This was my first mark purchase (along with mark gleamstick hookup) and I was super excited when I first got it. It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. And it takes lots of layering to get the neutral color to show up. I rated it a 3 because its not very moisturizing, but I still use it. I said I would buy it again, but in a different color.

I really love the kiss therapy balms, but wanted something in a stick form for ease of application. I figured I'd try this one out since I have pretty good luck w/ mark in general. I should mention that I read the reviews a few months prior to buying the product and still didn't manage to get it into my head that this thing was TINY. I probably thought that whenever anybody mentioned the size, they were talking about the length of the thing and not the actual diameter of the balm itself (the last review before mine either hadn't been posted when I purchased this or I hadn't read the reviews since it had been posted). Anyway, so yeah. It's miniscule. It's beyond dainty. I popped the cap off and looked at the end of a lip balm that was practically as small as a baby's fingernail. As someone w/ fuller lips, I had to apply the sucker over and over again to cover them both and the entire time I'm thinking that the poor thing was going to snap off b/c it didn't seem to be secured very well inside the tube.Okay, all that complaining and drama aside, the balm itself is quite nice. It seems to "stick" to my lips for a fairly long time and gives a natural, matte-like finish. Still, I wouldn't repurchase b/c there's not enough product in the tube to warrant the price, even if it is a very low one. I'll just have to suck it up and deal w/ sticking my finger into the kiss therapy pot.

The sheen stick (in Angelic) is a nicely moisturising, matte lip balm that has a light mint scent. It appears pale pink in the tube, applies clear. That said one would think that this lipbalm is decent, however, the major caveat is the size. Once I opened the cap of this hook-up I had to laugh, really. I'd already heard how it was smaller than most expected, but good grief -- the diameter of this lipbalm is 1/2 a centimeter!

All in all, the formula is decent; however the size would prevent me from buying again. I got this at rep price, and even then I still feel a bit cheated.

Okay, well, as a mark rep and self-proclaimed lipbalm junkie, i was dying for them to come out with a stick form lip balm (i love kiss therapy beyond words, but still). when i got the sheenstick, i was really excited. but upon opening it was immediately disapointed. these things are tiny. okay well getting over that disapointment, the formula is AMAZING! really, i have tried thousands of balms, and this is really really great. first of all, it has that yummy minty smell that i love from mark. it leaves this perfect layer of smooth moisturizing goodness (not too waxy or greasy! heaven!) that actually sticks to your lips for a long time! so all of these things have me loving it.... its just that its so dainty and delicate a size that i'm afraid to constantly use it like i would like. i mean, ive been using it sparingly and am almost done! that makes it one of the most expensive per amount balms i own :( so that breaks my heart a little, but i wont give up on it! i really really love it, maybe htey're fix the packaging? or maybe i just have unrealistic hopes....

mark.'s sheenstick is simple clear lip balm, with little discernible scent. I find it effective and moisturizing, a little thicker than your typical chapstick or Burt's Bees, probably to suit it's small-diameter hook-up packaging. While the amount isn't that much, I find it doesn't that much product to hydrate your lips. It'd maybe take me one to three month(s) of constant application to get through one of these. I'd re-purchase for the convenient packaging.

This is a pretty good lip balm that I like alot. The Pros: Its moisturizing and even though its a light pink color, it goes on colorless. It actually does leave a little bit of a sheen, which I think is nice. The smell is a kinda light chemically/balm smell, but I only notice it when I first put it on. It would not deter me from using this whole tube up and from buying more. It also hooks up with the other lipglosses and lipcreams in the mark hook up line, so thats really nice.
The cons: The sheenstick itself (not the container its in) is so small! Everytime I put it on my lips I get afraid that its going to break off if I press too hard. So far it hasn't...but thats the only reason why it got 4 lippies insted of 5. I don't know how long this lip balm is going to last, but if it doesn't last that long, I would say its a bad deal for $5, since its so small. But otherwise, I would reccomend this. Another mark hit!

I love this formula not too greasy or too waxy. It has a light mint scent and keeps my lips soft and smooth. Has the great new twist up/down hookup packaging to make it portable .....BUT, this thing is so small it won't last me more than 2 weeks. That is insane for a lipbalm. I need to be able to rely on this thing, I don't want to run out and hae crackly lips
:( If this were on sale I'd buy it again, but 5 dollars seems a lot for such a thin small stick of lipbalm.
