This is the best lip treatment/moisturiser I have found. You have to rub it in well into and around the lip area, but one pump covers it and it doesn't take more than 10 seconds with no trace of whiteness left. It is the right balance between rich and light and used either once or twice a day lips feel moisturised, plump and gorgeous with absolutely no chapping. One tube lasts about 4 months so its better value than many chap sticks which need to be applied several times a day.

Product dispenses like a lotion which is convenient; however, it leaves a gross white residue on your lips. I’ve been using it at night, and haven’t noticed any major differences. I achieved the same results with much cheaper products like Vaseline & Burt's Bees. Overall, wouldn’t purchase again.

I love this lip lotion! I put it on before my gloss and it does make it go on smoother. I also put it on the skin around my lips to keep it smooth and soft.

The product was pretty good but not great and I found much better vickaryous naturals and way cheaper spf15. I dont even know if this is all natural or not? Happy but not overly so and when I found better for much cheaper I wouldnt buy it again based on that reason.

I like this. My lips are generally smooth rarely do they ever get rough but I use this anyway. I am a lipbalm addict (constantly using it). Before I go to bed or when I wake up to add a new lipstain or lipbalm on I always put my "All About Lips" on first. Putting it on right after a lipstain seems to work well too it evens out the color and makes my lips look smoother. I generally bought this to help get rid of the black spots on my bottum lip. For a while it seemed to be working but it seems to have come back and nothing seems to be changing it. Oh well. Putting this product on makes my lips moisturized without me worrying that I have no lipbalm on my lips! I really love it. So in a way, I use it as my lipbalm too. I know it is an exfoliator but it doesn't really seem to exfoliate my lips. More like moisturize it and primes it. I use sugar lip scrub for exfoliating and it seems to work (toothbrush i heard works excellent). This product is expensive I paid over thirty dollars for it. But it seems to last I've had it for over 3 months and it doesn't seem like it's almost over. I use it about once or twice a day almost every day. It just really makes my lips feel healthy. I would buy it again but I wish my spots would disappear again.

I tried this after seeing the good reviews here. I'm surprised that it helped with other people's dry and cracked lips, because it does the opposite for me, and seems to cause them to get even drier. Perhaps it's a good lip primer for make-up, but as a balm I wouldn't recommend it.

Update: I tried this again for a few days once my lips were in better condition, and so far I'm finding it is good for maintenance. That is, even though it wasn't able to deal with the dryness in the first place (and actually seemed to make it worse), it does seem to be stopping it from returning.

I am on my second bottle of this. The packaging isn't that great, I have to get the product out of the bottom with a q-tip once it gets too low for the pump. This stuff (temporarily) repairs my chapped lips like no other. My lips feel super smooth after I put this on and makes my lip gloss last longer too.
UPDATE
Since I have found the cure to my formerly horrible cracked peely bleeding dry lips (Desert Essence Lip Rescue Therapeutic w/ Tea Tree Oil) which is also waaay cheaper, I no longer need this.

I am a bit of a lip product addict, as I don't wear make up day to day but love to treat my lips and reapply lip blams throughout the day. I have tried pretty much everything and I impulse bought this product one day. The packaging is beautiful, a sleek silver casing. I use this product at night before bed and before work in the morning. What struck me first was that its a lovely consistency, its not sticky, but feels moisturising. When I wake up in the morning, my lips were still feeling moisturised and looked healthy.
I would highly recommend this product to all those people out there who feel strongly about applying a good lipbalm before bed. I have just bought my 2nd tube of this as I love it that much!

This works best if you apply it to your lips with a q-tip and rub it in. It exfoliates really well

I have been suffering from severely chapped lips lately due to the dry weather and picked this up from Sephora to use as a lip treatment, not balm or primer. The texture itself is very nice and feels rich and creamy on your lips, but minutes later my lips felt dry all over again. Kind of ridiculous, I know. I gave this a go for about three weeks but by the end, I realized it just wasn't doing it for me. Now I'm giving Aquaphor a shot and I can already tell that it's working better and for a fraction of the price.

PROS: got this as a sample and loved it. It provides such a soft, smooth silky feel. Lasts for several hours.
CONS: it doesn't adequately hydrate the skin, just provides a soft silky layer on top. Price seems high for a lip conditioning product (I don't remember the exact price but I think it was over $20 CDN for the small bottle that it comes in).

Will not be buying this simply because of the price.

