I had the same experience with this eyeshadow as with the reviewers below. I was at a Trish McEvoy event, and the artist decided to dab Kiwi on my eyelid and WOW did it immediately brighten my eyes! I instantly looked awake and so refreshed. I have to admit that it did look very scary in the pan when the makeup artist was reaching for it, but it doesn't show up green on my lids at all. I'm so glad this shade was introduced to me because I would have never chosen it on my own.

I use this shadow to add a pop of brightness right above my eyeliner. A Trish artist used this trick on me several years ago, and I use this wonderful technique a lot! It does not look green. It just looks like a beautiful bit of lightness and really gives my eye makeup that little extra somemething special. Occasionally I will wear this as a wash of color on the weekends. It's very nice and subtle. A little goes a long way with this shadow. It will take me forever to even use the small pan!

There's a good reason the Trish MA asked me to close my eyes before she reached for this shadow: Kiwi is a pale green with slight shimmer, and not exactly a color I'd be reaching for. On my eyes, though, it transformed into a glowy highlighting shade that looked fantastic with Gunmetal in the crease. Not a staple, but a fun addition to my usually staid collection of eyeshadows.

When the Trish artist first suggested this color, I saw the green shadow and said absolutely not. But she blended it with Rose Quartz, and when she put it on my lids, it was gorgeous. It wasn't green at all- it was so natural and really lightened up my eyes.
