love that tarte is paraben-free. i use this concealer under my eyes (dark-circles) and it definitely makes me look more awake and def. brightens my eyes. don't like the way it comes out though, sometimes when i twist for more, either too much comes out or not enough so i end up wasting some. by the end of the day it does seem to settle into my creases, making fine lines more obvious.

I think it conceals quite well and blends easily. The small brush is nice, but I don't like it because I can't clean it without feel like I'm wasting a lot of concealer. It doesn't cause me to break out and when I put it on my pimples, they don't seem to be more irritated than usual at the end of the day.

It's weird--but I've had this Tarte Eraser for over a year. I have the Porcelain color and I purchased it on kind of a whim with the foundation. Anyway, I hesitated to review this because I had not used it for quite some time and about a month ago I "rediscovered' it. My absolutes for concealers are Benefit's Erase Paste and B.E. Well-Rested. However, I'm trying to use all the makeup that I have and my Erase Paste hit pan. So let me tell you about this Tarte Eraser.
First of all, I happen to like the clicky pen. It really enables me to have control of how much product comes out. In addition, I like the brush applicator as well. The brush lets me apply the product very gently and lightly. After applying with the brush, I "pat" the concealer very gently on the inner corners of my eye--that is where I have that bluish hue. I also like that I can use this all over as a brightener of sorts on those days when I don't feel like doing a complete eye.
Another added bonus is that this---and strangely enough--does not turn orange on me!!!!! THAT, my dears, is a quality that puts a smile on my face! It also doesn't cake up and dry out those teensy-weensy lines under my eyes! Overall, I have given this a five because it is one of my most-used concealers. Is it a HG? *shrugs shoulders*--no, because if it was, I would not be using Erase Paste or Well-Rested. However, there will always be a spot in my make-up case for Tarte Eraser!

The packaging of this product is cute, but the overall nice-ness of this product ends there.
The Eraser comes in an array of oddly pink and orange hued colors, none of which I could get to match my fair golden olive skin very well. The click pen is annoying no matter how patient one is-- too much or too little product always comes out.
The actual product itself is thick but drying-- yuck. It did nothing to help my very mild complexion maladies, and I can generally make most things work for me in a pinch... even cheaper drugstore items. This is pricey at $21USD. I'll stick to my MAC Select Moisturecover, thank you!

Yikes. I bought this originally for use on blemishes. While I bought the lightest shade, it's very orange and dark for my super pale skin and makes any spots I use it on stick out. It works great on dark circles though. I use it under another concealer and this gets my awful under eye circles as close to neutralized as anything I've ever tried before. It's doesn't get powdery looking either or settle into the crease beneath my lashes. Still, this is not enough to make me want to buy it again.
Lastly, the pen is annoying. Aside from not dispensing the product sometimes I also have trouble putting the cap back on.

Since I purchase this product I has been a love & hate relationship. At first I loved it, but stop using it because the color oxidize on me. Months later I rediscover it and I love it more than ever. The color is a perfect match for my fall/winter skin. Golden Beige is a good match. I like that is all natural and tarte is environmentally friendly. The packaging can be a pain, but when you love a product you don't care of how annoying the process of getting the product out is. When I wear is no one has any idea that I have make up on. Its a must have.

This concealer works well for me! I am very picky when it comes to concealer. I have very dark hereditary undereye circles that are hard to cover and my skin is very fair so it's always hard to find the right color. I bought this product in "Porcelain 00" and it is the perfect shade for me, not too light or too yellow, etc. I also love the consistency, nice and creamy but not so heavy that it cakes up. Definitely not drying like some other Tarte concealers that I’ve tried. The coverage is quite decent, I mean... I've accepted the fact that nothing will totally and completely cover my dark circles... but they are definitely less visible when using this stuff. A little goes a long way, which brings me to the one problem I have with this concealer – the packaging. When you click the wand to bring product to the applicator brush, a huge glob of it comes out which is a total waste because you only need a tiny bit. Other than that I think this is the best concealer for me that I’ve found so far!

