Love the color, don't love the packaging. It sharpens easily, using my Revlon sharpener. That makes it 'pencil shaped', so application becomes easier. Very pigmented, and lasts well over 9 hrs. I'd describe the color as a silvery-plummmy-taupe...similar to Satin Taupe or Stray Dog. Works as a great base for those shades, or alone. If you catch a good sale, or BOGO...then I'd recommend buying this. I will reprchase b/c I love this color and it's just a matter of finding out how to make it work best for you;)

I like this product. I purchased it at CVS at 75% off so it came to $2.50, which was a steal. The shade reminds me of MAC Satin Taupe. The packaging is strange, it being a blunt stick, but if you wet it the product works better. I tried lining with it and got a sexy, smokey eye...using my MAC pencil brush. I then rubbed the blunt end on my lid and it applied quite well. I did have to blend well with an eyeshadow brush though. Overall, I think this is a pretty good product. Very pigmented if used wet/damp. Would buy again.

This looks just like a crayon, except shorter and with no rounded top. Because of the blunt top, it was difficult to apply.

It's a shame because it's a pretty, pigmented color. Would not purchase again.

This kind of piqued my interest, but it's not as good a product as I had hoped. This really should be sharpened before use, like it says on the side of the box. Once this was sharpened, though, I felt like I lost half the pencil! But, maybe that's a good thing. I tried to apply the sharpened pencil as eyeliner under my lower lashes, and I could feel the pencil instantly flake into my eye, which caused my eye to water and tear. Who wants irritated eyes?
I do like that this crayon/stick/ pencil is soft, though. The color of Alluring is sort of a bronzey-plum, which is quite nice. I just wish this was packaged more sensibly, because the color is lovely and looks nice with hazel eyes. I will try using this wet, hopefully it will reduce the flaking into my eyes and the subsequent irritation. I would not repurchase this product, though, and I'm kind of sorry I bought this one in the first place. EDIT: Not worth the time or the money. Threw this out. Would NEVER recommend.

Not too shabby. I like the color. It's a little too short and so it's a little unwieldy - especially early in the morning before I've had my coffee. I usually sharpen it (which deals with the stupid plastic wrapping) and then apply. Then, dampen it with a wet eyeshadow brush. Sometimes, I use a wet brush against the stick and then apply it as an eyeliner. Works alright!

(There should be a "Maybe" choice when it comes to whether or not I'd buy again... I'd choose maybe for this product.)

This is a good product for on-the-go makeup application. It's quick, easy, and as long as you use a base (I have oily skin), has staying power. It also adds just the right amount of shimmer to keep your look fresh and modern, in my opinion. They pigments in this stick are great for the price- this applies and stays put like a department store brand.

0k here's the deal. I hate the stick. BUT a stroke of genius hit me and I crushed it up and made it a loose powder. Now, I like it. I don't know what is up with the packaging. its a stick wrapped in plastic. You cant push it up like a push pop or lip balm and you cant peel the plastic down so I thought it was just useless crap. My recommendations: crush it up like loose powder with a mirror and a blade...kinda drug lord if you think about it, but it works...and use it wet or dry. works fine.

The color is a silvery taupe. But the bad news here is the shape of the darn thing. It's not a screw up type of stick like a lipstick. It's not even a slide up like Styli-Style's Eye Kohl (Kajal). The stick is partially wrapped in thin plastic. I don't have to worry about peeling back this plastic until I have used up some of the product. The stick of product is exposed and I have to withdraw it slowly from the clear cover so I don't draw it against the side. Worst of all, the shape is blunt and straight on the top. I wish it was bullet shaped. I have used the flat end and the edge but it will take a while to work it down to a useful shape. Sheesh...

Such a pretty color, but very hard and chalky. Plus, no real way to 'sharpen' it. For 9$, I'm disappointed and I'll probably return this.