An excellent product for lips. Exfoliates and hydrates all at one go! what more could one wish for!
Can be used alone or under lip color, and the packaging is very good since it's a pump dispenser and only gives you what you need, leaving the rest nice and clean in the tube. would definitely buy again

I have very dry lips and sensitive skin. My lips are so sensitive and dry that in the winter they are always chapped and they swell if I try to wear lipstick. In fact any lipstick during the winter months dries out my lips almost instantly regardless of the moisture level. Many years ago I was introduced to this Clinique product and instantly fell in love with it. While I use it all year long it is a staple for the winter months as I can't wear anything but this product during the night. (If I apply any other item my lips swell during the night). I think those of you who do not like this product were thinking it was something to use like a lip gloss, it is a moisturizer that helps exfoiliate. For those of you who do not like the packaging... I love the sanitary dispenser. I have learned the perfect pressure to apply when dispensing this and never get too much or not enough. I also have found that when the dispenser is nearly empty if I tap it several times on my hand I can get more dispensed. This generally works for several more days. I also don't mind the price as I have looked for something comparable and have never found it. I just hope Clinique never discontinues this product or I will be lost.

I use the sample product of this constantly at work. It is absolutely fab at immediatley improving the texture of your lips and shows a real improvement after just a couple of days of use when combined with a DECENT lip conditioner. I personally consider only 2 lip conditioners acceptable being MAC's Lip Conditioner (tube), and Repairwear Lip treatment from Clinique.

Seriously love it and it lasts for aggges,

I think the people who don't like this product are confused about its purpose. This isn't a lip balm/cream that is meant to moisturize. Instead it is meant as an exfoliator/lip treatment that gets rid of all of the flakes on your lips and smoothes them out before your other lip products. The first few times I put this on my lips got flakey because it exfoliated off the dead skin cells and now I just use it once and day to maintain my lips. I notice a difference when I use this, my lips look healthier and feel MUCH smoother. I definitely prefer this over manual lip exfoliators. I've been using this for 10 years or so and whenever I stop using it I always end up repurchasing after a few months. Also, I like the pump packaging because it is sanitary. The only negative I have about this product is that the pump doesn't allow you to get all of the product out of the container. I always end up unscrewing the top and getting a another few weeks of product out. It is also a little pricey for a Clinique product but it usually lasts me awhile.

I really like this product for it makes my lips really smooth, de-flakes the lips, and makes them look healthier. The texture of the product is watery, but not too much and it's not greasy at all, absorbs really quickly, and usually i massage my lips till the product is not absorbed. I use it more then twice a day. The only thing i dont like that it makes the lips dry, but looking good dry, so i figured out that if i use a nice lipbalm after All About Lips, then lipbalm stays much longer on the lips and i dont need to retouch it. I am planning on purchasing Chanel Soin Tendres Levres to match it with All about lips for best results. Also it's a great product as lip base for any lipgloss or lipstick, makes it stay longer and beautifully even. The other thing, I figured out All About Lips works much better after using lip scrub. I like to mix Nivea a kiss of Relief Sos Lip Care with grounded cinnamon and apply on lips, massaging it in motion, and leave it for 5min, after, take it of gently with cotton pad and apply All About Lips, your lips will look so healthy and beautiful, you will feel like kissing yourself. The package is really simple and pump style, i read that a lot of people have problems with taking more of product then needed, in the begining it did happen, but then i figured out the perfect pressure for the pump so i can take the exact amount i need. I think for $24 it's a really good product. Definitely I will repurchase it, wanted to try Lancome lip care but read too many of negative comments, so will be sticking to All About Lips.

I have lips that are almost always chapped and I was told that this would "work wonders". Well, I won't go that far but I have noticed a nice improvement. I put it on every night before going to sleep and when I wake up the next morning my lips are softer and less red. I can't say that I've noticed fewer lines on / around my lips but that wasn't really a big concern of mine to begin with. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the packaging; I don't like the pump as it tends to dispense either too much product or not enough. I would have preferred a wand-type applicator. That said, though, I've already bought another one!

I like to use this as an after-exfoliation lip product. It isn't something you reapply or anything like a balm, so don't expect that glossy feeling. I wouldn't pay full price for this, but I do like it. If you can imagine a lotion for your lips, that is what this is...it makes my lips feel wet. The only thing is, it's more temporary and kinda fades away. It doesn't make my lips more dry or anything, but it is not long- lasting. I don't use this all the time so I still have a bit of it left. It's nice to use once in a while when I get tired of that waxy chapstick feel.

i cannot give this product enough lippies. it's more of a lotion, not a balm so when you apply it, it will not make your lips shiny or anything like that. it moisturizes and smooths out lines beautifully and makes for a nice base for putting on lipstick or lipgloss.

it is, however, really expensive so i had to take off one lippie. i got my sample in a nice 10 piece set after purchasing some perfume. i love it though, so i'll be always looking to get more free samples of it. great, great, great stuff.

I did not find this to be anything special. It reminds me of a balm/gloss but with 50% of the benefits from both, ie it's not moisturizing enough to be a balm, nor is it glossy enough or stay shiny or last long enough to be a gloss. I just don't think it's a very worthwhile product.