When I first tried this product at Ulta I thought it was pretty good & was kind of in a hurry to buy concealer seeing as the Clinique Acne Solutions foundation I use irritates my under eye area. It wasn't until I had been using this concealer for a day or two that I realized that I don't like it at all. First of all, it has a tendancy to sink into my fine lines and it doesn't cover very well. It also tends to get kind of flaky..? I don't like it & will be returning it. Oh, and the packaging sucks! I hate the brush, when you click it you get a giant glob that is way more than you need. and it's hard to keep clean.

This really isn't for someone trying to cover under eye circles but I could see how it would be useful for someone who wanted to only small imperfections. The pen format is very irritating (and a little gross). I couldn't really find this in the right shade for me; fair was too light but bare was too dark.

I really love this, it is also my 2nd one, I tried to use a lot of other concealers as well, but I really don't have too too much to cover right now. But sometimes, with breakouts, I trust this tarte concealers because it doesn't break me out even more, as well, it helps it heal and blends in with the other products, such as foundation, powder, or airbrushing. I really love this product and no matter what ohter concealers I am using/ trying out, the tarte concealer in 04, 06 will always be my go to product.

I hope this works. After buying this, I peeked on here to read the reviews. I'm hoping I don't have to return this...I'll give it a couple of days. I do hate the pen concept...

I received this concealer as part of a kit. I've been using it to brighten my undereye area. For the most part, it does its job. My gripe is with the pen. I can't seem to get the right amount to come out. I twist and either get nothing on the brush or too much. The whole process drives me crazy.

I don't think this is terrible, but its about as low as a high end product can get. It doesn't cover my under eye circles for anything, and it dries really off color and chalky. Its impossible to blend with a finger, that would just wipe it off. I always use a brush, but that doesn't help at all. Ugh, I don't know. If you actually have something to conceal, get something creamy. This is liquid chalk.

I think this works well to diminish undereye circles but it doesn't really do much else (ie: conceal acne scarring). However, the product feels and covers, more or less, like a liquid foundation so if you already use a liquid foundation I really see no point in getting this. Lastly, I hate click-brush type packaging and the bristles feel a bit loose (it could be removed completely with a gentle yank).

I am surprised at the reviews on this. I think it's a great concealer. I use it mostly for undereyes. I bought it in the lightest color available (I'm an NW15 in MAC) and find that it gives me the most natural looking undereye ever. I have tried MAC (the one in the pot), Laura Mercier Secret concealer, TimeBalm, Revlon Colorstay. This is way more natural. It just makes my blue-ish discoloration disappear without looking "corrected".
I have also tried it on some dark spots from old, healing acne and it covered it beautifully.
Formula is not too dry, not too creamy. I have combo skin and hate super creamy concealers in the summer. Of course, it's winter now but I really don't see that there would be a problem. Doesn't give me chicken skin either.
I am torn on the packaging, though. The clicky pen with brush applicators are nice. I would prefer to brush it on instead of a doe foot but can be tricky if your impatient and twist it too fast. Plus you can't see just how much is left. The part closest to the brush applicator IS clear plastic so maybe I will be able to tell by the time I am nearly done but time will tell on that.
The best part of this product is the ingredients or lack of them. I have a paraben allergy and this is paraben free. I am loving this company and their trend towards good-for-you makeup. Maybe its my age, but I really appreciate this. Every little bit helps! So, I am sure I will be reviewing more Tarte products in the near future.

Another bs concealer that should not have been made. Eraser?! seriously are you kidding?! erase what. I got this in Medium Beige, it doesnt cover undereye circles, it doesnt cover face imperfections, it dissapears in 4 hours. If I'm gonna use a concealer give me the real deal coverage and staying power.

This concealer worked great for me. My main problem is under eye circles and this hides it very well. It does crease but not nearly as badly as other products I've tried like Clinique's All About Eyes concealer. It also stays puts all over my face. I didn't think the packing was a problem since a little bit goes a long way. I think I will definitely stick with this for my under eye circles since everything else looks much worse and not nearly as natural as this.

AAAK! SO YELLOW! i bought the "fair" color, and it is so far from fair! it is more like like a "medium" with a LOT of yellowy orange, waaaaay too yellow for me, even in the middle of summer in LA, when i actually develop a goldish hue.
i would DEFINITELY not buy this product without trying it first.
for the record: I am currently a MAC nw20 (nc25-30 in summer) with freckles.
