Smells a little like lemon, tastes faintly sweet. Cute green packaging. The product itself isn't sticky, but is very thick and smooth in consistency, like Vaseline. A little goes a long way. When wearing it, it's waxy-shiny obvious on the lips, and I wouldn't want to try wearing anything else over it - it feels like it might get messy.
Wear: every time I decide to try this again, I put it on and, a minute or two later, my lips start to feel warm and itchy. The more I rub my lips together, the rougher they get, as if something in the balm is breaking the skin down into flakes, and soon I can chew all the skin off if I try. Ten minutes later and the itch is still there. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a lip protectant.
If you can wear this without having a reaction like mine (I don't know which ingredient(s) causes it; no other balm has ever made my lips itchy), I'd recommend it as a night balm rather than a daytime one. It's probably thick and lasting enough to stay on your lips through the night. I personally wouldn't buy it again, though.

This is a thick lubricating balm that doesn't smell weird or feel sticky. The scent is very very faint and the consistence is very creamy. Plus it's pretty dang cheap unlike the Tahitian Vanilla Shea stick that went rancid on me after only a couple of months. Can't go wrong with this one.

The smell can be a little sickly if you're not in the mood for it, but it is generally a nice "herbal" smell. The texture is great for a squeeze tube lip balm, because it's thick and "protecting" but moisturizing keeps your lips lubed so you can rub them togehter. I use it when I'm going for a jog and it's cold out. When I don't need a chapped-lipped balm, but I need more than just moisture. My problem is small, but annoying to me. After you have had this on for a while, and it is wearing off, it becomes gritty. Not too much, just enough to annoy me. The first time it happened, I'd figured I'd gotten food crumbs in my gloss. But then when it happened in the middle of the school day, soon before lunch, I knew it was the balm.

I saw this squeeze tube form advertised in a magazine before, but all I've been seeing was the lip balm stick form which I didn't buy because it was just another boring lip balm. Then today, I was at a store and saw this squeeze tube one for sale for $2.00! I immediately brought it. Loved the pretty green tube and it taste pretty good too, a bit citrisy? And wow, it makes your lips really smooth! Love it! They should make the squeeze tube instead of the stick that I see in all other stores.

This is the best for my lips when they become chapped in the winter. All I have to do is apply this when I go to bed and when I wake up in the AM my lips are brand new. I use this everyday, under my lipstick and glosses especially MAC Lipsticks and Lipglasses which dry my lips out if I don't use this balm. The name is very right, This is the answer. I have about 5 tubes, in both forms, stick and squeeze tube. Love them.

This version is much better than the stick tube type. I really like this lip balm. It is thick and stays on my lips. I find that some lip balms seem to disappear, but this one does not. It moisturizes my lips nicely.
