Love these lip liners and own quite a few different shades, plus many I have repurchased as they frequently go on sale for $3.99 at Shopper Drug Mart. The swivel retractable packaging is brillant, the colour selection is decent, and the formula is creamy, smooth, and long lasting. Definitely my favourite drugstore lip liners.

I have two of these lip liners. this is not my best. for a superdrug product its okay. its not long lasting and after eating feathers intend to come out of my lips and I don't like that at all. I wouldn't buy this again. but i would recommend it to anyone who is just starting lip liners its good on the short run. its cheap but I don't like it

I purchased this product from Ulta for roughly $8 or $9. The packaging is pretty good, looks different than the above picture. The actual color of the liner is pretty close to the color of the packaging, so they did a good job on that, I believe it was intentional. The consistency of the product is great, the only problem I have is that it breaks pretty easily. I use it as a liner & allover lip color which makes my lipstick & lipgloss last! I can't wait to buy more colors!!!!

I needed a classic red lip liner to wear under my red lipsticks, so I tried this one in "Ravish." The colour is a little dark, but there weren't many options to choose from. And although I like the packaging and the creamy consistency, it did crumble a bit on me the second time I used it. I will have to be more careful applying it from now on. I like the liner enough to buy it in another colour. The price is great.

Well, I like the slanted top, like all the other rimmel items and prooducts, it's long lasting, I use a matching colour lipgloss with the collegen in it. The price of the lipliner is worth it. It's kinda long lasting. People love it on me, so kissable. Awwww yeah

I was desperately looking for a nude lipliner that was ACTUALLY nude and wouldn't look dark against my fair skin. Rimmel "Natural" is the closest I have come to that so far. It is still a little too brown and dark but it is worlds above the other liners I have tried. It goes on easily and stays. If only they had more light shades, because I really could use a baby pink liner from them.

These are great drugstore lip-liners, but they come with such little product for their price. I have two: 'Natural' and 'Eastend Snob'. The formula is smooth and they don't drag on my lips as you apply them. It feels creamy, but drying if you wear them with nothing else on top. The consistency is very soft its so prone to breaking when you apply it (which is why you don't need to press very hard when using them). Very pigmented and has decent wear. I like the packaging too - the tip is slanted so it makes for easier application and having a twist applicator makes it easy for lazy people like me who hate sharpening pencils! 'Natural' is a brown-toned pink that's perfect for nude lip colours and 'Eastend Snob' is a dusty pink shade that would be great for everyday wear. Overall, I would consider repurchasing, but wished they had a larger shade selection.

I am very surprised that nobody has caught on to this scam from Rimmel. One Rimmel Exaggerate pencil (which costs $6.49 at the ULTA around here) and only has .25 grams of makeup. I fell in love with the shade East End Snob which is #063, and I used it often but something felt wrong. It was my first lip product to be used up completely, in fact I used up the whole product in 3 months. I was a little confused since I'm used to products lasting a little longer. I figured out that the Rimmel lip liner has 1/4 the amount of product as an Urban Decay one (which has 1 gram of product), which goes for 18 dollars. I did the math and if you were to buy the same size of Rimmel liner as an Urban Decay, you would pay 26.00, EIGHT DOLLARS MORE. Do not buy this. If you are tempted to try one of the pretty colors, NYX has a pretty similar color as East End Snob which is called Nude Pink. It's on Cherryculture.com right now for $1.75 AND you get FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT.

great lip liner. Does what no lipstick can do for me -- stay on. I use this all over my lips, usually muting the color of them out with concealar first. The product is not drying (exfoliate your lips1), and though it will leave marks on your drinking cup, etc. it has great staying power.

My lips are pigmented, and the color comes out to be almost barbie pink on me. I've actually gotten compliments on it, and its probably the cheapest makeup item I own!

Cons: The liner breaks easily, if you push too much out, it will break off the second you try applying it. Packaging is meh.

overall love though, looking to buy it in other colors soon!

I like it! I've got mine in color #018 "Addiction", and it does the job. I don't have much to say about the specifics, but it glides on smoothly, stays on for a long time, is very soft, buildable coverage, and that's about it. I'd buy it again. It's a simple product, does what it says, is definitely dependable. No complaints. Does what you'd expect from a lipliner.

