I bought this because it smelled so yummy and I always get lujred by vanilla scents. It provides decent moisture and smells sooo good. But if you suffer from very dry lips this may not be enough moisture for you. It also leaves a slight yellow-ish tint, which is the reason I took two lippies off. But I´d still repurchase because of the scent and the decent moisture, which is still enough to keep my lips hydrated :) Also my lips are not that dry and when I have the "dry-day", I simply switch to my Shiseido Therapino lipbalm and everything is fine.

This is my favourite lip balm for sure. I bought it randomly when I was at the Yves Rocher store just because it smelled good. I left it in my makeup drawer but one day I needed a lip balm and decided to use it. I find it provides the temporary moisture that I need and gives my lips a little bit of a lighter tint. I hate any coloured lipstick or lip balm, but this one really hit the spot. It smells really good and applies really smoothly. I ended up using it all in less than 2 months. Only problem is that now I am hooked but I can't find where to buy it again :( If anyone had any ideas, let me know.

I really wanted to try something with a stick formulation that gave a slight shimmer. It looks great with a light coating just adding a slight shimmer but it's not nourishing enough. When I liberally apply the scent and texture is much improved but then I have white/yellow lips. Also my lips feel strangely more dry after the product wears off. I won't be purchasing this again and may try the tub of coconut nourishing balm next time to get the scent I like with a better moisturizing properties.

I got this in a mailer sale and was hoping it would be great. Sadly, I have to dissent from previous reviews.

While it feels great on, smells lovely, was inexpensive and is easy to use I have two complaints.

First, I noticed an odd yellow cast on my lips. Then, about 30 minutes after application, my lips felt more dried out than before I used the balm.

Not my usual experience with Yves products, I've been a member for years now. This must just be an glitch.
I'll stick with Labello and Lavanilla.
Would not repurchase.

Wow, I am impressed! I didn't expect that something so cheap can be so good! I bought it together with their strawberry balm. It smells delicious and is quite moisturizing. Makes my lips somewhat pale which doesn't compliment my fair complexion, it definitely looks better when my skin is a bit tanned (self-tanner!).
I'll buy it again.

I got this on sale off the website, so I can't comment on the real pricing (which I think isn't too bad anyway). In any case, this thing is awesome. It has a faint coconut smell, leaves my lips very moisturized and leaves a faint, natural-looking sheen. I misplaced this for half a month (apparently, I put it in a bag I don't use too often) and had to make do with other random lip balms, but it just wasn't the same, and I finally couldn't stand it and ransacked my room for it. Now I can go back to wearing it day and night. (I just wish it had SPF. Then it'd be absolutely perfect.)

Yes I would buy it again!!! It was an amazing lipbalm. Bought it in Amsterdam when the weather (although summer) made my lips dry, and I just happened to walk into a Yves Rocher store. Saw this by the cashier for about 2.50euros(?), and thought "Why not?". I got one. And now after it's looong gone, I wished I had gotten a few more tubes. It's really smooth and soothes the lips, has a faint sheen and the Cocoa Vanilla smells quite yummy. And now the hunt for it begins...

I agree with the other reviewers here. Bestest lip balm ever! Soothing texture, wonderful sheen and it smells like a tanning lotion. So nice I now wear it alone without lipstick over it or I use it instead of those sticky glosses. The lipstick tube is much better than those waxy little tubes that you usually get.

I'm in love with this lip balm. It's very soothing and moisturizing and leaves a sexy sheen on my lips. I wear this every day and night. I've tried other Yves Rocher lip balms and they are good but this is abosutely outstanding!!!! Love the scent, love the smooth creamy texture, love the results. Excellent price point!

I got this as an extra from a lovely swapper, so I couldn't comment on price- however after looking on the web I found out the sell it for only £2.89! Bargain! This balm comes in a gorgeous lipstick form- which imo is the best packaging, none of these fiddly little tubs or tubes. The smell is beyond gorgeous and when applied the balm leaves my lips soft and silky feeling. It also leaves them with a very slight natural looking glossy 'sheen' to them- not like 'plastic lipgloss syndrome!' I just love everything about this stuff, not only does it nourish your lips like it says it does, it also smells great, and looks so cute! Definite HG item, and yes, I will without a doubt be repurchasing!
