This product is the same quality of your normal top coat. Shine wears off like normal. Average and not worth the price. Seche Vite top coat trumps this top coat (and every top coat) by far.

Not as glossy as they claim it to be. It takes FOREVER to dry and it's not worth it for the outcome anyways. Oh and after waiting forever for it to dry, I ended up getting bed sheet marks the next day. Next time I'll stick to sally Hansen insta-dri or orly in a snap

This nail polish leaves nails looking amazing! So glossy and shiny. I only wish it did a little better job with chipping.

I use Glosser to refresh my manis. It is my favorite non-quick drying TC. I use it over my Seche Vite after I've been wearing my mani for a couple days (or whenever it starts to dull) and it perks it right back up to good as new!
I do not use this alone as a topcoat as I prefer a quick dry TC when I do my full manicure. I think it makes a great refresher but I would not recommend it by itself unless you have gobs of time for your mani to dry.

A very disappointing product. The brush is way to thin and my nails start chipping in ~5 days. I much prefer the "top to bottom" one from Orly. Would not repurchase.

I generally like this product. I feel that it does give me a great shiny coat, and unlike others, I felt the drying time was pretty good. However, the brush is awful, its so thin! I need at least two dippings into the bottle to cover some nails because the brush does not hold the product well. The handle is nice and rubbery, and I do like that part of the product. I also think it works nicely as an anti-chip coat, because my nails tend to wear off more than chip when I wear this top coat.

This is not the best nail polish top coat. There are less expensive top coats that work better-like the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri. Seche Vite is comparable in price and much much glassier and more quickly drying.
THE AWESOME THING ABOUT ORLY GLOSSER: it's a good top coat for nail FOILS. I got my foils from trans design, they are also available from dollar nail art dot com. Orly Glosser keeps the foil from peeling off within an hour, and won't crinkle the foil like fast-drying top coats will. The foil may crinkle when you first put it on, but let it dry and it will relax back to looking normal and pretty :)

Best thing I can say about this, the grip on the brush handle. Shines like glass??? Ha. Not even close. Its only super shiny when you're brushing it on, by the time you move to the next couple fingers, you'll see a dull, very sticky nail. And btw it takes forever to dry. Ive experimented with different polish brands and the number of coats I apply. Seems its the top coat that's the issue! IT'S GREAT if you want to re-apply ONCE A DAY. Total waste!

Ok, so i bought this product because i love doing my nails and i'm always interested in buying and trying new nail products. Also, because of daily wear and tear, i try to put on a top coat daily to keep my nails from chipping or just to keep them looking nice, shiny, and clean. After hearing about this product from one of the youtube gurus i was pretty excited to go out and buy it. She described it as making your nails look like glass and just gives the ultimate shine....ummm NO, thanks for the lies hun, this stuff is sooo lacking in the shine, honestly its like i didn't even put anything over my polish. It was just a massive disappointment. I think because its so thin, it doesn't really add a noticeable layer of shine, or really a layer of anything. Just know that i have tried nail polish from everything from sally hansen to victoria secret to lancome to OPI...i'm just telling you, i know what i am talking about and i know what's out there. The packaging was ok but it was definitely overpriced for the quality. All around major fail. A little advice: save a couple bucks and buy one of sally hansen's amazinggg top coats, their products never ever disappoint me. plus i swear they make my nails stronger.

Ummmm... Where can i start lol. Okay well, i brought this product Monday. I was hype cause I figured it would give me a high gloss shine like my fav the "UV Gel". Well, it gave me gloss, but i figured the gloss would've been a more intense slicker shine. Also, it gave me just enough gloss not a high gloss like i expected. it gave me gloss for one day and a half, being that i'm in school it lost more of it's shine. SMH (not supposed to come of that quick). The good, was that its a thin liquid, nothing thick which i adore. But the "glosser" product i would not buy again. Perhaps, ill purchase the Orly nail armor next being that its getting good reviews. If you want a high shine DO NOT let the name of this top coat fool you. I was fooled. Its not what i expected. I love Orly products but this one i wouldn't purchase again. i give this Orly product 3 lippies !! Hope i was helpful.

Before I start my review, I think I should explain how I use this product. I use it solely as a manicure refresher - my nails are terrible at keeping nail polish on (due to my body chemistry, I guess) so I have to add a layer of a good top coat on each night to stop chips and cracks forming each additional day I wear polish, after my initial manicure. When I do a fresh manicure, I use a fast dry top coat (either Poshe or Essie Good to Go) to seal and dry all the layers of my polish quickly. I can't add another layer of fast dry top coat to extend my manicure for another day, because, for some reason, this causes my polish to start lifting at the edges. So, Orly Glosser is the best non-fast dry top coat I have tried so far as a manicure extender. It has a thin, easy to work with consistency and dries to a hard, glassy finish, making my manicure look freshly done after even 4 or 5 days of wear. My only real problem with Glosser is conversly also why it works so well - it does take some time to dry. I once waited 40 minutes after applying a coat before going to bed, yet I still woke up with sheet marks. I mean I'm glad its not a fast dry topcoat, but it should still dry a bit faster than this. I have rectified this problem somewhat by using Sally Hansen's Insta Dry Speed Drying Drops afterwards, but I still have to give it plenty of time to dry thoroughly, which is a pain when its actually only one coat of polish. Another problem I have found is when I get 3/4 of the way down the bottle it is hard to reach the polish with the brush, and I have to tilt the bottle almost horizontally to get to it. I know this is not a major problem, but I still find it a pain. Whilst Glosser is the best manicure refresher I have found so far, it definitely has its faults and so I will stay on the lookout for a better product. I will repurchase this if I can't find anything better, but will be trying similar top coats to compare.