I highly recommend the color I bought, especially in conjunction with Maybelline's Color Sensational lipstick in color #235 "Warm Me Up" (see my review on that for more details). Awesome combo.

really like this! haven't gotten to use it yet, but I have tried it with a nude lipstick, I bought the liner in natural, it went well together if you have highly red natural lips and give you a nice nude finish! :)

I have this liner in 024 Red Diva, and while it is the best liner I've ever used, I do find that sometimes it's so creamy that it cakes along the outer rim of the lips. That can be a bit aggravating because the color is so stark that smearing it during clean up can stain your skin. Another thing that I noticed is that these liners don't have a tendency to last too awfully long, especially for the price. I believe at Walmart they retail at almost 6 dollars which I'd say is reasonable for their creaminess and high pigmentation, but it's probably the creaminess that contributes to the fast life of this product. They don't skip, drag, or otherwise cause any trouble. It's also nice to have an "automatic" pencil like this as you don't have to worry about having a sharpener to fit it and can always retract the pencil should you get a little more liner than you'd like. This also keeps the liner from being too much of a mess since that liners you sharpen tend to crumble off. You could get away with wearing one of these with just some gloss as an all-over lip color. They're perfectly pigmented on their own. I'd probably purchase this one again, but the caking is kind of aggravating when you're working with a red so bright.

I bought this lipliner (color 005) because its bright coral color looks good with my olive skin, and this brand was the only one I found in this color. Also, the price was reasonable.

But there are two things I don't like about it:

1. Most importantly, I know that it contains ingredients that are harmful for humans. A few dozen of Rimmel's products are listed on CosmeticDatabase.com, which rates make-up and personal care products according to how pure or toxic their ingredients are. Although Rimmel lip liner is not listed, those Rimmel products that are listed contain many harmful chemicals. So it's obvious the company doesn't care about how the chemicals in its products might be harming their customers' health.

2. The other thing I don't like about this product is that it only lasted a short while before running out. Which means it's not a good value, because if I didn't mind the toxic chemicals in the product, it would cost me a lot to keep buying new ones.

Note: I like to wear lipliner and not lipstick, because lipliner doesn't rub off onto my teeth, and lasts longer on my lips.

If you know of a lipliner pencil in this color that contains only pure (non-harmful) ingredients, I would appreciate your sending me a tweet. My twitter account is @RawFoodsNewsMag

Thanks,
Judy

Finally I've found the perfect nude lipliner, I bought it in natural. It works extremely well... Sometimes I use it as lipcolor w/ a touch of gloss. Cheap and great! :D

Love this liner!! I have it in the colour 057 RAVISH and it is everything I could ask for in a liner. It goes smoothly and it's quite convinient how you can just twist it to get more liner out. I love the creamy texture and there's lots of colours to choose from! Definetly recommend it!

This is the best lipliner ever!! I have it in Eastend Snob and Addiction. Love the shades and the formulation. The packaging is amazing too! The end is nice and tapered like the packaging and it applies super easily. The formula is thick and creamy but feels light on the lips. Staying power is really good. The color is well represented in the packaging and the look of the liner. I use these as an all-over lipcolor and it doesn't show dryness like most lipliners do. If you apply a gloss/lipbalm over these to add some shine/glossiness I would recommend letting them "dry/set" for a few minutes beforehand. I think this helps the color not come off when applying another product over top of the liner. Love these so much!!

Rimmel lip liners are the best ~ I have three colors: Addiction, East End Snob and Ravish. In my opinion, they are better quality than other DS brands, and the colors are a close match to my PX liners. They are self sharpening, and are long lasting on my lips. One negative I noticed is a weird scent when I first apply the liner. Nothing too bothersome, just an observation. I will buy this product again they are a great value...

I am getting old and noticed that lipstick alone wasn't cutting it for me anymore, especially in the winter when my lips are drier and getting chapped more often. I haven't bought a lipliner since my wedding 12 years ago, and that was something that was Revlon Colorstay and in a deep dark wine red. I suppose if I search for it, I may still have it, but I wanted something that matched my naturally pigmented lips just to prevent my lipsticks from bleeding outside my natural lipline. These Exaggerate lipliners were rated highly, and my hick town Walgreens doesn't carry Jordana, and I couldn't find Prestige makeup being sold anywhere either, so I went to Kmart fully intending to get this in Addiction. Addiction looked too light for me and Epic seemed a better match. I bought it, and tried it in the car before leaving the parking lot, and I couldn't be happier. It is perfect. I like the retractible-ness, I like the color, I like the consistency, it's just perfect. I would buy again when this finishes. Hopefully it won't finish too soon, though.
