This is the shiz lip balm, and I don't use that term lightly :) It's 1.5 ml per monodose, making it 1/10 the size of a MAC TLC. I'm always embarrassed to pull out my tiny tube of Prada balm, because I think it makes me look like an arse and a snob, but it's so good that I just deal with it.

Forget the gorgeous mlbb color you get with a light application - I've used this in untinted as well, and it's a really superior balm. Ultra-moisturizing, very thick so one monodose will get you tons of applications (you only need a tiny dot each time), and it looks great and has a light lemony scent. I can't say enough good things about this balm, and that's before you get into the color...

Tint #5 looks shockingly dark, a deep vamp burgundy, but when I apply it sparingly, it gives a gorgeous MLBB color to my semi-pigmented lips. I wish my lips looked that good on their own.

My only complaint, besides the tiny packaging (which is actually kind of precious, but I tend to lose them), is that there's no way to apply this except with your finger. That means some gets wasted, and it stains your finger dark burgundy until you find somewhere to rub it off. Do not do it on your jeans. This balm necessitates carrying around some sort of hanky.

Even the evilbay price makes these 2-3 times the cost of other HE balms, so I'm still searching for something else as good... but until that day comes, I'll stay faithful to my tiny little doses of goodness. Love em.

I love Love LOVE this balm! I like the number 5 color third best of all the line (after #6 - red, and #4 - berry). It is a nice neutral brownish tone, and though it can be a little too brown if applied heavily, it looks very nice applied lightly. Its not waxy or greasy. It has no smell or taste. It actually works as a BALM (moisturizes and protects) while being tinted (unlike quite a lot of other tinted "balms"). I adore this product, and although I usually get these only when theyre *deeply discounted*, I love them so much I might even pay full retail price if I needed to.

This color looks so gross on my lips!!! I have fair/medium skin and it makes me look like I have sun-burnt lips. I thought this color would look nice because of all the reviews but it just doesn't cut it for me. However, I do like the packaging and the texture of this lipbalm. It's thick but melts onto you lips quickly and it contains SPF 15 as well. I would definitely buy this product again BUT NOT THIS COLOR!!

I have these in every color and (along with nos. 2 and 3), this is my favorite color. It's a deep reddish berry-brown which works well with my coloring (dark hair and eyes, light, yellow-toned complexion). Although the color looks quite dark, since it's a lip balm, it's sheer enough to add just a soft stain when you blend it all over your lips. The texture is stiff and waxy, but will be more creamy if you keep this in your pocket. I adore the tiny packaging (so convenient for teeny bags and pockets). Protects my chronically-chapped lips really well. These are HGs for me, in spite of the unfortunate price.

I love this product! My sister sent me two of tghe #4 lip balms, and then I bought #5 when I was finished. I like both colors, but 5 is amazing...you can apply a teeny bit for a sheer red tint, or apply more for a darker, sexy going out look. Disgustingly expensive, but worth every penny.

bought this one today - along w/ #2. needed a nude (#2) and some color (#5). originally i was going to get #6 but it "popped" too much in my face - wrong coloring. and the saleslady convinced me that #4 was too blue toned for my (fair asian) skin tone.

initially i loved this color - a bit on the browny side. however after having it for nearly a month, i've now come to the conclusion that it may be a bit TOO brown for my skintone. formula is great - very thick and emollient. the color is just off.

The best lip balm to come around in a long time. Lingers on your lips forever, making them smooth and protected. This color is fabulous too, as it adds just enough red/brown tint for a natural look.
Update...after using this for a few weeks,it went from 5 lippies to 2. It's too thick, and it's difficult to apply. If I don't have a mirror to apply it with it gets all over my face!

I loooooove prada lip balms =D They are very moisturizing and feel like butter on the lips. This is a chocolate brown on me that I can wear sheer or darker depending on how I apply it.

After being bombarded by peer pressure, I surrendered and bought this at Neiman Marcus. I let my husband pick out the tint. I really like this product. The consistency is thick, like a cream. Would not hold together for a tube. It really moisturizes my lips and lasts a pretty good time. I would use this more if it was packaged better. I put it on with my finger. There is quite a bit in this little tube. I will buy this again, I like it and it works for me. Takes away flakies with diligent use and the color is natural looking. $38 for ten.

I can't believe I haven't raved about this sooner! I'm so glad I was able to try these...I got hooked immediately and went to purchase more! This is my favorite so far, as it's got a very noticeable tint to it (unlike my other faves, #2 and #7, which are wonderful but very subtle), and it's such a beautiful, warm color, that I can wear on no-make-up days to still give me some oomph, or even wear on a night out. And it lasts and lasts...add that to the SPF, and you've got a perfect product!

I love Prada Tinted Lip Balms! The #5 shade is my very favorite! It is a pretty very natural reddish brown tint on my pigmented lips. I love it! It is so moisturizing and leaves the best tint of color. I have severely chapped lips and the Prada Balms are the best thing that I have come across. :) I just wish they weren't so pricey. But, they are worth it imho. :)

good colour, deep red. and not to mention the package, it's so small that can fit in the world's smallest evening bag. great for clubbing.
good moisturizing yet without the shiny look. everything so subtle.
SPF 15 too, what else can u ask for a lipstick.

30 something dollors for 10 tubes is a great buy, and 1 tube lasts forever.

cant wait to try out other colour

Adore all of the tints, actually. They are all very natural-looking. Smooth, non-glossy yet moist. Good staying power. I think I'm gonna get addicted to this stuff way too fast. ***UPDATE*** I hardly use this stuff anymore. It has ended up at the bottom of my beauty case. When I do wear it, I still really like it. However, pain-in-the-butt application and the dang teeny weeny containers make it a bit of a pain.

I hate to love such an expensive product... but it's good because:
1) It moisturizes well
2) It fades off naturally
3) It has medium to good staying power
4) The shade is truly YLBB, not too chocolatey but enough to show up
5) The monodose tube is cute!

However, they are expensive, and the monodoses are TINY! They are even smaller than I initially thought...

Prada makes one of the best lip balms out there. It is so thick it is almost hard to get it on - but that is why I love it. It lasts through the night to give you a true moisture teatment while you sleep. It is the only balm that I can truly see results with. Great for day too as it has SPF 15. Slight hint of shine, bit of an orange essence smell. No flavor. Prada tints have more pigment than many balms and can almost be used as lipstick with a liner. #3 Tint is a YLBB berry color that gives the lips a natural, brownish red tint. A bit similar to clinique Black Honey but not as dark. The color is just perfect with my cool toned, FFF skin/brunette hair. I wear this at night as treatment but must admit it is a way to sneakily add some brightness to the face without looking like you are wearing makeup. The quality of the treatment is unsurpassed, and the color can be worn with a liner and used as makeup too. Well worth the high price.

I am very mad at ilovelauna for being generous and giving me one full size "monodose" of this product! I'm mad because I love it and I didn't want to like anything Prada because I believed it overhyped and overpriced. Well I was wrong about that too! Darn it again! The color is fantastic! It's the perfect reddish berry brown and gives a great kick to my fair redheaded coloring. The texture is divine. Silky smooth and made my lips look plumper! I skip the lipstick all day when I wear this! It's a near perfect lip product for me. This product is sold on ebay for usually $6-10 for just one monodose. However, if you know you adore the product like I do, I think it's just smarter to go ahead and buy a full size box of 10 for $38. You can purchase this at neimanmarcus.com

The waxy feel lets you know it's there and it has just the right amount of color. It conditions very well and is long lasting.
