this is a great rosy-brown shade that looks like "YLBB" on me. The formula is very moisturizing compared with mac lustre and the colour lasts long.

I love this pinky-brown colour, it's a 'my lips but better' shade. I like the packaging of this lipstick better than the Lasting Finish lipstick from Rimmel, the top stays on the tube better. Good lasting power, doesn't need too many reapplications throughout the day. The scent is sweet, stronger than the Lasting Finish but not too cloying.

I'm used to be a MAC lipstick girl until I found Rimmel Rich Moisture lipsticks. I've been using it for four years now and have not gone back to MAC since. The quality of this lipstick is great: long wearing and moisturizing. This colour is lovely for my Asian skin tone. When I'm wearing colourful eye shadows I want my lipstick colour to be neutral but pretty. This Heather Shimmer colour does it well. MAC lipsticks do not last as long and they are more drying on my lips than Rimmel. I got them on sales for less than $4.00 and I have them in several other colours. If you like a matte finish, this is not for you. I have full big lips and they require lots of moisturizing so this is great for me.

I love this mauvey-nude, shimmery colour. I prefer paler, natural colours and this is great on my tan-olive skin. The smell is fruity-fake, but that doesn't bug me at all. I can slap this on in a hurry without a mirror and I'm good to go. I don't find this drying at all, in contrast to another reviewer. I'd buy a couple others in a flash.

I wanted to try Rimmel, needed a cool, subtle shade and had a $1/off coupon - so headed off to the BOGO sale at Walgreen's. The case is basic, not great, hot pink plastic. The shade itself is not what I expected after reading the descriptions on this board. On me, it actually looks more coral than mauve, purplish,or brown, not what I would consider a cool enough shade, anyway. Also, it seems to be quite drying - my lips start to peel within 30 minutes. It's light textured, more gloss-like than I would prefer. Maybe I got a bad batch?? All in all, I wanted to like Rimmel because of their frequent coupons and price point, but their current color spectrum just does not work for me - most of the shades seem to be so blah and non-descript. The 'free' one I chose was "Hype", a truly cool, rich blackberry; unfortunately, it bleeds like crazy and I don't have the patience to fool with liner, etc. Would not buy this formulation again; Prestige is a better value in this price range.

This is Rimmel's newest line of Lipsticks, most probably a remake of their previous "Rich Moisture" line. It is similar in properties to Maybelline's "Moisture Extreme" lipstick; goes on very balmy and smooth, has a very creamy and comfortable consistancy and doesn't have as much wear time as a normal lipstick. "Heather Shimmer" is a medium mauve-berry with a very slight amount of shimmer. It is a very complimenting color to my olive/warm skintone, and I especially like to wear it on winter-like days. It's my perfect color for winter - it is in no way a vibrant color, but has a lot of class and warmth, which provokes looks when walking down the street (and I'm not kidding). Very beautiful color. It looks much muddier and browner in the tube than it does on application, I was surprised to find out that it actually was a shade of berry when I applied it. Packaging is absolutely gorgeous, and is the first reason I was curious about this line. Tube is shimmery magenta with a lighter pink ring, very unlike any of the other Rimmel products I own. Two gripes I have with this lipstick: The first is the smell, which is a strong artificial smell which doesn't dissipate entirely. My second gripe is that the product leaves a small amount of shimmer on the lips when removed. I have a few shimmery lipsticks and none of them have this trait besides this one. Those aside, this is a fall/winter staple for me, especially due to the fact that it is very moisurising to the lips, and winter lips are thirsty!
