shampoo is AMAZING. It's very thick and lathers really well. If you unscrew the lid and squeeze the bottle, the shampoo comes out in a column, kind of like toothpaste. It cleans really well without stripping hair. It's especially good for oily hair because it regulates oil production. And it doesn't build up at all because it's silicone and oil free. LOVE IT!

I have used this on my fine, thin, oily hair for over 25 years, along with Mastey Frehair detangling rinse. It gets my hair and scalp clean without drying. Even when I colored my hair, it cleaned without stripping. Leaves my hair soft. Has a slight scent of fresh apple, which fades after rinsing so my hair never smells like cheap perfume.

In the last year it has become very difficult to find this product in the Midwest, and I have not yet found a good substitute.

I've tried a lot of different shampoos in the past few years for my long, dark blonde hair. This and Traite are the ones to which I always return. I prefer sulfate-free products, but I feel like I don't get the quality I want from them. That's where Mastey is different. It produces a rich lather, so I find that I use less than I do with other shampoos. I have a lot of hair, so that's a good thing. This doesn't dry out my hair, nor does it make it greasy or oily. I don't want my hair every day, and this cleans it well, especially after a long run or swimming laps. It really seems to help keep my hair healthy, shiny, and clean.

I recently tried various natural hair products and then used the conditioner cleansing method. That was short lived because I started to develop dandruff or residue or something for the first time in my life. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. The condition resolved itself very quickly after returning to Mastey. I realized that although Mastey isn't all natural, they have a lot of great ingredients and obviously no sulfates.

My only complaint is that I have to order this online and can't get it in local B&M stores. To remedy that, I end up buying larger bottles so I don't have to order often.

After using Mastey's Restore shampoo, I bought Envove hoping that it wouldn't make my hair as oily and so far it's good. I really needed a sulfate free shampoo as my head was itchy for months and S-free shampoos are the only thing that stops it. It actually lathers nicely, and I do two shampoos to make sure my scalp is thoroughly cleansed. I will re-purchase this when I run out.
EDIT: I stopped using this after about 3 bottles because it was no longer cleaning my hair. My hair was extremely oily the day after washing with this.

I found this product while searching for my ideal sulfate free shampoo. I got a huge 32 oz bottle- it will last forever! I was very impressed with how clean my hair feels after using Enove, and while it doesn't sud up as much as a traditional shampoo, it definitely suds up more than other sulfate free alternatives.

Another great bonus- It is the absolute best at protecting my hair color. I was nearly platinum blonde, and decided to go back to my natural color by adding lowlights. I really expected them to fade quite a bit (color fades right out of my hair usually!) but they still look wonderful! And my hair has so much volume it's crazy! My HG shampoo!

Age: 25-29   Skin: Normal, Fair-Medium, Neutral   Hair: Blond, Straight, Fine   Eyes: Blue

I bought this shampoo in a duo pack with Frehair Light. At that time, my hair was about shoulder-length, coloured and fine. I was looking for a 'poo without sulphates as they tend to dry my hair out and/or irritate my scalp. It has a nice smell and lathers well for something that is SLS-free. Really good value as well - the duo cost me about AU$26 and the bottles were large, about 400ml. However, I just didn't feel as though Enove cleaned my hair well enough. I used it for a couple of months hoping that my hair would adjust, but it didn't. The last straw was when I went to the hairdresser for my normal cut and colour and they had to wash my hair 3-4 times to get it clean enough, and I wash my hair daily! Errrk. So I won't be buying this again.

This is a wonderful sulfate-free shampoo. Creamy texture, lathers quite well if your hair is soaking wet when you apply it to scalp. Volumises very well and the difference is really noticeable on the days I don't wash - my hair is fuller on top and not flat like with other shampoos. I'd like it to have a nicer scent but can't really complain when it's a natural shampoo. Price is not too bad but the Mastey range is not widely available in Australia. Not sure whether it has a matching conditioner but I use the Frehair and they work well together.

I tried a generous sample of this, but unfortunately it just didn't seem to clean the styling products off that I use. After a few uses my ends were dry and crunch and my roots greasy and heavy. Oh well, at least I didn't shell out the money for the full size.

This shampoo just didn't clean my hair of styling products. I found that after a couple of uses my hair was overconditioned, dry and tangled. Will not repurchase at that price.

I believe I have finally found my HG shampoo! My baby fine hair no longer feels baby fine. My hair is soft and yet thick-feeling.

UPDATE: This is just average for when I don't want sulphates. I guess I reviewed too soon.

I love this shampoo - since I've been using it on my extremely fine hair, I've found that I only need to wash every second day as opposed to every day. I used to have to tie my hair up if I didn't want to wash every day, now I can leave it down.

My scalp is happier too! My hair feels so clean and soft when I use it in conjunction with Mastey Frehair. I haven't needed to use leave-in conditioner in over 6 weeks since I started using Mastey.

Big virtual kisses to all MUAers who raved about this shampoo! This "volumizing creme" cleans well and leaves my hair shiny, thick, and full of body. It works as well as my beloved B&B Thickening, yet doesn't dry my hair out as much. I'll be interested to see if it preserves my color better, too. A big thumbs up from me!

I LOVE Mastey Enove shampoo. It is so gentle yet super effective. It does not have much of a scent but I do not mind. It also does not lather up like other soapy shampoos si it takes a little getting used to. However, my hair feels bouncy and clean and full of volume whenever I use this and it does not break me out.

I loved the frehair and decided to try the enove too. I really like this shampoo. It isn't damaging to the hair, and is gentle yet effective. You may need to lather twice on the days you are really sweaty and dirty, but other than that, it gets the job done. Some shampoos strip my hair and end up making it produce too much oil, then I get oily and limp roots. this stuff keeps my hair and scalp in a nice normal state. It is cruelty free, and just wonderful. I am so glad I tried this!

I LOVE this! I have sensitive skin and any irritating ingredients break me out. This shampoo is awesome! Cleans my hair, but doesn't dry my hair out. And I don't have to worry about my hair laying on my face, the ingredients are so gentle! They don't bother my skin at all! Great price too!!!

this is supposed to be the most gentle shampoo around. maybe it was too gentle because it didn't feel like it cleaned my hair. there is no foaming or lathering with this shampoo. kinda weird...