I love the look of slick nail polish, wet vinyl. Maybe because I'm a child of the 80s? I bought Orly's Glosser on a whim.
After trying a marble-effect on my nails, I found the finish looked rather satiny, so once it dried I loaded on a coat of this. It did the trick, making the nails shine like glass.
That said, I can't tell you about staying power. I'm not sure if it's because the basecoat I used was terrible, or if it's the nature of marbled polish, or that the glosser is meant to add shine only and not life to a manicure, but by the end of the next day there was serious chippage.
I would like to see if the glosser can stay glossy for several days, but I haven't really had a chance to test it. For one, the quick dry top coat I use is so glossy that I don't need to lay Orly glosser on top, and second, I really change my nail colour too frequently.
I do think that this product lives up to it's promises though. I wanted gloss and I got it.
I would buy this item again, gloss-wise, and suggest it to others. For myself, however, I probably won't ever replace it, simply because I think my quick dry top coat is doing the trick, and is quick dry too boot.
That's just a personal thing, not a statement on the quality of Orly's product.

I was on the prowl for a good glosser to refresh a manicure every couple of days. I already know it's best to not use quick dries like Seche Vite, Addicted to Speed or Poshe as these are best for polish that is not quite dry.
This Orly Glosser is okay but it did give me a bit of shrinkage around the cuticle area when applied over a day old Rescue Beauty Lounge polish.
The shine it gave wasn't the best either. I expected super shine and got mediocre shine. It did dry quickly though, which was a plus.,
I'm still looking for the perfect top coat to refresh a manicure that gives a high shine, dries quickly and keeps the shine going for a few days.,
This Orly is not the answer although it's not the worst one I've tried either.

Love the bottle. The handle is very grippy and nicely shaped. The consistency is pretty thin, so it spreds evenly. It doesn't have a terrible smell, just an average nail polish odor. The actual "glossing" effect is pretty short lived. It stays shiny for only a day or two. But it does resist chipping well. I'm sure if you reappied this every single day your nails would look very glossy, but I applied only one coat of this and by the end of the week my nails looked pretty dull yet chipless. I give 4 lippies only because it doesn't gloss very well. I think I'll repurchase this only if I don't find a good recomendation for a topcoat that has as nice of a bottle, consistency, and chip resistence as this one but actually has a lasting shine. But in the meantime I'll keep looking!

Does the company Orly know what "Gloss" MEANS??? I can't believe I spent like 8 dollars on this. The lady at the boutique said this is the glossiest top coat they had and umm... it's not glossy. It gives a little bit of a shine but that's all. Even if I apply 2 or more coats. I was VERY disappointed. Was my bottle sabotaged? Because everyone else seems to think it's really glossy. I really regret not getting the OPI one.

Just picked this up today and I am impressed. I use Poshe as my top coat, but was looking for a thin and protective refresher/protective top coat. This is very shinny (most other top coats are dull compared to Poshe), and it actually dried much quicker than I was expecting. I am really hard on my nails and this seemed to really protect them. With refresher top coats I've had two major problems; all the layers of the polish becoming wet and smudgy again or creating nails that are more prone to chipping. I didn't have either of those problems with this one (I usually can tell within a few hours or so if I'm going to have problems). I will update if anything changes, but I will be repurchasing this when I run out!!

Orly's Glosser is really thin and dries fast. It's shiny, but not as much as I would like. It works better than nothing, and is great to re-apply every other day or so to keep your manicure perfect. But, I did notice this drags your nailpolish a bit. If you use 2 coats of your normal color (not one) there doesn't seem to be much of a problem though, and just work really fast with it.

I love this product. I typically do manicures once a week, but lately I have only had time to do one every two weeks. When I use Glosser, my polish stays shiny and doesn't chip for the two weeks. I prefer it over Seche Vite because it has a shinier finish, has a thin formula, and is chip-resistant.

i use this after i get a mani and pedi and this keeps my polish on longer and makes it very glossy and shiny. i put it on every few days and it keeps my polish looking very fresh like they were just done! i really prefer this to other top coats because it drys SUPER fast. i've had issues in the past with other top coats that didn't dry fast enough and then i ended up majorly smudging and ruining my nail polish :(
it's also super cheap..would def repurchase :)
