I have eczema/dermatitis on my face, have had acne issues since FOREVER, and have supersensitive skin that makes me nuts. Kinerase has worked very well for me, but I wanted something to calm the redder/inflamed sections of my face (upper cheeks, between brows), which are always problematic.

Well, I used it sparingly and on every other day at first and noticed a slight improvement, then my face went all to heck in an allergic reaction when I used it three days in a row.

So, for me, this was not hypoallergenic/calming. And it's scented, which is weird. Aren't sensitive skin products supposed to be sans scent?

Not for me. Be careful if you have supersensitive skin. Get samples, don't waste 75 bucks like me.

Let me start off by saying Skyn Iceland saved my face!! I had horrrible breakouts for 9 months and nothing helped and I tried everything - Murad, Retin-A, Clinique- and nothing worked. Skyn Iceland was my last resort and it really worked. I bought a trial kit for $75 and it included this serum. My skin cleared up in 2 weeks! This serum made my skin super smooth and helped heal my red, irritated skin. It also has anti-aging properties b/c of the CoQ-10. I recommend the Skyn Iceland line to everyone, especially those with acne! I am forever indebted to the line!!!

I have taken home a sample of this and intend on buying it, I like that my skin looks less blotchy and that the couple of spots from post- breakout are healing faster than usual. I feel that my skin does get some hydration from this product with no further breakouts. I wish that it had just a bit more of any oily feel to it though I know that feeling is unpopular.

This product is not only good to soothe redness/blemishes, it also helps to heal the skin more rapidly. I use it on scratches, cuts, burns, and blemishes that I over-eagerly picked at to help my skin heal more quickly and smoothly. It can be used like a natural neosporin and it isn't all shiny and sticky on your skin. I love it!!!

I like this product very much- it has a great fresh herbal scent, is not causing any breakouts, and seems to soothe my skin. I apply it with a drop of Jurlique's Herbal Recovery gel. Unfortunately I started using this along with a bunch of other new products so I can't say how great this possibly is by itself, I will continue to repurchase. My only gripe is the packaging- the airless pump stopped working about a week into usage and I had to go get it exchanged...

A sephora lady recomended this for my cystic acne, new since menopause. I love it. I use it every night, sometimes in the morning too. It makes my skin so calm and smooth. Pricey but worth it.

Love this serum....and I'm not a big serum and/or moisturizer user! I have combo skin, more on the oily side, with occasional breakouts. I've been looking for something that helps with this and redness in my cheek area. This product doesnt irritate or cause problems on my skin. It helps my skin look better, if I could describe its function. I live in New York City and if it can de-stress my skin.... I'm hooked!
Its pricey ($75) but you find great deals on ebay (like I did, for $40) and not spend that much.

It's nice, but still not sure what it does exactly. The one thing I know is that it works very well with the antidote moisturiser as a combination - make it more moisturising, yet remain light. For any other benefits - not a clue!! For that, and it's outrageous price, I don't think I will invest.

I love this serum! I use it during the day (I use another one at night - Natura Bisse Oxygen Instense Complex), and it's truly helped to even out my skin tone. As others mentioned, it sinks in right away. The smell was a little weird when I sampled it on my hand at Sephora... I was sure I wouldn't like it on my face but I tried it anyway. So glad I did, the smell is actually very faint and overall it all feels so refreshing.
Why this serum? Well, I love how it helps to protect your skin from the pollution and - duh - stress. It has peptides and coenzymes to renew your skin and protect from free radicals. And did you know that Coenzyme 10 actually has been found to help keep cancer at bay?
This is not a moisterizer, so make sure to layer one on top if you need it. I like to use one with an SPF during the daytime. I am all about prevention, hence why this serum is on the top of my list.

This serum made my skin look new again - it calms and soothes.
Sometimes I use it first and put a moisturizer on top, but sometimes I use just the serum and it works fine. You have to use just a drop or two - a little goes a long way. This truly made a difference in my complexion. I like that it is non-greasy and lightweight and absorbs into your skin like a dream. I will continue to use this - it seems to even out the skin and helps to make you look your best.

I am loving this serum! It is now hot and hummid here in Philadelphia and almost everything simply melts off my face. So, I've been desperate for something that will actually nourish my skin since most light moisturizers/serums are also light on things that are good for your skin. This seems to be my solution! I was delighted at how light yet soothing this is! It does not feel heavy or have any greasiness to it whatsoever. It absorbs almost instantly and leaves my skin smooth, not sticky or greasy. It has a refreshing scent, natural without being stinky like so many herbal or aromatherapy scents tend to be. I also love that it comes in a convenient pump. As for long term results, I will keep you posted! (only complaint is the price $75 for one oz!)

This serum has really improved the texture of my skin. It leaves my skin soft and smooth, feeling like it's had a drink. Like other users it has helped calm redness and irritation as well. UPDATE: My skin was loving the Skyn Iceland line and then one day it totally freaked out. I got huge pimples all over and had to step away from my entire Skyn Iceland regimen. I can't say for sure if it caused my breakouts but know I can't use it anymore. How disappointing!!!

I started using this serum to reduce the redness in my cheeks and have to say it's working. My skin has never been smoother and my redness is diminishing. As a bonus, this serum also fights wrinkles with Co-enzyme Q10! Definitely my HG serum.

This is a wonderful moisturizing serum. It gets rid of any dry patches etc. and makes your skin smooth as glass. It also doesn't break me out which is surprising since I normally can't use anything with jojoba in it (it has jojoba esters). It is very soothing and a little bit goes a long way so the 1 oz. bottle should last a while. I originally got a sample from dermadoctor.com and loved it so much I bought a full size bottle. I really love this serum! Get a sample and try this!

I really love anything Skyn Iceland. I use this serum on top of the Nordic Peel and it really helps. I have had no negative reactions and it helps keep my skin smooth and healthy looking. It smells really nice and the gel texture makes it easy to use and it's easily absorbed.

I got this as a sample from Sephora and absolutely loved and love it! Really nice cooling sensation and quite soothing as well! After using my sample, I had to purchase a full bottle. This is really worth it IMHO and now part of my serum rotation.

All in all, this is a really nice line for stressed skin (and who doesn't have stressed skin some or all of the time?)

I used this after a stressful trip and flight. It really snapped my skin back into shape. I was the person on the package- missed flight, sore feet!..lol
It was made for me.
A very nice, non-irritating recovery treatment. I have oily skin and am breakout prone and this worked very well for me.
